The 2025 meeting date and designation of 2025 official newspapers which are the home News Tribune and the Star Ledger um they were in the materials today and assuming everyone's been able to review the dates we prob to have one set for the month I have a question The Star Ledger I think starting next month is no longer going to be in print what so are the requirements to adverti input or is it sufficient to advertise online only I believe the home is the home news tribun not the home news what I say the star ler starer um you're supposed to have it in print but I'm assuming that I don't I'm not sorry I'm not familiar with the home distri but if that's still in print that would be dis that would the Criterion it is for the time being yeah that's going to be an issue yeah it might have to change the rules on that eventually yeah that's yeah that's something that's out of our control because most papers are yeah the the hard copy papers are becoming a relic of the past so um but yes we still made the it's still designated Publications so might have to revisit that well how would we publish it my my understanding is that something happened with electronic publication in Blue Print or is in works for that it would just be a requirement for the legislature to catch up with the times I mean it's suppos to be a newspaper because top reading is the Assumption everyone still gets a newspaper thrown on their for front door every morning so nowadays most people open their iPads so there's an argument to be made that the Star Ledger it's easier to get it online now that newspaper so but the town I mean the board meets its requirements it has two as well even if the star will be strictly online that's as I saw I thought nj.com will say operated as thiser but I know that because there's a lot of NJ Harold they go through nj.com a lot but if um so is that okay so if everyone's seen the dates and um set those as the official meeting dates for this calendar year and the home News Tribune as a Star Ledger I guess we can bring that to a vote a motion need a motion yeah I'll make a motion to accept the official newspapers and the meeting dates for 2021 Mr fer yeah yes Mr Fe going to come in front of us for um 220 South Forth okay um it's to um it's to split the lot it's a double lot both lots are I think like 35 ft in Frontage um I stopped by there today it says single family houses on what I've seen so far car um the existing house 220 is clearly a multiple dwelling unit it's got four meters four mailboxes four garbage cans and a 2001 state inspection sticker hanging on the window for MDU can you find out if they're in compliance before we uh review this thank you I don't know I don't know anybody checks this anymore that we do have housing rules in town they are supposed to be registered tell something about the applicant yeah I'd like to refrain from discussing any applications since applicants not here but if there's concerns that need to be addressed with the town just asking check on compliance yeah and when they go through the process too I'm sure professionals will that it properly so anything else I have a question is zing officer
