setfast in committed here we are the oldest company in unista Township uh founded December 8th 1924 after some major fires that disrupted Richland at the time started off with the classic uh truck bar truck pulled the trailer with firefighting equipment we evently got a Model T and A little chemical engine in 1925 1925 we also built our original wooden Firehouse at Main Avenue in Smith Street in Rich um 1958 we converted the building truck phas into a masonry building because we finally got a modern 1958 model American of France custom pumper $118,000 wow back then that was a lot of 1950s carnivals macaroni dinners chicken barbecues pancake breakfasts that we were always constantly working at so you I'll pay the the cost of these things uh unfortunately the cost of firefighting and equipment and uniform uh and such just keeps on rationing upward by year we cly TR to be very cost efficient U we've got now uh four vehicles two Pumpers a pumper tanker and a rescue service truck that uh every five six years you we have to turn over to get newer equipment as we running out like but we Cly support the township help found the beist township Emergency Management Services back in Lisa uh so this is the first meeting since our brand new digital sign has been installed it was just installed two Fridays ago it is a 4T by 8ot digital sign right here up by the building um here at the municipal complex um I am getting to learn how to put stuff up there so slowly but surely we will have all of our events posted um times for opening closing things of that nature things that are happening within uh bunavista Township so keep your eyee out here here for um the sign I hear it's you definitely is eye-catching from the street as you're going by so um even when the power was out Friday night that was definitely illuminated um it also has uh amber alert emergency uh equipped Interruption that goes on the sign as well so if there's any emergencies that automatically go out uh the sign will automatically transfer over to that emergency for 30 seconds and then come back to the regular program to that so um it has a lot of features um um to this sign it's been a long time coming um completely paid by grant money um it's been saved up over several years uh to be able to purchase and uh afford this sign so um I appreciate the township committee support and allowing me to kind of still do what we need to do operationally and also put a little bit of money aside year after year to be able to purchase this um completely out of uh grant money so um with that um we have a Christmas tree here um it's a decorated tree with handcrafted handd designed ornaments from all the students at melany school um it is here on display through January probably towards the end of January uh we will take it down but um the students got together they contacted us they wanted to be able to provide decorations that they do annually we usually hang them up um in the hallway in this year we actually purchase the tree so that way year after year when they do decorations we can continue to display them um so anybody who would like to come and and take pictures of it or take a look at it uh please feel free uh to stop by uh definitely they did a fantastic job for the amount of decorations that we have um and with that I just want to say I'm so proud of all of our accomplishments that we have done here in 2024 uh not only for the different events that we were able to do um a lot of the different grants and Road improvements we were able to do as well but more specifically for the employees um several employees have switched different offices um you know escalated their professional career here in buav Vista so uh I couldn't be any prouder than the team that we have to be able to be so dedicated to buav Vista um and to be able to move on into different tasks and and they take on those tasks here in the township so with that I also want to wish everybody a very happy holiday um a merry Christmas happy Hanukkah and we won't see each other before New Year and happy New Year as well so that's my report mayor thank you Lisa we are going to jump over to committee reports and we will start with Deputy Mayor Tesa what do you have for us tonight well I just want to wish everybody a Merry Christmas a happy Hanukkah and a very happy healthy and prosperous New Year I think everybody is finally in a role and fit where where we need them and uh and I think that they're they love it so you know thank you for for everything and you know the volunteers is just phenomenal that our team does above and beyond what they're asked every year so we appreciate everything that they do um it was a busy year and it's going to be busier next year I mean if you go through our calendar I spent the other day going through the calendar and putting everything in my in my online calendar I'm like oh my gosh everything is just you know added up and more and more so we're going to be out and about so anybody that wants to volunteer and help you know please reach out to Lisa um and we can we can definitely use the help so but stay warm and uh Merry Christmas and happy New Year everybody I hope everybody has a safe holiday so thank you guys thank you mayor thank you Aaron commit rard what do you have for us tonight uh not really a lot uh I just want to thank everybody for uh for everything you have done for for us to help us help the community we uh we do a lot in a year and we need the whole Community to