just associated with the Sherman Avenue project yes and um what is the the exension the U you read the the one of the lines an award deadline issue and I probably related to that but I just ask the broad question yes we Technically when you uh sign AG agreement it has deadlines in there by what you have to abide by this Project's not going to be done by 2024 December 2024 this is just a formality to file the dot saying that we're requesting a six Monon extension to complete it this case when it says award deadline with like we the project has not gone fast enough to award the construction or something like that right she's not yeah um what are the chances of not getting the extension to we I think some of the major barriers that we had are now resolved yeah so this will hopefully be proor you can't make us finish the project in the next month so yeah the extension this is formality very kind of trou or something anybody else seeing no one I make a motion to close the hearing on agenda items I'll second that any discussion roll call Mr Kudo yes Mr donelly Mr poer Mr sis Mr Machado yes yes bring forth resolution number one authorizing extension of certain Grant and Jessica here and whereas it all started on the soccer field when and's daughter Jessica was a member of the Berkeley Heights Buzz coached by me in 2007 uh David recruited Anna to work at Town Hall where she started as the secretary to planning and zoning boards Anna took land use courses and became familiar with all aspects of Planning and Zoning she quickly added administrative duties for the Department of Public Works working closely with former engineer and DPW director Jack dagasa and whereas when a vacancy in the clerk's office occurred Anna who had a legal background expressed interest which was granted by mayor Joe Bruno and Council who appointed her in 2011 as acting clerk Linda santillo the deputy clerk the time was a Workhorse and together they made a wonderful team and thank you David whereas after much studying statute memorization for the Antiquated registered Municipal Clerk's exam Anna received her Clerk's license in June 2013 was officially appointed by mayor Bruno and council members Hall Kingsley Pastor Peron Woodruff and deia she has been our clerk ever since whereas when Anna first started with the township Angie Deany was serving as Township administrator and David con was mayor since moving to the clerk's office there have been five additional administrators three additional Mayors 21 Council people four police Chiefs and countless employees with that many people in the mix andna has become quite Adept at learning the strengths and weaknesses of Rai and if necessary finding ways to unify mayor and Council behind the scenes and whereas during her tenure as municipal clerk and I trained two deputies Patty Donahue and Angel lazari who' have gone on to become successful clerks in other townships rounding out the collaborative team in the clerk's office is Moren Irving who has provided additional sport since 2015 and whereas Anna has presided over 14 general elections including four presidential elections she was instrumental in moving voting districts out of the schools by working closely with the Union County Board of Elections to change polling locations for residents and to minimize risk to our school age children additionally Anna has attended over 375 budget special and regular meetings of the township Council that requires like some sort of Hazard that I we uh as we all know whereas while working as our clerk Anna has been involved with numerous Township initiatives and issues included but not limited to the swap the construction of this Municipal complex Redevelopment lease agreements afford affordable housing commitments record inventory and retention Township website development and bids and whereas Anna developed close working relationships with so many people particular former Mike CFO I'm sorry Mike Maro administrators Linda Kavanaugh John basico Lea Viana Police Captain Frank May police Chiefs John de Pasquel and Bill IES and Barbara Russo who have been her one consistent for close to 15 years and whereas with her analytical mind her thirst for knowledge her expertise in Oprah her big picture understanding of issues arising in the township her knowledge of the law and her role as municipal clerk Anna has been an extraordinary employee and whereas Anna mof is retiring from her position as M municipal clerk of the township of Berkeley Heights effective November 30th 2024 now therefore be it resolved that the former and current Mayors and Council of the township of Berkeley Heights on behalf of all of our citizens do hereby formally recognize and publicly thank Anna minkov for her 17 years of service to the township and wish her many years of health and happiness in her retirement approved this 18th day of November 2024 Anna will you please come forward former Council people and current Council people to come forward to let's take a picture with her with their Proclamation we have a couple other special things you be the correct one people people the back people on the front one two three look at Barbara Barbara look at [Laughter] Dan all right council president fer stay with us a moment let everybody get sett out and stay stay with us for a moment we special thing for you on behalf of the current Council as we sit and we pray that you weren't going to go anywhere and we can talk to you out of it um just want to give you a little something where you're going away and after all those numbers I think Guinness World Book records is on the