##VIDEO ID:2KLj5XoXqNc## de here Harman here C here Le mallister here young here please stand to the flag of the United States of America and to the for it stands one nation God indivisible with liy and justice for all [Music] start with approving our agenda for the night can I get a motion to approve motion by second by Carol any discussion I I do want to note that um we are striking item number four there will not be a recognition tonight um all those in favor anybody opposed motion passes so we're going to jump right into um item number five with our Minnesota State High School we together 3.0 update our speakers tonight are director Katie Carter and students Reese Norton and KY kylin toar Johnson good evening board chair de Bay Dr Paige and members of the school board I'm Kae Carter I am the activities director for Austin High School tonight we are here to give you a little review of the Minnesota state High School leagues together in Partnership 3.0 3.0 meaning it's the third year that we've been doing this it was held on November 19th um over at the Mayo Civic Center we had four students that were able to attend with us um sorry um Alex Shuster Reese Norton a Puro and kylin toar Johnson um what's really nice is all four of these are musicians so they are all in our fire program with um kylin and reys are also student athletes so we had a represent representation from both the Fine Arts and the Athletics so just a little bit about salt before I bring Rees up kylin she's supposed to be here I didn't get any word from her that she wasn't but anyways we'll move on um so salt is the student advisory and Leadership committee for the Minnesota State High School league uh the purpose of this uh committee is to include student voices in League programming issues and to uh build student leadership skills they give direct input to the league staff and the Minnesota State High School league board of directors they communicate the needs and challenges they face today as student participants as well as help identify best practices um they do these virtual and in-person meetings so what Reese is going to come up here and talk about not only her experience as ass salt member but just the whole planning and participation of the together 3.0 um she will come up here and give her two sense and if kylin's here by the time she's done we'll hear from her if not then we move on Reese good evening Dr Paige Cher dub and members of the school board my name is Rees sorton and I'm a senior here at AHS and a student rep for the Minnesota State High School league as a member of a group called s last year the mshsl student advisory and leadership team held one Statewide conference for students at the River Center in St Paul this year we opted to hold four large Regional conferences in an effort to reach more member schools who wanted to participate they were held in Wilmer the miji the metro area and Rochester atin had students in the in attendance at the Rochester conference at the together 3.0 Regional Conference students developed personal leadership skills worked collaboratively with students from other schools and were encouraged to intentionally impact the culture of their schools and communities this was done through a series of breakout sessions with different keynote speakers as a member of salt I alongside other students got to bring our input into what we believed was beneficial to have at these conferences we had Zoom meetings and iners meetings at Le University to go over our ideas and plan for the event on the day of the event I did not partake in the conference like other students from Austin I got to help in one of the breakout sessions called SWAT which stands for strengths weaknesses opportunities and threats this is a student Le Breakout s by the salt members were and it encouraged discussion among students myself and three other salt students had the idea of doing a swap session after we got to experience it ourselves at the nfhs national student Leadership Summit that we attended this past summer in Indianapolis another thing we brought from the nfhs summit was two of our keynote speakers Omari Pearson who was also a returning speaker from last year's Statewide conference and dead overall the conference was a good success it was awesome to see it all come to life after a lot of the hard work planning it and I'm glad that Austin got to send students to experience it I think that it was a beneficial learning opportunity for everyone who got to attend before we open up for any questions that you might have um just to speak on kylin's behalf a little bit the three of us myself vure and um kylin we were the ones that traveled together in a school van while gree had to get up there early um to set up for the conference just in debriefing on the way home they really enjoyed the experience being able to meet other students in our area in the for the Rochester um the Rochester conference and it was just they got to speak about their experiences their issues their you know successes and what they found out is that no matter if you are a big school or a small school we are all experiencing the same issues I would say overall as far as just time management and and um just if you're involved in a lot of things how to manage your time and just the mental health piece of it when they get overwhelmed and how can they cope on it and one thing that they got to do um they started is they do a t-shirt exchange so we everybody brings T-shirts from their school and then they do a swap around lunchtime so it's really fun way for them to interact and get to know kids from other school and have a souvenir to take home from somebody they met through through um through the conference so overall I think their experience was really positive and they are going to bring stuff back we talked about how we can you know Implement some of things with our bleacher captains and our student fans and how can we make sure that we are you know displaying the sportsmanship that's needed and you know promoted through Minnesota State High School league so do you have any questions for Reese or I how did you choose those four students um so I chose based on kylin and Alex and aure are in our bleacher Captain's group so those as the student leaders this year I picked from that group and then with Rees on the committee it was about she's on there anyways so she got to go because she's in the committee i g to ask Reese um what was the what was the biggest lesson that you learned at this conference honestly I