help us to make this a a Vibrant Community all the events we have we cannot do with six five or six people we depend on volunteers and they never let us down they they always volunteer um um I personally find myself blessed to be up on this board and I hope everybody has a merry Christmas and a nice New Year thank you C committee man Williams yes I just uh wanted to uh mention thank thank the um britland uh fire company as uh as iron said that's uh quite an achievement to be around for a 100 years that's that's outstanding and like to keep going and still be doing what you were doing a 100 years ago is like fantastic you know I agree and then um also I wanted to uh thank the uh uh MLK Center and the director uh uh Quinton McClendon for the uh holiday dinners I was able to uh help uh distribute the uh dinners we had approximately 87 dinners and there was like 26 families that they they took care of which was uh very nice nice to see they went a little uh quicker than the uh Thanksgiving uh uh distribution but uh it was still uh enjoyable it's nice to see that people could use the use the dinners um also um I wanted to um mention approximately uh three weeks ago we had the uh the uh Santa's uh Toy workshop and it was like again this year was outstanding you know it was nice to see all the the kids that come and uh and and get get some uh gifts with the uh from Santa Claus and it was nice to be involved in that also and I also want to thank Lisa and her staff for great job they did again this year and uh I also wanted to uh wish everybody uh a Merry Christmas and uh have have a uh Happy New Year joyous New Year and that's all I have thank John and I will I'll resonate on on John's last Point again with the holiday toy drive uh I can't thank everyone enough that was a part of that uh our participants our volunteers our professionals our donors uh the event like I said completely exceeds expectations every year so thank you again for making that for being able to transform this room to the north Poll for 24 hours so thank you [Music] guys item four 14 public comment the committee welcomes participation of interested organizations and individuals during regular caucus workshop and special meetings however in order to conduct the business of the Township in the most productive manner possible attendees will be given four minutes all inclusive including all dialogue questions and responses from both the speaker and the committee for the designated public portion of the meeting there may be no transference of a speaker time to other attendees so please step up to the microphone at the appropriate time and state your name and address for the record need a motion and a second to open to the public motion to open to the public second all in favor I I we are open yep come on now just turn that microphone around yeah perfect Daniel heis 106 local staff just want to bring up a public safety um issue for the township to consider I live on the M section of Township love it Township um we have a busy road Milow Avenue where it intersects with Locust Avenue so the safety concern is the children bus stop there's three or four buses that stop there twice a day not many people ABY by the speed limit they pass it's a non-passing Zone we have tractor trailers commercial trucks up and down the street it's really not wide enough for that there's no striping there's no lines on the street so I just want to make the township we it's something we can get a study or somebody to really pay attention to the traffic patterns there a three-way stop would be phenomenal really sick for the kids who've seen cars past the buses um so it's a matter of child safety uh I'm not sure if the Township's aware of it at all but you can take a look at it and uh let us know it's all the neighbors we have a couple people concerned about it we'll talk about a couple more issues but I just want to make you aware of it what do you think is like the closest known address if we could have our our Township engineer at least dot this on a map tomorrow to kind of start the exploratory so I'm aware of exactly what you're talking about you know I drive it weekly and uh you know it definitely can become an issue and you get behind a bus and you know the bus God for it you have to pass the bus it's a it's a very narrow road so I work from home window fa my concern is for kids yep but I've seen animals almost get hit and it's it's just the speeding too absolutely so trash I I clean up the trash along Road I mow the road and I pick up bags each week so traffic is reduced the trash will be reduced the children will be safe pets will befe um it's a I have Nest cameras everything videotaped so good approximation of speeds if people do 50 and 60 miles an hour down the street consistently so a three-way stop stop easily I know traffic studies and Engineering it's it we Yeah we actually have to go back to to Dave and see exactly how that road is is it at Locust and milville Avenue yes okay so milville is actually a County Road um Locus is a municipal road so we would actually do we'll have our engineer take a look at it he'll give us a recommendation um usually what he would do based on that recommendation is we would have to do a resolution send it to the county and ask the county to do a traffic study um and then we would follow up from there regarding that measurements is really not wide enough fora yeah yeah is that by the bend milville and and Locust it's before it's