phone they're gonna come down here um I just want to say thank you for everything you've done at least for me personally um my last three years uh has been well-rounded because I was able to pick your brain and find out stuff and listen to stuff and know where I was going so I appreciate that okay thank you it's for everybody all right thank you very much and think this is your life I think you should be the ones to um make sure that she that the entire meeting and for cocktails all right open this s and read it out loud they're all funny you're not gonna cry we're gonna be good we gonna be good retirement weekly uh retirement schedule Monday due Tuesday whatever Wednesday the Thursday hell Friday I Saturday one Sunday to two smells like it's not your problem anymore one you have to behind you all storms behind you all the storms you weather before you all the new chapes around you and all those who love you enjoy your retirement and with that like people not reing for Florida leaves another half hour and with that before I open this citizens I just want to say something really quick take a lot of time when I first got elected and I know what I was doing and I went up to Rutherford for called the Township school but I learned all about the way government works and they said that the most important person or the Cog of municipal government is the clerk I remember coming back and saying we have to teach me everything you know so I just thank you for the amazing Learning Journey and I'm jealous enjoy yeah yeah before we open the citizens hearing I'd like to invite anyone from the public former body members Mayors if anyone wants to come forward and say something who wish n please do that at this time I that was GNA be mayor council um when Anna was finishing up getting her certificate okay um she came on board and immediately her confidence was recognized and her ability to deal with people was recognized by all of us but what many people probably in here don't know is Anna had an opportunity or maybe more than one to leave this and um I remember when she was going through that and nobody would to lose her that's for sure but she made a decision and I think in large part she made that decision because of her feelings towards this town and her commitment to the people of this town and that's one of the things that I'll always remember you know about you and you had opportunities but no you wouldn't do it and I want to thank you for everything you meant to me and all those who were in our on our council at that time most if not all are here I think which is a testament to you and I want to thank you personally and good thank you mayor Anna um just a few words pop into mind Grace Under Pressure knowledgeable objective always does the right thing thank you for being so awesome to berly Heights thank you for being so awesome and helping me get up to speed thank you thank you thank you enjoy retirement totally jealous I had to write some down so I didn't lose my track um I was fortunate to work with BNA for 13 plus years um she's just got a natural way of making everybody feel comfortable and she gets everyone with that beautiful smile and no matter how busy she is because she really is uh Anna always makes time for people and she makes you feel like she's got all the time in the world and none of your questions are ever stupid and trust me many of us have asked Anna a lot of stupid questions but she is the backbone to this Council and quite frankly I think she's The Guiding Light not just for the council but for all of the professionals that she works with the administrators CFOs Mayors and and everybody's that she served while you've been the clerk uh your knowledge of the municipal code is second to none um you're an expert in the Oprah you've just really helped make the township communication channels better more effective and more accessible for all together I think we served four administrators five CFOs three Mayors and I think five Township attorneys not to mention we work through the swap uh this beautiful building getting built and the affordable housing settlements of 2015 and through all of these challenges I think you were the constant your knowledge professionalism and your absolute Sunny disposition got all of us through it was really challenging and he got the residents through it as well I can't imagine walking into the clerk's office without that smile or attending a meeting and not seeing their beautiful Auburn girls uh it's been my pleasure to work with you you're going to be missed you're leaving very very good shoes to fill but enjoy your next phase and I hope you take time to relax and enjoy yourself because you do have nothing but happiness obviously I'd like to join with what everyone has said but I think there's something else that has to be noted when you're a Township government bureaucrat you don't want to be talked about because that means you're not something's not going right but you as you know so many people come to your office and have come to your office throughout the year year after year and they go to the clerk's office for all kinds of help all kinds of assistance many times questions that need to go direct to someone else and what I know is that this town has had an extremely wonderful privilege in having you there guiding that clerk's office day in and day out without fuss without without issues without being in the in the local newspaper or attention in Council meetings and that's not an accident this doesn't happen you know just by sheer luck it happens because you have done an extraordinary