meeting it's January 9th 2025 we have 700 p.m on the clock please note that this meeting is being held in conformance with all regulations of the open public meetings act adequate notice of this meeting has been posted on the township website and sent to the newspapers of record the agenda has been posted on the town website and the Bolton board fronting Municipal Building at least 48 hours in advance of the meeting this evening the agenda items will not necessarily be heard in the order listed and the meeting will not continue substantially past 10:30 p.m. uh Katherine may I have the commercial and the residential Parcels people are building out their parcels and there is a residential interest along the uh Corridor of Springfield Avenue so I look forward to a very promising 25 thank you very much for your confidence me Mr Ken uh if we get a list because there's been quite a few changes to the zoning in town that we didn't get a formal notification on right like zone changes for example yeah right because now that we don't do it by um other and building coverage it's just coverage right when you fill out an application now he doesn't go by both it's just the one so things like that just so as we're looking at applications okay we I will have Connie work on any changes uh for in 2004 which may affect our interpretation in view of the municipal and then I don't know maybe Amanda can get us a list of things that are on the horizon right and we've talked about things to look out for um that may be coming down the road such as turning you know oversized accessory buildings into Carriage Houses use there is the there is some consideration and and maybe Catherine has a little bit more uh of auxiliary unit dwellings have you heard heard any excuse me um yes I have heard I have seen them um in a few towns with the zoning ordinances are allowing them in certain neighborhoods you know under certain conditions yeah yeah they are starting to come up yeah just understand right is this something that is Case by case town by town or will it become something more widespread just things that we as the board should start to look out for that going to change the way we start to view applications so I think it's going to be more wide spread but I I'll certainly have Amanda you know get back to you with that we see decks and porches and additions and that's pretty basic stuff for us to take I think postco you you saw the absolutely it was the accessories and covered porches covered decks seem to be the latest Buzz lap pools were another one private swimming pools as opposed to joining the the wise and the uh lifetime fitnesses that were you've seen upake of those granny pods a lot too absolutely just things like that that we should be aware of