right after the railroad tracks it's okay all right count count doesn't on milville on milville Avenue from to it's a small stretch count doesn't I thought it was is the is it the milville that turns into broad Dan that one well if you're coming off the top Road andet right not count you yeah we'll send that to our engineer but yeah if there if they need stop operation cuz if it's broad that turns into you know what I mean they all intersect at one point we actually just were out there I think a couple months ago that's the trees on the power lines were pretty severe out that way so I think we were out there clearing it up I know we put a ticket in for so trees and we care of Roads ourselves but it's a just appreciate the consideration I'm sure to meras thank you siras 35 some of the complaints that U we have is absolutely no striping left on the roof no passing Z those to either down or covered and then the corner of mour loc is an extremely bad pump extremely bad bump that when the trucks in it wakes up the kids and everything else that goes on in between there you know and the road appears to be S right in front of our house where our lawn is actually road I don't know what that's all about but somebody need to look at that um and then there is no shoulders there at all and as close as one foot line it need to be rep I'm going by my way the other complaint the other issue that we have in in town is the cell phone tower we have no cell phone service in our area need us the fire company and now that we receive all our pages over with our cell phones um our text messages and different Fire Company we're having a real hard time we on Wi-Fi at the fir housee and at our house just to have service that we can get our M sport fire company itself so want bring that to that's been an ongoing issue with Horizon we reced up before but and some limitations you have with C Towers or something I'm not sure um a master plan or something somebody told me I'm not quite sure we uh we usually don't have a ton of success with the utilities um even to what Aaron said uh we we call in trees and and it's it's this it's Comcast Verizon AC electric I mean nine times out of 10 we end up just doing the tree we we kind of stopped calling them in because it's you know they're out there with micrometers and you know they own you own this Branch we'll cut these three you cut these two um so I just go out there and do it for myself now and I help out so I probably shouldn't but that's what I do so yeah um with the cell phone service they seem they indicate to me the people that did a master plan where's the closest Tower the closest Tower here is um Madison Avenue in Mis and the other closest isalia and Union Bo and B East B those we had one there where Ros was when they pass Mar I guess you with and down at all yeah they took the temporary one away too I think that they had up there they had Tower up there everything L right they said it would help if it was between Dary and mil in that area could be Tower the one that's at Dorothy does that has Verizon on it the Dorothy Tower I don't believe so because they said it they they gave us the address of the two closest on were the only two closest on Verizon okay but but they're telling you they trying to put another one in or improve their service they were looking for a m plan or something about the M up held them up from doing anything don't what they're trying to mean by do they have pretty you know they have they have a lot of authority in doing that pretty much Mr R do you have a contact or somebody that you were talking to there I'm sure I do okay do you mind just emailing that over to Lisa or just get it over to me or you know you have my number so just get it over and we'll take a look at it so yeah they said it's up to the township speak to the township about it well this would probably be the first time in history that they were asking for our approval for anything they they just do work the other way around so usually they they have a property that they'll usually lease from to put the tower up so the one that's right on Harding Highway there's a little road that goes behind that new house that they just built uh right across from the fire tower um and we have one we the township has one on Dixon um we own the property but they lease the tower and then they purchase the rights to it in the end of the day so as long as they have property to put it on whether they own it or not they should but this years is talking about the one on Harding Highway across from the fire tower right okay that's the that's the closest one they listed in M other wonder if that's not Verizon that's something else you're talking about I thought Verizon has an antenna on Dorothy Tower it's so bad now that well with like I said we automatically got our phone set for Wi-Fi at the fire house and at home in our house because we can't get any act 911 you know ever yeah in the building or or outside or both both you inside the building is even worse you know of course on wi but you can't get you can't even get a phone call inside the bu unless you're on wifi okay everybody got their phone set on maget it' be nice if they just put a little satellite thing up somewhere they keep on sending us Network extenders for what reason put one on the corner everybody we have you know what I mean yep understood okay give us um when's our next meeting um well reorg then of January so yeah give us till the end of January on