job in giving back to this community in reflecting the values of this community and the good times and bad and great meetings and stressful meetings and everything in between you have been as as Jean said a figure of poise and Grace and professionalism throughout all of it uh and so I want to thank you as well as is everyone but particularly for the fact that so many people will never know because they didn't get to see problems with it they will never know how great a Township cler they had during your tenure how well you do things so thank you good Lu well I I can't believe I'm the one who's know the longest um so when I was mayor at 18 um and decided to give you the first opportunity I won't tell everyone we knew on the soccer field Barbara and I have sworn to keep that secret but there there are a lot of things you get to do as a mayor member of governing body a lot of things that you're proud of I want to say one of the things I'm most proud of is hiring you to the township um and the Legacy that you've given it's not easy finding a clerk it's not easy finding cler that can handle all the things that you're responsible for um Andrew probably remembers but I can't remember before you um but it was it's really a testament that you've been able to stay the course handle all the things that come on all the budget meetings everyone who's done this know they they are a killer all the elections all the late nights doing that so from all of us from the township thank you for your service and thank you for knowing you for so long thank 37 Rogers you guys congratulations Anna uh I think as John has mentioned Susan mentioned uh when you step in it is a bit nutty uh and with the amount of cast of characters up here those of us who have served those of us who have tried you've always been a bit of the stability and it's interesting to hear different people actually talk to that where I found value in often stopping by the office at an off hour to get a little bit of the skinny a little bit of perspective which was always quite honestly balanced um which I think is critically important uh you're an expert in Oprah possibly because of Tom forer which is actually sometimes you don't see these gifts coming you don't see them that way but when you look back you're like wow I learned a lot thank you but nonetheless I think it is interesting that you are that sort of connection point which I think uh the world the town often needed um so we wish you all the best um and thank you for everything that you repr it's been just really wonderful getting to know you as a person and appreciate everything that you've brought I agree the clerk is a absolute critical position in the off of Madness so thank you very much one second say something one second oh yeah I'm sorry I have to leave for my son's soccer banquet so normally I'd wait till the end 30 seconds sorry Jeffrey I'm going the same place um it takes a really great tight-knit team to make a small Municipal staff operate as well as we do in fact here at Town Hall we're not just a team mayor Dean and I always refer to the staff in all the Departments as our town hall family because that's truly what it is you form bonds by going through some of the best work experiences in the job and some of the worst when you form these bonds you hurt when another one of our town family is hurting and experience joy for each other during happy times at the heart of this family is Anna she's been through it all and has always had a steady hand you help me learn the ropes when I came on board here and continues to teach me and by six years here we've laughed together worried together raged together cry together would one look across the podium during meetings we know what each other's thinking and through it all I've always been able to count her wise experience counsel I truly would not have been able to do this job without her my one consolation to you leaving is that I know we have such a wonderful person who fits perfectly in her Town Hall family coming in to replace you Angela she knows firsthand of my occasional crazy and still said yes to coming back saying you have big shoes to fill is an understatement but Angela is the perfect person to fill them so thank you enjoy every minute of retirement the hiking the grandkids and the ability to finally truly enjoy your time off without wondering what storm you may be walking back into when you come back through those doors after your years of wonderful service you deserve it wa where did Kevin go sorry thank you I do not have prepared remarks um it's been an interesting ride say that uh one thing I will say two things first the first project we worked on together I have when I reminisce was there was this abomination of moldy documentation in the basement which was reportedly the town fil and I think when I first joined the council and you were new to be the clerk you looked at me with this disgust and Desperation and said we have to enter the modern world here and I think we fought together to actually get on micro fish or something very techno like that first major win I think it's a a Duo um my only comments are it's been a plast working with you the my the only in addition separate from what was already been presented this evening was or is and this Clarity of thought her intellectual honesty and her ability to call me on the telephone and she disagreed said you guys are incorrect corre get act together and govern correctly so I think in addition to the bureaucratic elements of being an effective work it also requires the Moy in the spine and the