the Wednesday uh November the 6th meeting recording in progress Conservation Commission to order and one one comment I'll make before we start uh is that some of you are perhaps disappointed and maybe some of you are happy with the outcome of the voting yesterday but one trism is is constant the sun came up this morning in the East and it's set in the west so on that note um before we start I want to noted for the record that uh we have a quorum uh with uh Steve Kevin Mory and um myself so um we'll get underway um I first of all I want to thank um our staff Jen Alysa Fallon Mark Lori and Kristen um this open meeting of the Falmouth Conservation Commission is being conducted via zoom and it is also being broadcast on on CH on cable channel 15 and streamed online via uh ftc.org um chapter 107 of the acts of 2022 regarding covid-19 allows for p full public uh participation in this meeting for those who want to view the meeting but do not want to participate we suggest viewing on fctv members of the public who want to make comments or ask questions during the meeting May join the meeting as Zoom attendees which allows you to submit for the record written comments and questions via the chat function and also to see and hear the meeting in real time if you want to speak at the meeting let us know via the chat function at the appropriate time the chair will call for public comment when you are selected you will be moved into the hearing as a participant your audio and video must be enabled be succinct and respectful of others public comments are limited to three minutes you Courtney so thank you uh if I could share my screen we've made some minor revisions um after discussions about the uh the boardwalk uh approach to the beach we made a cur or linear uh B Boardwalk we're hoping that that uh satisfies the concerns um about having a straight alley um we've also shown A diversity of plants uh not just Beach Grass uh within the um vacated uh walkway the boardwalk um and also for um the area where we're going to be accessing the beach to remove the uh if you remember removing the the wave break and um we've re uh align some of the um mitigation that uh was shown uh in an area that was previously shown as restoration um and I think that's all that was outstanding but I think uh staff had some comments about um the corner of the mitigation uh closest to the front porch uh being within 10 ft uh of the building so uh there's a small pocket there that still needs to be uh relocated um so that it's further than 10 ft from the building and then another area um that we're proposing uh down by the pool that was within the 10 ft so um through the chair if um the commission finds it acceptable we'll revise that plan and get that over to you tomorrow with those um those areas relocated unless there are any other outstanding issues isues or questions so with that I'll open it up Shan uh yes Mr chairman uh Sean thank you for um reconfiguring that that Boardwalk area makes me a little bit less concerned if there is kind of a kind of a curve or a break so I appreciate that and um if the board doesn't have any questions I [Music] am or the board doesn't want to see the revised vegetation plan I'd be fine with closing the hearing with the issuance of that reviv plan okay um if that's helpful to you Sean I know this has been dragging out um but
