This will really help us craft a lot of the additional communication material. So, social media posts, posters, uh handouts for funders, right? Um the website is built out in ArcGIS story map. Um so we'll start at the top um with the just kind of the opening page. That's what you'll see when you go to the website. So the first part we talk about is just the project as a whole. Uh where the project funding for the current project is. Um, but we're also kind of highlighting some of those renderings and drawings. So, it's bigger than what's being built right this minute. As we scroll down, um, you'll come to phase one, current construction. Um, this website will be living over the last over the next two years, right? Um it's just been filled in with erosion and buildup and trees and everything. I didn't realize our infrastructure was in kind of as bad shape as it is regarding our lift stations. Um, we have 14 total lift stations. I have four that are in pretty 48 00:17:15.120 --> 00:17:32.799 dire need for more on past borrowed time. Um I do have a couple quotes here and Dean and I have talked a little bit. Um two of the lift stations are in the train that come from out by Alaskan. So they last run they're pretty high flow 49 00:17:32.799 --> 00:17:49.200 lift stations. Uh one of them is the one we call lift station two. Uh the problem with that one is it's a older electrical system called a rock adapase. Um our lift station 3 we had a similar system a couple years ago and it failed 50 00:17:49.200 --> 00:18:05.120 and you cannot get an electrician to work on it. Um it's pretty old and we're having starter failures and everything. So we would like to get that switched out similar to what we did with lift station 3 and get VFDs put in, variable frequency drives put in. Um, the next one down the line, and just for reference, in last quarter, we had over 3 million gallons go through that lift station. So, they're pretty high flow. The next one down the line, uh, 52 00:18:21.600 --> 00:18:37.679 right below the tower at Alaskan, at Alaskan Tower. Uh, that lift station has been recommended for rebuild since 2020. And that was the last time either pump has been pulled out of that lift station due to the guide rails in pretty bad 53 00:18:37.679 --> 00:18:54.559 shape. Uh the pumps from what we can tell are seem to be doing good. We have some blowby in the seals uh down in the bottom. So the pumps aren't pumping full efficiency cuz it's recirculating half the water it's pumping. So that lift station I would really 54 00:18:54.559 --> 00:19:10.080 recommend getting rebuilt. That's another about $20,000. Um, behind the shopping center, we have conduit issues where conduit is literally being held up by the wires it's supposed to be supporting in the 55 00:19:10.080 --> 00:19:25.919 lift station. We have electrical wires that are being exposed to hydrogen sulfide gas in there. Um, and that one's getting in pretty bad disrepair. We have one check valve that's stuck open in that one, rendering one pump useless cuz if that pump runs, it just goes through 56 00:19:25.919 --> 00:19:41.760 and comes back into the pit through the other pump. So, we're running that one on one pump right now. That's pretty low flow station. Those only get about a half an hour run time a week. This is the one in the building on Viking in Dorchester. It collects everything from the water plant and all of Viking Drive and everything. Um, when our scrapers run and clean the sledge overnight, it takes all of that before we start the next day's process. So oil's getting in the mo water is getting in the oil as well as in through the top and getting into the electric motors inside. That was part of our grant that was I think part of what we had to do >> for the grant for the wastewater plant.
