Um there was also my officers spoke to Mr. Kaufman as well and advised him a few things which were um ultimately memorialized in an email and 44 00:21:20.559 --> 00:21:36.240 referred over to the law department. Um additional to that officer Santiago has been following up with the business uh checking periodically and also have engaged with the business owner um and it does he can confirm as well. He 45 00:21:36.240 --> 00:21:51.520 confirmed with me today that it is underway. There are some new equipment in there. Um the roof roof area that seems to be um on its way to hopefully a resolution. It's a little bit more intricate than he he would love it to be. So, um, that's what he's up against, but it sounds like he's acting in good faith. He's been in contact with us.
