in the Highland Park planet on January 23rd 20124 in addition notice of this meeting via Zoom was emailed to the home News Tribune The Star Ledger in the H Park planet on January 23rd 2024 and was posted on the burrow website at www.hpb.com and on the bulletin board at bur Hall 221 South fth Avenue Highland Park New Jersey and has remained continuously posted asra by law fire exits are to the tonight is approve the minutes of previous meetings there's a a bunch listed here March 28 2022 May 23rd of 2022 November 28 2022 January 23rd of 2023 and January 23rd of 2024 um but can we can't un must we have a COR we can't really approve anything right so I guess we're kind of waiting on that so what's going to hang out wait I'm going to see if I can dig up a phone number or two and ask the people are coming so with me you're close to a quarum so we just need one two are not coming to Mr H and oh Mr H is not coming no was there's people online no one's should I give this should I give whole purpose of the meeting is just to we have five sets of minutes one two three four from like going back as far as um March is it yeah March of 20122 um yes I've read them I don't think I was present for all of them though that's okay if is if you've read them um um I have good so um we yeah let me just um so uh yeah we were at the point in the meeting where all we had to do is approve the minutes and then approve the uh annual report which was a single page letter from um from Roger that we would then submit off to council so um that was the point of getting together to clean up some of this B past business and so I guess I'll make a motion to approve all the minutes and I know there was one typo that that um Rob found Rob um Vector found on I I'll do a roll call in the second um on the March 28th one but other than that did anyone see other um matter or any other adjustments or typos or Corrections no no okay all right so we could do it Voice vote you think or they do a roll call you can do a vote in my opinion you can do a you can do a uh you can do just a Voice vote we didn't do a roll call at all yet oh we didn't do yeah we didn't do a roll call for the meeting that's notorized it great so thanks all right so just going back through the agenda again there were no public comments and so back to approve of the minutes um uh so I had made a motion and um there was no I'll second that thanks Rob um so all in favor say I I hi thanks great all right so the minutes are all approved and then the last thing I guess again is just the annual report uh one-page sheet from Roger Thomas noted that we haven't really done anything in a year uh for 20123 and that just has to be approved so we can uh submit it off to the buau um so I'll make a motion to approve and submit