would say probably just growing my leadership skills with getting to leave one of the breakout sessions which is also really fun that I got to do alongside some other friends from Salt cool would you recommend it for other students to be part of this yeah yeah I think there's a lot of learning opportunities and I mean you get to meet a lot of new people fun you are a busy girl re yeah yeah I'm almost like how is she here tonight I went to gymnastics question to for leading the breakout session how how did you get selected for that how did that come about um so pretty much since I was one of the ones that got to go to Indianapolis this summer where we learned how to do this breakup session me and three others taught the rest of the group how to do it at one of our inperson meetings at buffal University in I think October and then once they learned how to do it too we kind of just decided to divide and conquer when it came to the conference so a couple of us got to lead that session for a little bit and then when it would switch some other people would lead it and because not everybody in salt was able to go at all four conferences um so there was all I think 24 of us w't there um so it was a few less so it was easier to get everybody to rotate through it anybody else thank you so much for coming and speaking with us tonight and K thank you thank you all right are there any delegations seeing them we will jump into our superintendent report Dr thank you chair to B members of the board before I begin my report I just want to around agricultural education and then lastly I just want to recognize and more to be said later Sherry girl Rod uh she's had a 20y year Journey with our district and it's a testament to her dedication growth and impact uh from a teacher to executive director her path reflects not only her talent but also the incredible mentorship and collaboration that she's fostered along the way this district is truly fortunate to have benefited from her leadership and passion and wavering commitment to education as she gets uh started on the retirement process we still have some some time left this year uh but I want to congratulate her and there's more to be said later but um it's big news around the district and I just want to congratulate her and take her thank you Sher that is my report all right anybody have any questions are there any school board reports yeah I'm on u i just a call out to um Justin hes who um is also on the park and rec board um one of my assigned committees and um he hasn't been on very long but as soon as he got to the table he was looking for ways that um the City of Austin and the park and rec department could colle with the Austin Public Schools and I saw in sher's notes that um we're going to do some work on on having some kids work for for uh the park and wck Department throughout the whole school year and that is so exciting to me and I really appreciate him stepping in immediately and finding ways that the Austin Public Schools can benefit and the department so just what building do school he's special ed teacher at Boston high school and um works with kids trying to get along in the community and it's just a winwin situation so awesome pretty exciting anybody else give my regular plug for Grant submissions for the Austin Public Education Foundation teach and building administrators uh last year we were able to give out over $100,000 in Grants to our teachers across the district and we're excited to that out again this year so keep keep those applications coming in right anybody else have a board report okay uh we are going to turn to our student Representatives with their reports uh with our speakers and and M Gary you this is the end of the first half of any questions I the most important one is which cupcake won I I don't know which cupcake does [Music] anybody chocolate caramel that song's amazing I did see a lot of teachers enjoying comp jealous I taste them I did a look at them but no tasting for me no tasting for you what is the what's the name of the a in your show this year is it named yet I know the name I don't know if I'm supposed to say the name so I think I maybe it's out um it's it's the broken roads it's country Beed ohes any else questions all exciting things thank you Michael superintendent paig chairperson Dubay and members of the board my name is and I am your 12th grade representative for this year and I will be presenting to you the second half of the student report it has been a busy week at AHS with the start of the new semester today students returned to school on January 2nd after a long witer break and ended the first semester on the 10th schedules have been completed and all the preparations for the new semester are finished HS is still in the middle of registration for next year but it looks but they're looking to at the end of January along with finalizing pathway plans all missing work was to be completed last week and every student now has a fresh start to end the year off on a high note Martin Luther King day is the following Monday with students and teachers having the day off so people are anxiously waiting for the 3-day weekend ahead winter sports are right in the middle of their season with boys basketball wrestling and hockey rolling right along with their games since notable sport events that happened the past couple weeks are the boys swim and dive meet where they competed against John Marshall on the nth and one 92 to 73 the apdt dance team danced at the Adina event this past weekend and the girls basketball team has had an amazing season so far with a 10-2 record lastly the AHS gymnastics team had their first meet of 2025 in Northfield and took first place with the season high of [Music] 136.6 points when it comes to hosting student events that help plan for the future Austin does the best this week this past week a fast but info session was hosted to help prepare students for postsecondary Education this is just one of the many different Aid events that career center has hosted with others sharing information about scholarships and how to apply for college next planning for the student blood drive has begun and it will take place on the 29th of January from 99: to 2 in conference room a this is a great opportunity for students to get volunteer hours for the Austin Insurance scholarship and gives the people in the community a chance to help save lives if you donate you will get 1 hour of volunteer service that students can walk and a $15 gift card so don't forget to sign up