the on the road that'll that'll allow him to get out there and and take a look and give him the assessment I know exactly what you're talking about so y cuz a guy on the corner there has kids that's where the bus usually stops right there on yeah and also our porch is settling I don't know if it's on that bump or what but our St settle got okay we're on it thank you guys thank you guys good evening my name is Fred Acres I live at 175 nth Street in Newtonville uh I've lived in the township for over 40 years and I've lived on Ninth Street for 37 years and over all those years the township has really done a good job of maintaining an unimproved road that that I live on and you know it's and it has been getting better over time as the road department gets better equipment and becomes better accomplished than breing but right now we got a kind of new problem on nin Street and we're uh having a development being built that was approved by the planning board and the it's at the end of Ninth Street and the developers think that Ninth Street is part of their development and so they're blocking the road it's uh you know R it up and and and and I wouldn't expect the township to maintain it when these guys are driving bulldozers and heavy equipment they move a lot of uh dirt material and so I'm just kind of making a a comment and this has been like long time coming so this particular developer has has really been an unprofessional slob developer nickeling and diing this development for over 30 years it originally was a unit development that was going to go through the 10 Street and the township uh very nicely has um they kept extending the permit for at least 10 years and I knew there was going to be a problem because when they first were doing the 99 unit uh development they took they got a guy in the back ho and he went around in the woods digging the test pits for the the soil and then he didn't back fill so there was all these holes around the woods and some of the properties were never even purchased for the development where the holes were them so I I foresee this as a continuing problem I don't you know I think we're all going to be victims of circumstance but anything that the township could do to protect our road during the development would be greatly appreciated so yeah Mr Aker so uh this past week at our our board this came up as far as the maintenance of the roads and the vehicles being parked in the middle of the road or off on the side where where you couldn't get around them safely and we made some comments to our Township engineer and from my understanding the engineer the next day or days after was going up there to have another conversation with him but our our Township engineer is on it he is he's up there daily checking on those guys and we continue to have conversations every other day with him you know in regards to uh to making sure that the residents can get get in and out of there safely and and not be blocking the road and if they're tearing the road up I mean they're hauling dirt in hauling it out and just making a mess of the road from my understanding so I know that uh I know that they were on it so all right well thanks just want to give you an update what is the normal Cadence that they usually grade the road is it once a year twice a year this without this in the equation more than that more frequently more than that and I think I'm not I'm not the expert but I think they might might play the weather we do yeahh so if it's kind of raining it's like wait till it dries out and you don't want to grade it before it rains because if you grade it and it rains it ruts so you you really have to play and you don't want to do when it's too dry because when it's too dry it's too hard so it it it does it's a weather game app thank you Merry Christmas thank you good evening mayor council Madam clerk Sheriff Odon I'm here to answer some questions that have been circulated about several things I don't know if we can do it in four minutes but I'm always open through a phone call so I'll start with the Dropbox and I'll explain you why the sheriff had to discontinue that was brought to my attention by staff that we are in direct violation of federal drug enforcement law and regulations I'll start briefly by saying to ensure the police department personnel are able to keep I by camera or in person on that Dropbox 247 that can't be done not from here and certainly for them to travel down there either by direct line of set a camera or monitored by Personnel secondly Dropbox has to be made available to the public 247 whether you're locked or not you have to make that box available to the public that's part of the law I'm going to leave this for you so you can review it and try to digest it as we had to and I also want to say that most important in implementing um a permanent Dropbox it has to be approved by the DEA and the local agent before it's even approved if it's not monitored you're in violation enforcement by the DEA has to be approved not only the location but the permanent surveillance and it has to be in a police department not a town hall but a police department most importantly there have been several arrests made of public officials for both theft from that box and the insurance of the transportation and the continuity of evidence from that box has been violated on numerous occasions that's why these regulations are in place so therefore we could not monitor this property both here in Brigantine