intelligence to all SP Spain and I think that was one of the major contributors I think to the enjoy thank maybe I'll be quick that make Uber run um again I'm not going to repeat everyone that said but again and I just want to say thank you for all your hard work for your guidance and everything especially the last three years as I had to learn about raffle permits social Affair permits lior license and everything else that come to with invol so just a very big thank you for on myself for all your help in over the years so thank you and good luck and retirement congratulations Margaret it's really weird to see you on that that subject all right Anna thank you so much for all your service to the town uh me as a council woman is being new uh when I was elected you are the first one that I went to for every questions for every request for every email just not not just for me but also to all the you know everybody from town so you're always there and you always did it with a smile and um I just want to congratulate you congratulate you and thank you for your service you know to the town enjoy your retirement enjoy your grandchildren and also you leaving behind some big shoes to build but I'm sure that you know you're not GNA worry what you thank you so much you better not worry okay Anna and I have known each other for about 19 years and as David mentioned it all started with the Berkeley Heights Buzz soccer team our daughters were teammates and continue to Friendship throughout High School Anna was already working in town hall for about three years when David recruited me too I'd been out of the workforce for a number of years so walking into a public sector job where everything was so difficult uh so different from private sector was a surprise luckily for me Anna was a familiar face and a person who I could turn to from day one I've always admired how Anna has her finger on the pulse she sees the big picture which is not always apparent or easy in politics she's smart has the utmost Integrity knows her role follows the law and is a kind and helpful coworker I know that many employees have gone to her for what we call Therapy Center Anna is the one person wholeheartedly trust which is important in the workplace especially when there are literally politics involved throughout all the changing administrations Anna has been my constant together we' worked under Mayors David Cohen Joe Bruno Bob wuff and Angie Deany and administrators Linda Kavanaugh John basico elizza Viana and she Who Shall Not Be Named together we have adapted to their different styles learned all their strengths weaknesses and pet Peach the same thing goes for Council Members there have been 21 different council members since Anna started in the clerk's office that's a lot of personalities to manage we've had fun behind the scenes uh fun with behind the scenes banter with many of them and also had therapy sessions about many of them back in 2016 when Anna and former CFO Mike Maro AKA Money Mike were back both tenured after being reappointed by Mayor Bob wooder we joked about taking their picture with their feet up on their desk and sending it to councel of course our hardworking Clerk and CFO wouldn't allow it as residents of the township we care more than the average employ and over the years Anna has spent countless after hours working Fielding calls on weekends and evenings many years ago she started doing her food shopping at a town to avoid the inevitable grocery store conversations to avoid to avoid the inevitable grocery store conversations with residents neighbors and elected officials I'm sure Stop and Shop will be happy to have you back the past 14 plus years we've been through a lot both professionally and P personally and have always been able to count on each other personally we've survived and shared our daughter's high school years uh lost the loss of parents and in-laws career successes of our daughters my husband's heart surgery kids breakups engagements weddings and babies professionally we work collaboratively through numerous reorganization meetings agendas website design or qes opras employee issues the construction of this municipal building by the way Anna has the best office in the entire building we've had our share of frequent flyer residents who we laugh and roll our eyes about between the two of us if we have a recollection of something that happened in the past the other inevitably can help fill in the blanks we both know that to see succeed in the political environment you need to keep your head down mouth shut do your job and support whoever's in office no matter what I wasn't surprised a few months ago when Anna told him she was retiring even though she's too young to retire she recognizes that spending quality time with her family and friends while young and healthy is a priority she loves spending time with Sienna and Eli even though I tell her she's the worst grandmother in the world because she doesn't have many pictures of them and she loves to travel her retirement is more than welld deserved and despite me feeling sad for myself for losing my person I'm thrilled for her and wish you nothing but the best in all the years to come G to miss you terribly oh God don't think I won't be calling you and then I just wanted to give this to you this is from Lind kav she she can't be here tonight some people have a word husband or wife these two well I'm sorry I arrived late I missed the proclamation so I regret that I'm glad I GL that that was great great presentation fun to listen to I don't have anything prepared but I just wanted