finally the AHS student council has been working hard to prepare for painting the Packers pink events they have arranged for different food and treat sales opened in appar Apparel Store as well as partnered with our sports team to raise awareness and donate money for cancer research this is an amazing way to get the student body involved in a good cause and with that we can't wait to see how the rest of January plays out and this concludes the second half of the student report thank you so much for your time do you have any questions do know like how many people participated in that in the past I know there's a decent amount they definitely upu their like rewards I guess because I remember last year they gave out Snoopy t-shirts with a little red cross on it and I think it's it's a little difficult for students to donate blood just because of all the require ments and with the age I think if you're 16 you have to get a parents signature but if you're under that you can't donate blood so it's a little hit or miss with the age requirements but I think they get a pretty decent turnout but I know a lot of students love volunteering to help run them and it's a good way to get volunteer hours for the Austin Assurance scholarship yeah any other questions that one um did the the painting the Packers pink U was that something you guys did last year as well I think they're tackling it more heavily this year I know they're partnering with the sports teams and they have I think they're doing pink jerseys and I don't know if this has officially been announced but they're trying to convince faculty members to do the plunge for pink and so if we raise a certain amount of money certain faculty members of teachers will jump at that event so that's something to look forward to you let us know what that amount is okay yeah I'm say I AMC that event so if you guys need to raise money the day of I will help you guys okay yeah I'll let I'll let our student council advisory know that I want to know which teachers are committing I think [Music] committed us know how much the admin team could take this up you know what the school board could even H your bucket send an email if you're interested made like 20 grand I would totally jump in the lake if anyone wants to get the email I can let Ally know she was sending them out to all the teachers and stuff so okay sounds good I'll have her do that any other questions nobody make sure we get that in the minutes that say 20,000 20,000 I should say 1 million that's the m i what's the DAT that yeah uh it is the 20 it's the last Saturday January oh I'm a compe bummer but I can do anything I I'm on a foure streak of not having to jump so which means you have jumped before not not in the last five years okay thank you Anita you're welcome can I get a motion to approve Dan any discussion for your APS site report I think I brought this up at one of the other meetings that credit recovery program that is looks amazing because the the last time I talked about it the December Credit Recovery data was not in and it looks like September 23 courses October 93 November 8 in December was 57 that's amazing and then I had a question for Sher that in your report you had put um there was a presentation that was given to the student support professionals the ending the silent suicide awareness and prevention by Renee laot from the National Alliance on Mental Health Arrangements and it looks like that's going to actually be presented to the students that's correct the the presentation is actually designed for students but we wanted to preview it ahead of time and then we brought that recommendation to Administration yes and very important important education for absolutely and then [Music] see I just had a question about the technology report she had put in there that there was a student in Mrs Winter's computer science class that did a job share does that that's really like wonderful idea is that like the first time that's been done or does that happen frequently or it's something we want to expand on I don't know um Andor you to be here tonight but I don't know what we've done in the past I think it's something we looked at um and I know Cory I know you had some experience in that department to student Shadow to look at it but I know it's something we want to grow into more it's something that we had done in the past but it was um kind of halted during the pandemic and now it's kind of starting back up all but thank you any other discussion all those in favor anybody oppos motion passes our next agenda item is our English Learners El program review update with K12 e coordinator Sheila burer good evening Chon de superintendent and MERS [Music] of I am here to give you an update of our El program review if you'll recall last year we conducted a program review and then this summer received their recommendations and so I'm going to update you on the recommendations that they gave us and the progress that we've made towards addressing those so really focusing on that Packer profile for all Learners and districtwide multi-tier systems of support tonight um they came we came away with six recommendations obviously we're not going to tackle all of those this year but the first one was to develop an Austin specific L plan and that's a language instructional education program plan we've had one in the past there were some key components that were not addressed in our current plan so we've been working um all year to work on that and I'll kind of update you that in the next slides um the second recommendation was consistent use of instructional practices that are proven effective for multilingual Learners improve communication and engagement with and caregivers infusing culturally and linguistically responsive practices regular evaluation of el programming as a heard of The Continuous improvement process and providing ongoing professional development so those were the six recommendations and we met in July all Al teachers were invited to attend along with um some Administration and instructional coaches um we as a group looked at the recommendations and determined and prioriti the ones that we needed to start with first so um we formed a d leadership team with representatives from each building including teachers El teachers and administrators and we reviewed the work from the July meeting and also revised our screening process for new students uh to our district this year which I think today I looked and we process about 330 new students to the district that may have