We had planned to uh reallocate a large portion of the fiscal year 25 funds that were originally designated for the school street school walkway design 4 00:00:51.600 --> 00:01:07.280 um and the gardener emergency housing mission homeless prevention project to our existing public social service activities. three of those activities. Um, but we heard from the state, from the executive office of housing livable 5 00:01:07.280 --> 00:01:24.400 communities that we can't um extend those grants for as long as we wanted to. So, we can add an additional three months worth of funding to the to their fiscal year 25 grants, which they are just now receiving. So, that will get them through um through this coming year 6 00:01:24.400 --> 00:01:40.159 into the next year. So, I think it will all work out. Um, based on the timing of when announce awards are announced, I think it will be okay to do that. I don't think they'll put their their programs at risk. Making that change allows us to allocate 7 00:01:40.159 --> 00:01:57.119 um 45,000 and change, I think it is, to um to the community garden expansion project. If we if the committee chooses to do that, we have enough money there in fiscal year 25 to make that change. The fiscal year 26 proposed projects have not changed where we just have the one um infrastructure project for city hall for um city hall avenue downtown phase 9 00:02:13.440 --> 00:02:34.640 six improvements and um money for program administration in that year. I think um you know that we won't be able to fund Laundry Love like we were planning to, but I think we'll probably 10 00:02:34.640 --> 00:02:52.080 have money in fiscal year 24 to be able to do that if the pavilion comes in under budget or we have, you know, funds remaining when it's done at the end of the hopefully at the end of the summer. The only outstanding work items were the reallocation of the funds that we talked about earlier and they 28 00:07:32.080 --> 00:07:48.960 have some questions about the Waterford um street community center improvements and the feasibility of that project and just how it kind of relates to the overall improve the CDBG funded portion relates to the overall improvements at the center. So hopefully we can wrap that up and we'll have a a good update for you at the next meeting. But that's moving forward. Um, the pavilion, they're hoping to get that um, put together, the bid package put together by the end of the month, get that out to bid and get it underway this summer and completed in the fall. But it's kind of those are kind of our priorities right now, those two projects, getting the bid documents together. Um, and then fiscal year 25 social public social service agreements. Um there is some slight regrading that they have to do.