to say I only work for you with you for a short time but even since then it's been like I've been on on the Town Council you always treated me with with great uh kindness and uh and support and I really appreciate that so thank you so much I wish you the very best and I miss you but I we have good uh good people behind you so thank you thanks [Music] for we're all bearing witness to how wonderful and is and really were great our Municipal club I'm getting old so I'm forgetting things but I remember back in 2012 when I first started interacting with Anna and how she was always courteous respectful trustworthy if I had a question she didn't want to to she got back to me with an answer she's a model of a a municipal work and a model to emul wishing you well in your retirement in the next phase of your life thanks very much been happy to know you thank I have anything formal for r I just would be remiss if I didn't say how much I appreciate you and how much better I am personally to have known you and professionally have you're a role model you're a friend um and everyone knows how wonderful you are but I saw behind the scenes how hard you worked and the Integrity which is inspiring so thank you for everything that's on you we move on to closing and moving on cting just to say I just want to say a quick thank you I'm Bill and I are the latest Town Council Members that you've shephered along um your smile your fortitude your patience with us all it's just great so thank here you're going to be M say something I wasn't going to but I'll do that the I just want to say thank you I know that um you know there's always these ups and downs in town and uh you've been super supportive and neutral through everything and I really appreciate it and uh I wish you all Lu thank you thank you the gun it's gonna be quick yeah I I've I've learned in any organization Council people Mayors we come and go it's and the Big Wheel of Life we come and go but the main part of the wheel is the core and the core is what drives the wheel and that's you because you've been such a steady Fort to this Council and to the township we've all been able to do our jobs more efficiently better and honor your integrity and work ethic so with that I want to say thank you um I voted no for you retiring but uh I I will definitely miss you but thank you staying for a while yes and I'll just close it up by reiterating a little bit of what I said to you on Tuesday we've known each other on both sides of it Township administrator and now mayor and as an elected official I think that you have placed an indelible mark on this community you're somebody who's going to be remembered for decades to come but the other part of this as um a woman I think you're an incredible role model I think for your daughters and for your granddaughters you've set a wonderful bar standard what it means to be a professional woman a kind woman a caring woman um I wish you all the best um it took me um probably 48 hours to get a fetal position when we each other l' got to know where we're in L'Oreal store she's like I think I'm GNA retire um I just there're they almost aren't The Works um to to articulate what a wonderful person you are in addition to being an incredible clerk you are just somebody who is different special you'll be missed I hope you come you know visit us often I thank you for your service when I was the administrator and I certainly uh thank you for your service as as the mayor and I know that you're an incredible support to the council so happy retirement my friend s Tom por if you come up and ask a question I don't know what I'm gonna wrestle you to the ground the video will be available Netflix Netflix Netflix if you ask us how many pencils we bought this year with that I move to open the citizens I'll second that any other discussion roll call Mr Kudo yes Mr danyer yes Mrs Mr Machado Mrs po yes okay the citizen hearing is now open with all the rules I read earlier still any you want to say were you kidding so okay so I seeing no one I'll take a moment come just uh Peter baso 37 Rogers Avenue the reason I mentioned the address we all know in terms of what's happening I'm going de side with my gone Woods that are warrant I get it we all understand what's happening over my question just in general is in the beginning with my last Council meetings as this was all happening has is somebody still keeping an eye on aspects of this is that more planning board and what I'm really talking about is setbacks obviously the the development is occurring it's it's happening it's just that you know obviously like any like your neighbor's house is not at the edge of your backyard do we have any sense like when they start dropping more things like is there somebody that's actually be Ling that is that me going down there and saying like what would you suggest because I know at one point we had an executive we were looking at what was going on back there it's obviously a project that's approved with everything that's happening but just in general in terms of when we get to the point where like oh look they dropped the house and it's actually 20 feet closer than we supposed to be is it just are we aware it still happen so uh let me ask a question is there anything that we should be attentive to anything that you see that's happening that uh currently that is concerning well I mean again I'm I'm I'm starting with the the the thinking that things are my code and everything else the main structures are up it looks like there's another there's another run it also looks different than what the original