let's move on um the executive summary thank you chairwoman all of our projects are are going forward uh and are in the green uh on time or ahead of schedule and within or below budget that includes our finance program um platform migration the high Bay garage the Somerset Street Pump Station the Brookline Avenue sewer Rehabilitation uh Wesson Canal Pump Station uh rebuild uh the Commerce Drive Pump Station Rehabilitation and the Shirley Avenue just a few uh quick notes on each of them um on some of them the high Bay garage is in somewhat of a a delay and will continue to be through D but the Project's completed and this is just administrative uh at um adding to the eight active projects I have a sub project called the ARP Brookline grants and that's the $3 million from the somerson county and two two and a half million from uh Franklin Township and I've added that on as a project because now we're um going to be submitting these Grant reimbursements to them and tracking them on the report uh Wesson canal um the Western Canal Pump Station uh is still moving forward but as you know we're we're asking for an access permit versus psng asking to buy the land Commerce Street uh is uh going by without anything to really remark Shirley Avenue as you recall the board a couple of months ago gave me and the attorney authority to negotiate uh to buy in the extra land we need from the owner we were were're successful in that purchase and um currently um the engineer is uh conducting a survey of the land so we could put the meets and Bounds in our um settlement paperwor General engineering uh is going by smoothly uh including the water meter that was installed at the Harrison towers and a second flow study uh being conducted our operations everything is being maintained uh and repaired as normal and no accidents for the past month um if unless there's questions to anything I'm going to move on to the executive director's report for the month of December we received $239,800 1888 $855 we do have an open balance to do of non-metered billing of $781,000 42833 expenses for the uh for the month as of November 30th expenditures were for the month $2,478 82 and year uh fiscal year to date is 6,359 4354 we are 58.1% through our budget and we are 50% through the calendar year fiscal calendar C our cash uh net position as of November 30th is unrestricted 1,894 46423 under restricted we have 13,776 19994 under designated we have 4,627 73550 giving us a total net cash position of 20, 298,000 on January 11 that's this Friday at the stage house at 1M with um that will follow a pump station tour uh to begin at 11: a.m. here at the sewage Authority land acquisition psng still moving forward with d and Shirley Avenue we have uh we have settled and we're doing a uh land survey volunteer firefighter policies in progress being written by our attorney hopefully we'll have that to present to the Personnel committee by next month tonight um we are voting on our new amendments to the rules rates and regulations these amendments were presented in um no um November and discussed in November and they were presented in December and discussed in December and tonight um I hope we successfully vote on them all projects um are now in the green on schedule and within budget s uh summary of our standard uh resolutions tonight we have payroll operating general fund renewal replacement and escro we do not have any North track resolutions the additional resolutions um are uh amending the rules rates and regulations resolution authorizing the blanket purchase orders um resolution authorizing the release of performance response and there's two of those uh resolutions another resolution for executing the HVAC agreement service a resolution that uh is for the renewal of the short and long long-term disability resolution approving open credit card accounts for certain Personnel resolution authorizing the renewal of support for Harris systems Service uh software a resolution for renewing uh the cleaning service here at the building and the last resolution is authorizing the Bank of New York melon to invest our cash balances in a m money market account um that being said uh chairwoman that completes my report thank you now for committee reports negotiations and Personnel committee I don't think there's anything to report chairman okay Municipal liaison is there anything to report nothing new to report construction committee anything to report Mr farooqi yes I did visit all three pumping stations by my own but um on 11th Friday I will try to visit one more time and uh um I'm glad everything is going smoothly and nothing wrong with the projects we are ahead of the project construction that all about me thank you uh Safety Committee as I understand there were no issues is it correct that is correct okay let's move on to the resolutions the approval of the resolutions will be done by consent agenda all the items listed below are considered to be of a routine nature thereby requiring one motion and one second for all items if any member wishes to remove an item from the consent agenda please advise me at this time are you renewal that's just a a legacy name that they called that it's really a uh a bank account and we have uh almost a dozen bank accounts and they're given various names uh by the Bank of New York it's a little bit more it's a little bit more than that but um a renewal replacement uh for example we would take we have a renewal replacement account with Bank of New York and one with TD Bank and uh it's all managed by the Bank of New York for example they give us instructions when to transfer money in between all those accounts but uh typically um uh we would take money from Runo replacement of Bank of New York send it to TD bank and pay some of our uh expenses out of there if we're renewing or fixing or replacing uh different things or upgrading for that matter yo can we discuss uh uh later on 10th 11th of about this issue sure and if you want uh we could actually um have our uh Dr Roach or bookkeeper and we could even get Bank of America on the line it's it's not a straightforward process if you ask me but it's not it's nothing we're going to be able to change okay good enough right thank you you're you're welcome thanks uh and now for the additional resolutions there's a order signature and all that but they're they are repetitive and customary expenses we go through like our electric bill our water bill or gas you know all these bills that uh come in every month so instead of creating a new purchase order for every single one of them for every time we call uh we do what's called a blanket purchase order I I know I I know I know Mr Joe what is blanket purchase order okay uh you mentioned that you are put uh there a contractor vendor you uh you already mentioned and that uh pchas order for that vendor who is the vendor who is the contractor they are actually they're actually listed on the uh on the full requisition we had one last month and we've added three more I believe this month as we work through the edmin system we're finding some of our vendors
