so I know hopefully come January February we'll have some new Dispatchers in place to uh to cry on that's all I have excellent thank you councilman uh Planning and Zoning councilman marrow uh thank you mayor uh I'd like to ask a question kind of like a workshop sure before I start my report given um councilman Z been talking about the dispatchers can I notice on the agenda we have the dispatchers uh uh I guess I don't know steps are going up or raises do you do you have a percentage of what the increases on these uh for the dispatchers I believe it was 4% thank you very much just the info I wanted all right thank you uh for the report uh I'll start with the planning board uh we have a meeting it'll be here next Thursday on the 12th uh the board uh has about 12 applications that are in Flight five of them are post approval work that the the applicants are now working with the construction office on permits and whatnot uh seven of them are leading to the board one of them will be on the docket for next Thursday a subdivide of a property on North uh 21st uh so for zoning and code enforcement November was a quiet month when we look at the rest of the year however and I want to make this important note we do have an uptake in report on illegal Apartments coming in uh a few of them came in in November and we're investigating as they come in so if there are suspicions please call the Construction office and we will send somebody out to take a look uh for zoning we saw two complaints come in last month in addition to to the uh uh illegal Apartments uh and two of those led to notice of violations both of them I should say in regard to code enforcement November only saw four complaints and two of those led to notice of violation being issued as well and that's my report thank you councilman uh Recreation and fire councilman scarice thank you mayor start with the fire department uh during the month of November the fire department responded to the following 42 calls one brush leaf mulch fire one car fire one carbon monoxide alarm two cprs 11 General fire alarms five first responder uh one good intent public assist three medical assists seven motor health education and Welfare councilwoman Jano pno thank you mayor I'll start with the uh school report from superintendent Davies uh I don't know if everybody knows or um that he does a Tuesday video one minute video clip and it's on the board of ed website I urge everybody to go it's really funny he highlights whatever is going on that week um and it's very informative today he was talking about the renovations to the um Bry Auditorium where they're going to have the Winter concert on December 18th they're debuting it the concert is free December 18th 7 o'clock um it's um put on by the uh Dance Program which is only three years old but um really coming along nicely a special uh shout out to the bry's boy soccer who won State sectional Championship on November 15 they really uh were a great team and uh succeeded nicely and also there is um another shout out to senior Shan buddhis I hope I pronounce that correctly who just signed with Boston College to play division one baseball so a lot happening in our um uh schools and um the um Renovations are moving along really nicely and I think we're on target for um both brle and Harding School as far as the senior center quite a bit going on for the month of December uh they have strength and balance on December 5th and 19th uh painting and collage on December 9th and 16th lunch and learn understanding all about your social security so if you have any questions that's December 10th and December 23rd the health nurse is there to do free screenings for blood sugar and blood pressure you could call the center and get more details on anything else that's going on of course you know the lunch program on Monday Wednesday and Friday and the phone number is 98276 1716 as for the library they have their regular weekly activities with Bingo for the children lapsit PJ Story Time and assorted crafts they have special events uh Boogie wogie Babies yoga Story Time read to a dog and Goodtime String Band that's for children adults they're continuing with the English conversations on Tuesdays and Saturdays and ready to hatch for expecting parents on December 14th the library phone number is 98276 2451 call to register and to get more details on dates and times and just quickly there's Renovations going on in the activity room downstairs they removed the old Carpe tile flooring that was badly damaged and they discovered that the water damage was a result of an underground drain pipe so the pipe has been cleared out but um they realized it was never tied into a su pump so that has to be continued a some pump put in before the new flooring could go down um but that's all being worked out the contractors have been fabulous coming in and reviewing any everything various estimates so um hopefully that'll be done in the next couple of weeks after the plumbing work is complete and that is all I have thank you Council woman you're welcome uh bur [Music] engineer thank you mayor uh just a couple of UPG um updates on some of the capital projects the uh 2024 Paving is all complete uh we got our award for 2025 from the state it's going to be 363,000 uh for 2025 um that should will give us enough uh funds to be