plans were just in terms of maybe the numbers are the same the structures change a little bit but it seems like the last you're wondering at one point like are they dropping another row because it almost seems like I don't think they're just going to leave buffer and that's when actually it'll be closest to Heights at this point it's more it's more in the center but you know you're going to have things I guess you know it's it's a very general question just in terms of is there some communication that continues on is it their planning board with our planning board is that is that how that or it just happens in plan on speak yeah not nothing dayto day or week to week month to month but we can certainly have our professionals reach out and just s of check it just like a check they're using the right setbacks and things like that J supposedly that conservation easement between your property and theirs was written into the agreement with the portable hous right so you'll see the silk fence that they put to keep things but so that's what I'm assuming is that's they literally went right to the line with cutting every tree down that they they could you know so that's fine but then the set back from there and they're supposed to plant so like the next phase is when things get built do they set it back to the right spot and then does the planting yeah for for that back and forth on that conservation to make sure it was stfe and the animals have found a new place I sorry I'm late I miss Siana festivity but um Mark faser 107 Emerson Lane look guys play by the rules I don't know what the rules are anymore listed your address and name everyone it Wason there you go so I had the privilege of working with Anna when I was on the council from 2015 to 17 I think it was and you know I don't I don't know what people said earlier but I thought about it when I was uh trying to make the meeting and to put things in perspective as to all of her heart work uh I thought about Anna by the numbers so just some numbers about Anna's service she presided as the clerk at over 30 elections during her tenure that's primaries elections probably a lot more because he used to do the school and special elections but at least 30 elections and it's a good thing our Town's not passionate um I'm sure that was smooth sailing at all of those um she issued roughly 4,000 dog permits and that that's imagine if everyone actually registered their dogs how many permits he would have issued but I think at least 4,000 dog permits um over 5,000 parking permits over the years and imagine if we actually had the spaces where people could park how many permits there would have been um thousands and thousands of death certificates and marriage licenses during your tenure um you served as clerk at over 350 Council meetings so think about that 13 years 24 regulars budgets um other special meetings but 350 meetings and again people aren't passionate and they didn't get up and speak at all and those smooth sailing for you too um but my overall favorite I would have to say is as as Clerk and given the laws in New Jersey and the open public records act she's responded to over 6,500 open request and that's got to be some kind of record especially for town our size I venture to guess it is on that sheer number but I bet also an equal record is op requests from people named Tom it's probably a record as well but you know seriously one of the one of the greatest professionals I've ever had the opportunity to work with in my entire career uh whether it's been out in the workplace certainly at the Town remarkable person always kept her cool was always prepared always ready um the town isn't going to Real realiz what they've lost until they've lost it which I guess is today but uh thanks so much for all you've done for all of us Santa you're absolutely fantastic so great work what's Happ you open those stats no I some easy math thank you all right so seeing no one else wait wait wait wait wait sorry that's second time I jumped ahead happy retirement thank you when I first moved here I had no idea like I think I had a fouryear old when I first came to the town council meeting and then I didn't get it like what was going on I think we were talking about swap back then and I think I just emailed you or called you and you were very you know kind considerate took the time to explain what the history of the project so we're going to terribly miss you just being accessible and also I think um one time I I was looking for a notary on a weekend and then somebody told me well the Township Clerk can be a notary and then that was the first time I actually came like early in the morning before I went to work in New York and around I think and Anna was there available I called and like yeah I'll be there so we're going to terribly miss you um I just had a few questions on after last week's council meeting just wanted to know if the council received the bid specs and the designs for the dead project the agenda item that got pulled off I did not but you know I've not read I've been out of town I got home late last night so don't go by me I also got back at 9:30 last night so I have not had a chance to check anybody I didn't ask for them so so um and also you keep hearing about the Westside drainage project is there a design available for public review uh I don't design on the website yeah I think it's there design meaning or or at least there's some stuff there yeah design meaning like we keep hearing about it's going to alleviate all the you know flooding and drainage issues like I've been in town for 13 