um that's first and foremost that I wanted to bring up because that's the most recent issue and if anybody has an issue with that they can certainly call me and we'll we'll go over that with you um Brigantine was notified ahead of time to their Police Department because they have a police department that's established state police were not interested in handling that evidentally here so I contacted them second thing I wanted to talk to you about is The Sovereign citizen problem that you have here Sheriff's Office not only monitored it we documented it I spoke with both commander and the major from the state police they have no intention at this point of enforcing it the regulation and they're not sure what the violations are at this point from what they told me Unfortunately they have neither the officer power or ability to do it that was made very clear and concise to me on several occasions matter of fact they welcomed seeing our people in the area because they don't know if their people have enough backup um I will say to you the L County Sheriff's Office in the past year has effectuated not hundreds but thousands of Warrant arrests they're published weekly and that's what we do we had 7,000 warrants pending from the last Administration that were untouched uncared for and we assume that respons responsibility along with the liability of that we also Atlanta County unfortunately every week is either number one or number two think about this for fatalities due to motor vehicle Accents in this in this state this County with its population not even close to North Jersey and we're in competition for one or two spot for fatal motor vehicle accidents that's why we are in the highrisk areas enforcing traffic law as we speak I have officers out there we I can tell you that officer uh my second in command Mario Suarez who's my unders sheriff and I during the election worked 16 to 20 hour days for a month prior to and leading up to the election to ensure the safety and the sanctity of this election and it was not an easy task we got in the middle of everything from disputes to physical confrontation and we did what we had to do to make sure the citizens had a fair and safe voting battle place to go to that was everywhere we needed to be we responded to those calls the Sheriff's Office although Limited in manow and woman power and officer power in general has not done a great job they've done a phenomenal job our statistics for Exceed anything prior to this Administration and we have had nothing but great comments from both the public and administrations throughout this County I have the same policy I've always had and what I promised to do during my election we have done if anybody has any question I have an open door policy and we can always discuss what the opinions are and what people think we should or can do but again I can't do do that without discussion and that's what we need to do I understand the position that this council's in because I spent several years in egg harbit that has a multitude of problems one Council so I understand how sometimes things get lost in the shuffle but as long as our phone systems work we should be able to reach out and that's open to the public I have an open Office every day and we're in the office every day we can't get things done if we don't cross communicate so I know it's a 4minute issue but I'm you know I'm here to answer any questions that anybody in the council has or anybody from the public about what they think we should be doing or what we can or can't do but we are also limited and keep in mind there was no policing being done all through Co and all for the past I don't know how long but we have consistently and constantly training our people to do the job we're supposed to do which is Law and Order and Public Safety passing out clean needles is not our job that's medical staff hope program that dissipated into the ozone layer that's no longer present it was whatever was done with that had nothing to do with us we have community health workers that respond to psychological issues and things like that for people in courts and all over this County and we have a food service program that we have volunteers for not paid by the public not paid by as officers but volunteer basis I'm open to any questions you may have about this Dropbox incident to try to clear this misunderstanding up but I can't answer if we don't have a conversation is there any questions from mayor councel clerk anybody I'll uh I'll defer all matters of the Dropbox to Lisa I mean I I don't know the origins of the Box originally and and legally you know us maintaining the service in relation to you know any compliance issues we have I mean from from what you said if that's the letter of the law uh you know we can't adhere to those standards so I I I'm guessing this I I'll defer this to our our legal scholar I I mean I I appreciate you coming to have a conversation regarding the Dropbox um obviously on the agenda we needed to locate a law enforcement agency to be able to do it um the one thing I will indicate is the state police indicated that they would do it um however they wanted to move the Dropbox to their location which we felt would be a little inconvenient for residents more so specifically it's centrally located here um and a lot of the residents are familiar with it being here as well as the um the residents that utilize it are more so centrally located so um I think we can have a