needed e support so lots of incoming students the leadership team is made up of department heads from uh the high school Ellis and I and then also a breath from each of the four Elementary buildings a high school admin rep and a middle level admin rep and then the 7 12 curriculum coordinator we meet on a monthly basis the focus of our work has been thus far working on that L plan we gathered plans from several different districts and then took the model plan that mde has and have created a draft for to the we' got it all put together thus far we're going to take a look at it in our next meeting at the end of January and hopefully have that back in front of you at some point in the near future for implementation next year um some of the things that are in that plan are vocabulary and definitions um you know everything in education has some kind of an acronym and names change so you may have heard of ESL le e ML and so we for our purposes here have defined ml students those are the students that know more than one language they're multilingual and we provide English language programming so we use ml when we're talking about students and E when we're talking about our programming um we also looked a lot at how different districts provide programming to students how many minutes a day what kind of classes are students taking a piece of the feedback that we received about our secondary programming is we tended to overs serve our ml students by offering them five to seven periods a day of e programming and therefore limiting their options of getting out into gened programming so we have revised that for the coming year and they are scheduling now based on the necessary classes that the e or the ml students need but not limiting their opportunities in the Gen setting so there'll be some changes coming up um especially at LS in the high school for opportunities for our ml students to have options in the gened setting more than they have currently at the elementary level our main change was to match the times that we tend to do interventions so if you're an elementary teacher you run a small group of reading groups uh after you finish the whole group instruction and there are times of ing our ml students were different than what the small group rotations were so for example I might have three 20 minute small groups but the mlcs left for 40 or they left for 30 which really messes everything up so we try to model what we're going to serve off of how they run their time in their uh small group reading in their half times otherwise um at J with they move to more of an Elementary schedule will be following what we have done in the elementary at I as well with more pushin support during that small group reading or small group math um I think that's all I wanted to share about that um so that consistent use of instructional practices one of the things that the secondary who has not been working on reading training has been working on what are called high impact teaching strategies and many of those um are exceptionally strong strategies for working with ML students so content and language objectives and if you've been around education for a while things like scop and Haan are all a part of those hit strategies and so we will continue to train staff one of the biggest gear for staff is that they're going to get a student in their classroom and they're not going to know how to support them because of their um English language learning needs and so we want to make sure that staff have they need in order to support all students in their classroom so they'll continue to work on that this year and next year it's really a three-year rotation before you get through all of the hits the elementary and JJ staff who are now in Reading training will start that out next year so we we have a plan Andre is doing a wonderful job of leading that um when we chose the reading training that we were going to do in the district we had three choices if you'll recall from the state we picked the one that was um that had a lot of E iies embedded in it so a lot of the Ola training has strategies that we can apply to our English language Learners in their classrooms um continued Improvement and communication with our families we had some uh panels for feedback last year with parents and one of the things sorry I got one of the things that they had said is they really didn't understand how their students were labeled e and how did they ever get out of e once you're in e so we held a parent meeting in November shared with them the screening process um how we assess students and how students exit it was attended by about 30 families it was a good night we had lots of good conversation uh we had it at the community action building and had several different tables with um Spanish speaking families and an interpreter at one table and French speaking families and an interpreter the table and it was great to hear commonalities across all families and homes the questions that they have and their wonderings of how they support their students if they themselves didn't speak English so lots of good conversation and I'm anxious to hold that meeting again next year and start to expand some of the information we share with parents one of the things that we did is we updated here um our parents service letters to make sure that they even re IRS that MD has for them as well um right now you heard Dr paig talk about um our work with culturally and linguistically Infused practices the principles are learning about that now and we will take that on to teachers in the coming future so a lot of the book we're reading the case studies that will continue to be uh use in the buildings the regular evaluation obviously we just did an evaluation but we will continue a cycle of that to look and review our processes that was a lot want me to go back sorry those are the initiatives any specific questions you have about those she is there a specific curriculum I know you said that um there are some pieces in the curriculum that was chosen for Main classrooms um is there something that when students are being pulled out or even for our um new to English Learners there are lots of different curriculums what we are doing at the elementary level right now is determining what resources do we have for which level of the student for the ml students they come to us in different areas of their language development so you might have a newcomer who is literate in their first language or a newcomer that has not learned to read in their first