able to continue mon row probably to about um probably 14th Street uh we stopped at 17th and then depending on where the bids come in we may be able to do like another small Road uh but we'll have we'll have to see but the the priority is obviously to continue mon row until we we get that complete um the uh ramps handicap ramps and the sidewalks out in the front of the building here are on weather delay unfortunately we got this dip in the weather and it's a little too cold to do concrete work so um we're thinking next week it's probably going to be cold supposed to start warm upate the next week so we probably will get a window opportunity to do these hopefully by the end of the year um the roof work is complete here um at the municipal building that went pretty smooth no no glitches uh that was all done with uh grant money um they did break the uh trench strain on the side of the building they're going to that'll be fixed though uh next couple of weeks and we're still trying to schedule the work at Willshire the drainage uh we have been on the um schedule with with the contractor but we we still don't have a start date but um I have it in communication with the owner there and they they understand what what's going on so um we just don't them sit tight and we we'll get we'll get to it soon so uh that's all I have um I had a question I know I had to reschedule the meeting for the sidewalks could we possibly uh meet this Monday can you look in see if we can set that up yeah sure absolutely that just to do uh yeah we weon but we Wen to rush we knew they were going to start this week so yeah next week is fine okay great I'll reach out to you then okay thank you Tony okay that's all I have unless there any questions um I don't know if it's addressed to you or maybe Craig um cut all the trees down in front I don't know what was the pointed at that was part of the the sidewalk project so the idea is to plant new trees that would be do create kind of a uniform look on the boulevard so they would match what was done in front of the library and and the the block uh beyond that um trees are getting too big uh they just really weren't the right trees to plant in the first place uh some of them were getting old um put one into the wire so it just uh the idea was to start start creating you know block by block a more uniform uniform look so the sidewalks will be the same they'll have the same patterns and colors that we did on the other boock Bo so um that was back when the sidewalks project started I don't know when we started those 2019 or 20 something like yeah something like that the idea was kind of the theme was picked with the committee and we said we're just going to stick with that theme you know block by block um just you know along the Boulevard in the downtown so the idea is to get rid of all the brick papers and then have this this look so okay thank you no problem Tony on the talking about the same looking feeling to get on the sidewalks uh gu company working with you yeah they are they they requested some additional information about two weeks ago I for some we gave them the estimates they wanted the square footage just for some reason so we gave that to them that's was about two weeks ago they said they're working on an agreement um so I'm in communication with them I just don't have it in my hand but they say it's coming Bulls in their Court Bulls in their Court they say that they're they're going to get it done but we'll see when we get the agreement so we're still holding their permits so in their best interest the main perit for the main job so we're not holding up the individual residents if they need something done at their house that's fine but for the next project main replacement we're still holding those permits and till we get that signed agreement our hand um we're going to stick to it all right tell Le we have yep absolutely I have one last thing for you Tony so on on Thanksgiving I know we had that what main break right in front of uh a block down from Police Headquarters was that due to the lantier construction that's going on out there any any contributing circumstances to that would main break not sure I didn't I don't know off hand I I can inquire um it it could have been um from that sometimes just when they compact sometimes the vi the vibrator and vibration when they're compact in the trenches sometimes can can cause a problem if the main would have to be ready to go anyway that wouldn't cause a problem on on a fully you know um say stable main but if the main has like a weak spot sometimes any just some vibration can can cause it to break but uhu I don't know up hand I didn't don't know but I could find out okay I was just curious I know a lot of people asked and inquired about yeah yeah no I I don't know the worst day possible with being Thanksgiving and the weather was really rough that day with the rain and and the cold it could it could sometimes sometimes when you work near Maine it just you can you can cause something to come loose but it have probably would have them been compromised in the first place so it wouldn't now if you hit it would have something that's different but um but I I can find out just out of curiosity yeah not okay one last question Tony talk about the water main is that normal response time was like 8 