We have a quorum here with three members. We'll start off with the first item under public hearings, zero Emerald Street, amendment to the approved site plan. I believe that they ha have been awarded the variance for the reduced frontage for the property. Uh so last before the board on the March meeting, um there wasn't any significant comments or feedback at 11 00:03:22.319 --> 00:03:37.519 that hearing. really was just updating some some notes in the cover sheet uh which we we had done as part of this update. However, following the meeting, we received a comment letter from the engineering department. Uh it's pretty brief letter. Not many changes were 12 00:03:37.519 --> 00:03:53.599 included on the plans, but I'll just take you through through some of those updates that we responded to in that letter. First of which being snow storage. Uh we didn't change how snow storage was to be planned on the site. We just wanted to depict it a little differently. We just darkened the hatch on on the snow 13 00:03:53.599 --> 00:04:09.200 storage area and then added a note on the overall site plan sheet as well. Um this was coordinated with the conservation commission. Um and essentially this the area is pretty small on this site just because we were trying to keep snow storage outside of any resource areas and the associated 14 00:04:09.200 --> 00:04:24.639 buffers. Um and then we have a note on on the plan sheets as well. was essentially to the effect that any excess snow storage will be stored elsewhere on the overall property outside of jurisdictional uh resource areas and buffers of same. Uh the second 15 00:04:24.639 --> 00:04:40.639 thing on the plan updates was regarding the the lighting plan just to show the light levels expanding out to Tiffy Boulevard um right away. So none of the light pole locations changed. We're just now just expanding the calculation to this this uh right side of the plan 16 00:04:40.639 --> 00:04:56.400 which is the Tiffany Boulevard right away. Uh that's it for plan updates. There were updates to the drainage report, specifically just the the O andM plan. Um it make sure that the owner is taking care of that thing. Um and then with that, we also included it into the um spill prevention and response portion of the the ONM. uh 18 00:05:12.560 --> 00:05:27.600 manual. And then in that same vein, we provided a uh BMP map just showing the locations of each uh drainage component that's to be maintained and and inspected as part of 19 00:05:27.600 --> 00:05:45.199 the routine maintenance. Um so those were the the plan and drainage report updates uh made as part of the the response to the engineering department's comments. Uh the last thing in that letter was regarding a storm water permit which we'll reach out to city engineer directly to to stop the process 20 00:05:45.199 --> 00:06:00.960 on that permit. Um and that we just respectfully request that the storm water permit be made a conditional approval should the decision be for this application. So that's high level summary of the changes since last time I was here.
