liberty and justice for all amen okay we're roll call I'll start out this meeting is in compliance with the open meeting act as adequate notice of this meeting has been provided by mailing the annual schedule of meetings to the Union County local Source start Ledger and Union County Hawk by posting such annual meeting schedule on the Bolton board in the town hall reserved for such announcements and the filing of said notice with the township of Clark formal action may be taken at this meeting Madam Secretary roll call Dante tignini here Mark Hayden here Tom me here Croc here Ed Ruth here and carries approved you have uh board members now the terms have either expired or reappointed and you've gotten everyone present that needed to sign um so sign their documents Mark Hayden was reappointed Dante was reappointed um we still need John and Christopher to sign when they're here they're not present today we need to take any action on that um no if if any board members have any questions about their term or when it's up um everybody else is still on the board um that whose name I didn't I didn't mention last meeting we were given the new schedule for 2025 um reminder again that our meetings will now start at 7:30 and continue on till 10:30 um any questions about the schedule for 2025 it was approved at our last meeting and then the last resolution is um the annual report basically the the M land use Law requires that the zoning board report annually to the planning board about the applications we've had over the course of the year so the report has the two applications that we had this year mentioned and really what we're looking for with this report are patterns say if you the sidey yard setback in the R20 Zone was repeatedly coming up for a variance be the kind of thing we look at to say maybe the ordinance should be changed or it's something that should be looked at um and there's with the two applications we had there's no nothing like that that I've noticed so we're just sending the report on because we're required to do so all right can I have a motion to approve this memorandum on the information about our actions during 2024 I have a