language those two students require very different supports as do the student two transfers here and has had a lot of language experiences they just need to learn English different resources for those students so we're trying to make a map of okay this is the student you have in front of you here's some possible resources that you can use research is showing that the more we can tie what we do with them when we're pulling them out back to what they're learning in the classroom it's a better chances that that they'll make progress so we want to make sure what we're doing with them isn't totally different than what they're experiencing in their classroom at the secondary level when they're involved in E classes it's a little bit different because you're me content standards on top of it using it with vocabulary and English instruction sense I ask a question thatting um I think I saw that had about 30 families in um that feels like a very small percentage of our of our El student our ml student population um do you have everything you need to reach the fames you feeling confid that those numers will probably grow I think one of the things we use the success coaches so I think now that the success coaches have a really good idea of what the parent meeting is about and can spread that word throughout the whole year that we will have an annual parent meeting that hopefully that will grow we try to infuse into the conversation and like what are things that families need to know we had heard from our audit that they wanted to know how they could identif as El and how do they get out of el and what tests do they have to take um other things that we're hearing from success coaches in fact today they met are things like how does grading work and what's credits what do you mean by credits they went from nth grade to 10th grade aren't they on track to graduate so a lot of that information is something else that the success coaches have suggested that we included an upcoming parent meeting so we'll take feedback from them as well as parents and development agenda we had to conversations about teaching about adult e classes making sure people know that they can go out to Riverland and take English classes um things like uh Early Childhood programming making sure everyone in the community knows about the opportunities for their children thank you for all that it was a great night s awesome you mentioned the adult Me classes my question is well is there is the programming that happens in the adult classes is it parallel what happens with the K12 students at all so that it can be reinforced at home um yes I actually got to go out and observe an adult E class and and honestly it's they're learning you know parts of speech letter sounds and words so it's very much mimics what the students are learning in in their classes as well one of the things we shared with parents and this is something you know that we learned a long time ago at some was if you don't speak or read English please still talk and read to your kids in your language because that continues to develop the literacy background which is so important um so reassuring parents that it's okay if you don't speak English but continue to talk to your child continue to read them have them tell you stories in their first language because that continues to grow their literacy background and so try to you know Comfort them that it's okay um we'll take care of the English part if you can continue to work on growing their vocabulary listening vocabulary is a huge predictor of reading success Sher um or Sheil excuse me I could imagine the complex the complexities that go along with this in the schools every day when you talk about infusing culturally and linguistically responses is that or is that part of hey I'm new to the country I'm new to the district what about just how do I use a bathroom how do I go to the lunchroom in a line like how do we instill some of those practices at a either the elementary schools or in the high schools is that part of this program as well so there are some different things that we have done um having a a student give a tour to an incoming students that speaks the same language to make sure that they're learning things like here's where the restom is here's where the nurse's office is if you have a problem here's the counseling office those types of things making sure that students understand um I think I think one of the things is kids tend to navigate towards kids that have similar experiences so kids seek that out but we also try to support them um as well uh and I think the other thing with the culturally linguistically responsive practices is making sure that we as staff understand that not everyone has the same schooling experience as what we offer and making sure that we're giving students opportuni to discuss in class um making sure that there's different opportunities of way of showing your leing so if you're a newcomer and you don't have the ability yet to write in English that's a way that you could show that you still understand the knowledge even though writing is still way thank you anybody else questions about the continuous Improvement regular evaluation how often are you looking at that well in my mind these six recommendations are a three-year plan so my assumption would be at the end of three years we're going to take a look again and see how far we come and what things are still left to be accomplished and then I think there's always revision because nothing is status quo with the the incoming students that we receive and standards and all of that is constantly changing so I think probably in three years we'll look again to see where we're at and what we need [Music] next thank you so much you our next agenda item is our request for the approval of donations with Executive Director of Finance and operations good evening chairperson B superintendent un School Board it is my honor to standon of you tonight to go through the donations we've received from private individuals public entities and trusts um these are in accordance of school board policy 706 I will read off the donations and ask you guys to please approve these so the first one is the hormone plant for $250 four elementaries in IG h RIS $600 Austin High School student counsel Kurt and Anette Muller $250 Lauren Schwab scholarship Austin Eagles weldy machine and weldy mask for the welding program that is our donations tonight a motion to approve the donations Carol by Dan discussion my favorite is the 97 board all those