conversation regarding what transpired as to why we needed to uh locate a different law enforcement agency uh for the procurement and uh disposal of it um I think it's a great thing for the community we were the first ones in the state of New Jersey to ever receive a Dropbox um we were advertised we were in the Press um it was a a great thing that was done through jtac with Atlanta County joined together um Atlanta County uh we stand behind it and the reason for for being behind it to make sure that any prescription medications are safely deposited um for Destruction um you know our Dropbox has always been safe uh to the residents it is monitored um it could have been monitored by your agency as well it's just a quick rate into our security system which we were would have permitted um so I think this is a conversation that we can definitely have and I'm glad that you came so that we can actually have an inperson conversation okay so I would say to you that by keeping it in this building first and foremost you're in violation all right why don't we have that meeting after this okay Lis and I'll meet with you Sheriff if you want to go over those concerns that have yet that weren't previously expressed to us um but at least we want that conversation we want to make sure there's clear and concise understanding as to why we couldn't continue it that original conversation took place with another under sheriff sheriff Le no there was no conversation and I will we're going to discuss this in detail uh once this meeting is concluded we're not going to get sh we not going to we're not Sheriff we're not well that's up to you but we're not going to debate the facts and the scenario and the history of this in the middle of a public no intention to debate it I'm just understood Sheriff we'll meet at to your convenience whether that's tonight or on another day problem thank you thank you sure thank you thank you all right I will ask for a motion I'm sorry go ahead evening 7:37 Main Avenue um it was really nice to hear the man bring up the S citizen issue I'm the neighbor of this Sovereign citizen that they've been talking about um my whole plans Chang tonight but anyway that car that he has been taged on he has a go number he put on there all right to make it look like thank God yesterday Franklin Township I heard God pulled him over again every day or every other day he drives that car with his kids in it he goes W Tractor Supply all that right past this building and all uh the state police uh you know how I I don't want to comment you know how I feel I've been through so much with them uh they don't seem to want to do much and I don't call them anymore so I deal with everything that my neighbor does now which is unbelievable he bought himself a Shaina he's got himself pretty much quarter of the woods cut down look like he's stack in the fire with the cell I don't know um the animals have no water for last 3 and a half days 3 days he walks out there have post poke the hole in the ice but you know how long that lasts and the WEA we have Frozen right up you don't take no ice out of there um and when we had court now it's been 3 months and the judge said gave him 48 hours and then she never signed the order but that day my sister's the one who testified and I'm wondering why no one else testified like either somebody with the township or the Board of Health they were there I I testified I testified that day okay you did absolutely right on behalf of the township absolutely um yep the board help reasion they didn't testify they were the only people out of all this that ever came out and walked the prop our property line to see actually what there is there um and that lady's she probably older than I am for coming out there all of you been invited to come to see what you have in your town and I haven't had any response from anybody to come look at you could stay on our prop well our property line it's right it's it's there we have nor piles bigger we have five of them bigger than that desk as high and as wide and as long of it didn't didn't the prosecutor's office the prosecutor's office spent almost two hours out there everything for one year is still there okay the sewer is Frozen the wood is all Frozen up his his makeshift well um uh I don't know this is over a year now I Haven got no results do you know I know we talked about a lot things were going to happen but from where I stand there's absolutely nothing has changed he's cutting down trees left and right I got a list of trees that he's cut down I wondered have you made any plans of cleaning this up and who's going to replant this with this old Wetland P land Charles what what recourse do we have other than continuing to bring him to court I don't know he he had court today with my sister CU she F something he didn't show this is I think you need you mentioned before about that Sovereign citizen have a handbook I think you would research that and look into it because when you do you'll find out this the guy's a top-notch one he's the worst case of all he comes off really mild and meat almost feminine at times but he can be a raging idiot I've seen him snap out everybody at all his family members the dogs everything the Sheep are beating the dogs up there's only four sheep I don't know what happened to the other two now I'm sure they're in the wood somewhere dead it's disgusting it's disgusting you I'm really upset that nobody that is part of this Township would come out