as a vote yeah but he can't yeah he does he doesn't have a vote yeah so he has the right as a taxpayer and as a citizen to comment on it okay they do that just to protect the interest of the people M Mr moer are you able to do the fifth I am all right so I'm just trying to see if we could get a hold of at least two more people that we can you know Arnold is usually always here want to tentatively plan on the fifth and then you can do some offline work to see if we can get somebody to attend if not I do I absolutely do and I so apologize that we're we're not you know able to to hear this tonight so Aden can we tentatively schedule it for the fifth or put it in there for the fifth and we will I will check and Adina will check to make sure we have right now we know we have three right so we got to get two out of the out of the five people left over here it might have the historic commission that day at the same time so let me check the town website are you on that James yeah I just don't want to further delay this because there's a 20-day appeal period afterwards so you know yeah the meeting is not posted yet but it's usually the first Tuesday of the month you've already given me your commitment to be here sir that one's always in person so I actually have to go in the cold what's that that one's in person in the basement of the uh Town Hall yeah so you'd rather be with us anyway so are can you confirm that you can attend we have three then we will schedule it Adena and try and get if you have to drop out let's try and get I I just want to be able to get this hearing done what was that date I'm sorry I got bumped out of one February 5th February 5th so the Wednesday the 5th oh it's a Wednesday never mind I I thought it was a Tuesday for a second so yeah that'll be fine yeah I can schedule that on on the you know when I go in tomorrow but it's plenty of time and yeah and we'll send an email out to everybody try to get make sure we get registered um all right all right you just have to um vote on no you have to vote to continue public hearing I make a motion to continue the public hearing until February 5th second second at 7 pm 7 PM is there a second second