anybody opposed motion pass tennis court replacement concept we're getting some information about this this is not a a voting or actionable item tonight yes so we have been in front of the facilities Committee in the past um we had hired a company isg to do a facilities fac facility feasibility study to look at all our facilities um all our buildings our athletic Pro our athletic project and just to see where we're at and one of the things we Tred to do is we look at a long-term facility maintenance money that we received and what can we do with the money we received um and where can we invest our money so one of the things we did is we asked them to look at our Tennis Courts at westcot because we knew they were at their almost life expectancy so what we wanted to do was a look to see if could we just get away with another uh REO and get through a couple more years and what they came back and said is that that needed to have a complete reconstruction due to the failing Pavements so where we're at right now is we met myself facili director Joe Adamson Katie Carter and tennis coach Jeff Anderson we met with isg went through the project specs looked at the cost an estimated budget and looked at a timeline for this as you can expect um tennis is a spring and fall Sport and we are also in Minnesota so our summers are very unpredictable so we've kind of put a timeline together of when the boy sees in we and in the Girl season when to start so where we're at right now is the isg is working on the specs right now getting a few more estimates then what we do is we bring this back to the board to get the board's approval because we're over $100,000 on this it would have to go out for a sealed bit so we'll come back in February isg would be here they would present the specs to you guys get approval to go out for a sealed BB at the end of February beginning of March we' bring the the vids back to you guys and see if they've met met the specs and then have you guys approve those bids at that time so again we just wanted to bring this forward to you guys because it's it's over the $100,000 so it'll be a sealed bid and we just wanted to make sure that there's any questions comments you guys have but this is our effort to continually look at our facilities look at the money we get from longterm facility maintenance and see where we can invest in the short term this will be one of the projects that we can do this summer so I'll opening up to any questions comments just a clear these courts are nearly unplayable correct my understanding talking with isg our CL director and our coach yes we are getting to that stage there are like chunks of the court that are coming out and people are tripping on them it's they're unsafe yes okay so when you say a sealed bed but you say a complete reconstruction what's the difference so what a sealed bed means is what has to happen is companies will we'll send out the specs then they got to submit back to us in a sealed envelope so that means it'll not a sorry I'll make sure I say that better it's in a sealed envelope so we'll have a bid opening where they have the ready to come in the room and then we'll open those bids at that time so to be clear that's okay so be clear the bid will be for complete reconstruction reconstruction and um there was a design that we're working through right now eight courts we'd be looking to add four pickup cords on that um we're also working working with the Architects to see if we could have half the pickle courts on the one side so then we could fence off and you know we're working through um we're also working through to have the blue and green designed so that we could host um I think it's the US what is it USA USA Association there's got to be certain color of the courts and there's got to be certain requirements in there so we're working with them to see to make sure we can host in the future so we're working through all those things right now and all the discussion has been to continue to put the courts there and nowhere else in the community that's the intent right now when we started this process to use long-term facility maintenance it has to be like for life so if we were to move that to another part of our facility it is not like for life and I we have to go to another funding source so that is why right now we are staying on that part of the property thank you no problem is it expanding on the amount of courts that are out there there out there right now or there there is eight out there right now we're just looking at making them maybe a little wider and just restructuring how that kind of Ls but it would be a like for like so um I know there's a pickleball Association that just started and they're trying to fundraise to make separate pickleball courts but you thought about working with them for maybe someing they have reached out to us um we will have that conversation but we're still until the board gives us a full blessing that we can move forward on this I don't really have anything I can offer them so I first need get the board to approve me and going out or the us going out for STS but yes we will reach out and work with the p Association at that time that was a great question Micha you seem to speak from experience situation right now right yeah courts there's probably four playable courts and Four Courts that are cracked up to a point where the ball hits It's unplayable to fly off the as a coach niely said in the um review meeting if you put the on one couple of the courts you put the tall down it'll roll [Music] away so yes me um so what is the status of our Courts at nein then right now when we talked about the Nevin they are not needed for our high school or Junior High program so they're not right now on the docket for this they will continually be a part of our larger scale facility discussion but right now they're not well we got estimates on that to get them they have to go almost through a same scale so right now we I would say we don't really have a good plan for that at this time to be honest thank you these are great questions anybody else thank you for sharing that no problem thank you everybody should have been able to see the mockup on the agenda and the attachments so feel free to check that out thank you thank you guys questions right and if anybody comes up with other questions I'm sure Todd will be more than happy to F them via email or phone or knocking on this door y all right all right we've got a reminder of our School Board study session scheduled for Monday January