hours that thing was gushing water it seems egregiously long people without water is is there any recourse maybe to bous on behalf of citizens that these guys got to respond in a timely manner that seems like a long time yeah it shouldn't be that long might have be longer I know it was at least that much cuz I was looking at I like I think I think it probably played in because it was Thanksgiving and they probably had only one crew working but uh yeah no it was a long time there were I was thinking people on the holiday yeah long toilets or whatever and it was yeah without pressure 8 hours was a long time they should be out there probably obvious say an hour would be would be normal a little on that out there for pretty much 8 hours the water company was claiming they kept getting wrong address uh when our dispatch called numerous times they had phone numbers everything else and they just never called back to Tred to verify the address that was that that's what there was that they were sent to Boulevard and Westfield um but they were called the dispatcher called three or four times chief campelli called a couple times and the only reason we got him there was Chief campelli was able to get a contact of a uh supervisor that wasn't even involved in a water break and he finally got somebody there W so when you call when you call the water company for watermain break you're speaking to great that's crazy I think New Jersey American war runs in 17 States across the [Music] US you know they uh they got a responsibility to the community not to mention create a bigger hole or undermine what else is uh around all that water yeah and then like like the chief said that the fire department was out there assisting the police department for eight hours and they're volunteers so they spent their entire Thanksgiving out there camped out on the Boulevard and pouring down rain yeah they would have a contingency of these things happen you know if you can Tony just follow them with their supervision or something or yeah I'll contact them and we let them know that we're not you know we're not happy with that that response time the way it was handled maybe there needs to be a different different protocol or a different contact for us instead of some a good Georgia like a local like a local person maybe like their their local operations person um because they mean they're they're operating at a clean field so they're not not their fault it's not like they're have to travel right you should have should be able to dispatch right out of play field yeah I'll look into that yeah I mean they everybody gave up their these the volunteers especially with the fire engine they had to go back wipe them down they were soaked to the bone they gave up their entire Thanksgiving now be out there as volunteers to help divert traffic because it was a mess yeah okay yeah something needs to change for sure I'll look into that thank Youk than thank you CFO thank you mayor uh just uh end of the year is fast approaching so we're working on getting the books closed out and uh budget requests for 2025 are coming in start that process all over again seems just today seems like we just got it done that's all I have thank you how the projection look not as bad as last year or we don't little too early yet too early okay we're still still trying to figure a couple things out crossing our fingers for some more revenues coming it's never optimistic that's a good sign okay barl turn uh I have nothing uh myself but I know uh we're going to have an executive session uh we have tax councel uh who's I believe here um over here to discuss uh some ongoing tax appeal litigation uh for executive session hey thank you uh Barrow administrator um at this point on day two I really don't have anything to report uh I do want to express my appreciation to the administration for bringing me back this town has a big place in my heart and it's really good to to be back and I'm looking forward to working with everyone again we're happy you're here yeah absolutely welcome back welcome back welcome back home like you said in your room yep okay sir motion to accept and approve Barrow reports motion second motion made by councilman Zimmerman seconded by councilman SK all in favor [Music] hi we have one ordinance for final adoption ordinance 2024 22 was introduced on November 6th uh ordinance amending chapter 94 fire prevention of the municipal code of the burough of kenware to adopt rules and regulations for recreational fires in the burrow is there a motion to open the public hearing on ordinance 2024-25 motion second motion made by councilman seconded by councilman Zimmerman all in favor does anyone have anything to say on this ordinance and this ordinance only please come forward okay seeing no one is there a motion to close the public hearing and adopt ordinance 2024-25 motion second motion made by councilman Zimmerman seconded by councilwoman gardano pno uh roll call councilman Bole yes councilman finella yes councilwoman Jana pero yes councilman Maro yes councilman scarice yes and councilman Zimmerman yes ordinance 202 24-22 has been [Music] adopted I know we went out of [Music] order his so I did provide um yeah I did reply uh sorry yes I have this is provided to all the council members they did receive it in the email but you