years never had never saw I think until three years ago that Robins had to be like blogged off with the water backing out so I know west side is in getting all the attention right now so I just wanted to know like are we where does the water flow down like you know we have different elevations and stuff so is if anybody want it or maybe it will be of good use of time if there is like a presentation made on Westside drainage which areas is it going to connect and the piping that's going to be put in is it just the west side of the town are we not looking at the other sides all lot of that information that you're asking for is on the website because we have had a couple of presentations and there is a for a lack of a better word of hydraulic study that was done at least two years ago um it is very costly so that is the side of town that we looked at at that time we did Spring Ridge correct yes and I think I don't know that we have those words I think we okay you know maybe in draft form so that was the other side of town that's been studied so far it's all on so I know when I was um became more involved in town government and eventually took this seat I learned a lot from the information on the website on the westside drainage there's a lot of information there the documents are there the concepts uh drawings are there um additionally in April of this year we had a a conference session that was pres presided over by neglia and engineering who is the township Engineers Who provided an update on where we are with the project so I encourage you to watch that video as well I found that very informative one thing about the bids specs like we've never asked for the bid specs um I'm an engineer so I leave it to the professional so I've not asked for the bit bets before and they're not usually just sent to people you have to ask for them if you want to see them and it's outside of my daily wi no the reason I ask is I think the public can't review these bids and there are lot of bits that are being approved so the the documents get available to the public only after the council or the governing body has voted on them and with some of these projects like I think the agenda item that got pulled off today having similarities with the agenda item that was on the agenda last week are we is anybody looking at the uniformity of these specs and how much are we spending versus the main think that got pulled off because this is a celebration night to be honest with you we're we're trying to celebrate an we move that to December 1st because it was not time sensitive okay um can I can I just when you say uniformity I don't believe there's any uniformity in any part of town that has an issue with water or anything else so um I'm not sure that might be the that might not be the correct word for the uniformity of like a public bid has to meet certain criteria that's what I'm saying like are ensuring especially when we get brands from the state or the with government you got to ensure that we are meeting all the specifications to approve the bill right each project is different so I'm I'm sorry not to cut you off but this I have my husband at my house with the food and the drinks for everybody here to celebrate her um just two more question the attorney looks at the bids okay and the engineer looks at the bids all bids and the clerk looks at the bids from her perspective too our bids get audited we comply with there's one not an yes after last council meeting my only concern was I believe I heard that we are starting in and it will take years but when they do see how bad it is on the top that's when it's going to be you know and if we could just like do you have another question is there any way you can give your questions to Anna and we can answer them another night it's really I'm kind of frustrated that we actually had an agenda item on tonight because I really wanted this to be about her and the only reason we did a special meeting was because she was I know but I came from work I haven't even gone so um the thing is we spending I think last last Council meetings agenda was 450,000 and then it up later and then put PES or it's basically so very quickly I'm gonna answer this and then there's no more questions I'd really like to adjourn um so really quickly what we decided to do was to address the bottom of the project and W in those pipes in order to expert itting because you have a lot of more construction work you have a lot of easement work that's going to take place that means if somebody has a shed a hot tub a pool on Township property that that was going to be problematic so it the thought process was after um to Pivot a little if you will and to to start at the bottom creating or constructing rather wrong word constructing larger pipes to try to address it a little bit more expeditiously but then you'll have to go back and still do what we're going to do yes it's going to take a long time and that was the other thing it this is kind of more of an immediate remedy to that problem as well stop yeah I mean it not necessarily stop we could continue with the project it's but like this is something that we can do more immediately to address the flooding issue from I guess Emerson on down don't mean to cut you off it's just Anna's night it's Anna's night see no one I close the hearing not second that any discussion Mr Kudo Mr berer Mr Machado yes motion to adourn motion to adjourn all in favor you thank you all so much all right food and drink to celebrate at my house to there I just was GNA tell her [Applause] great anding dinos come back here