and just take a look at it we' we've all been that's a little you made a comment one night at one of the meetings about you were referring to our situation you said across the street it's not across the street it's right here we're here and he's right there why he bordered everything on our property line I don't understand unless this is part of the Sovereign citizen issue I think he's got eight Acres we have one but everything he has all his animal pens are in his front yard but our backyard but it borders our property and he keeps coming closer with all that the dogs I went hunting at Buck week the dogs every time I walked out and they see me me they know how to get out of the pendic come out the pendic come up behind me and they follow me halfway down there um my willpower is stronger than I've ever believed it with they in this situation believe me U I'm just begging for more I think there's a lot of things that you say and I read but it doesn't happen are there any scheduled court dates on the horizon that you know of Lisa I'm told 2025 I have to wait for the calendar to be set um by the court but I ired about it prior to um today's court case Lis and I we've been discussing this even before this meeting tonight and just delay is a tactic and we realize that and it there are things that there's no dispute as to a lot of the things that you're saying it's it's as we said the Playbook is delay right and unfortunately society's based upon a mutual agreement by all of us to play by a certain set of rules right and which have which have consequences and some people don't adhere to that but there's no there's no lack of there hasn't been any decision or lack of forward motion on behalf of the township it is but you know the the the process has been delayed through Court proceedings and there are due process issues and and you were right there's been a that's the end goal delay is the end goal seemingly three months ago the judge said to him uh she said to him you know you have to be off there in 48 hours whatever I guess she didn't sign the order and all that but he stands there like an idiot he says he don't understand her words he doesn't understand meanings he doesn't live by her rules uh that was three months ago she also said the month before that this is a public health concern she's going to try to speed it up nothing has been done since them court case the last time I went to court to just observe I was issued two warrants two summons I mean for harassment and I forget harass and defiant trespass so there was there was no conversation between the judge or anybody and the prosecutor with de there it wound up turning against me and she asked me that I received them yeah I received when I walked in the door of the Court over there they handed me the papers I didn't even know what they were my sister took them and while I'm asking these questions she's telling me Oh look you have these here you got a quick dat that's that's another one of those things but that's his whole game I mean I see that that that he's he's dangerous and if you guys are involved in this man has really po him with I've seen him change to freaking animal he he baby he had one arm he uses that his Advantage when he goes out in that car has exemp tags on it he'll pull up the Wawa wait in the handicap spot Tractor Supply the dollar store he's so Brazen is is totally ridiculous and like I said the kids are there the water all that fro but you nobody them th Services they don't do nothing about that I'm lost and the only good part is I live Upstream CU all flows downhill the rain and all it's just getting wor and wor and worse it's heading into the woods he's cut down every birch tree that was there beautiful white birch has been there 40 something years they're all cut down he laid them around and made your a parking lot I put it uh I think you need to see it it's a whole lot different than when I'm sitting here tell honestly God it is and you can see it's I'm standing on our property and I I'll let you know when he's not there if you want you don't want to be able to see it I'm pass the part being afraid of the guy and all that that's that's that's over it's it's he does everything he tends to bother me I think that's part of his plan I really do to totally get me totally freaked and confus driving all the time with a car that he's gotten four times at least pulled over no license no registration I don't understand why that been P I don't get that I don't know how I get out of that he's got Tricks he's got Tricks I can't understand but there's a lot of things to be questioned about whoever goes there believe me and something that had nothing to do with this I've been visiting a liquor store down here a little more than normal because of there this situation when you pull out of the liquor store closest to the Chinese place there's a bus booth there all the lights from the intersection here are in that Booth it's hard to tell if the cars are coming from this way through there or from intersection TR one night when you're there just pull out the parking lot I think it's it's crazy it's not something bad have a merry Christmas thank you Charles thank you all right I will ask for a motion in a second to close to the public motion to close second all in favor all right item 15 uh there is no executive session this evening I need a motion and a second to adjourn motion to adjourn second all in favor I all right thank you everyone thank you
