That grant was not received. So these funds have essentially been sitting in the capital projects

We're simply moving those back to capital reserve. The backflow preventers just came in substantially under budget. So that's the other large 502,000. So 13.9 is also school districts each year, only in the month of June or during the budget process can dedicate transfers of surplus funds from the current fiscal year into the capital reserve account So that $2.4 million you see in 13.6 is part of that up to the 5 million amount so that the final amounts will not be known, final surplus amounts will not technically be known until the audit is finalized. So that's why the boards typically approve an up to not to exceed amount