should have it in front of you um for resolution 24 uh 2024 [Music] 271 right now that resolution is pretty much just a template so Council needs to just review the uh rfps that were received and make make a determination okay um is there a motion to um the I I'll go ahead and just read this for the record the qpa provided the summary of the rfps received for resolution 271 appointing an affordable housing planner for a term to expire on December 31st 2024 are there any comments or recommendations for appointment that's just for this month for yeah just till the end of the year because we have to we have work that we need to F by the end of the year so it's odd but I I know we had spoken to um to Mark about it as he is your are you guys still on board with doing that for us yes we are oh you're no it was actually Harbor or Shamrock oh was it haror this is for the plan oh you're right you're right that was a different thing yes yeah yeah I know there's a lot of things all kind of connected but yes yes correct so so how do we vote on this so well I think we're we we can have some discussion on it if you'd like um and then someone can go ahead and um I'll ask for a motion to add a candidate to the resolution I would make a motion to maintain Harbor especially such a short term but to bring another firm into the mix I agree I agree the other firm is uh the planning board planner very Kevin O'Brien very familiar with the town so not so sure he wouldn't be a good fit I would have some questions a little bit of concern where we look at the rfps here and we have a break down out two dozen types of operations verse one from the planner so I know we had Tony here from Harbor of all the types of engineers and licensed Architects and surveyors and construction managers and observator what kind of a crew do you think we would have to do this type of work when a oneman shop really is also making the proposal and I'm sorry to call you out if you don't have this information I mean we we would we're not proposing that you would actually need like every one of those people but they would be available if needed I mean generally planning you know you don't necessarily need that planning staff um again we have planners on our St I'm also a license planner besides an engineer so um you would get the STA planners but there's also support services that go with that draft sometimes you do need drafting could need surveying depending on you know if you wanted to um Locate things in the field so we're not saying we need all that but that is what we have available what any firm like any multiple discipline firm um would would would be able to offer that right there are planning firms that just do planning and you're only going to get planners right but you will get other firms like ours who are multi-disciplined um so usually get not I'm not sure we usually will always say this is what we have our staff and we could also offer not saying you would absolutely need like every person on that on that okay thank you I I worry just a little bit about the hyper billing aspect of so many scheduled workers that could be authorized on a project just makes me think there's going to be a crew I guess that's just an that's a good question sh do have other people as his support staff yeah support it's only a affordable housing study or Redevelopment study or something like that but um they're there if needed uh but yeah you're not going to get not likely to get five people different people um could be mul planners working on the job right but not just be one planner but um you're more likely just very likely just to have planners being yeah Council if I the RFP is only for affordable housing planner Services grant that I I see the response so they obviously itemize other services but the the focus of the RFP is on planning and with respect to affordable housing so I don't want to speak for the the the two entities that submitted but you're more likely to just have it be planning [Music] focused any more discussion is anyone so what's the overall you want to compare the cost is it even they're s it's open-ended on shamro any necessary expenses so that's kind of open-ended so I one side is not 175 for the principal Planner on both sides yeah it's probably about the same and it just it is a professional service award so it's not based Sol on price but obviously the council is free to consider you know what it will and this expires at the end of the year that yeah it's pie because we're sort of under the gun to get these reports done and whatnot we don't want to lose this Harbor on this one Harbor okay um har for a month is there a motion to add Harbor Consultants as a candidates a ro resolution 2024-25 uh motion made by Council Zimmerman seconded by councilman councilwoman gardano pno all in favor is there a motion to approve the consent agenda motion second councilman Bo yes councilman finella yes councilwoman jerno yes councilman Maro yes councilman scarice yes and councilman Zimmerman [Music] yes the consent agenda consists of resolutions 202 24-2 255 through 280 these resolutions will be approved by one motion all items will be recorded individually in fall in the [Music] minutes hey is there a motion to open the floor to the public motion second motion made by councilman Zimmerman seconded by councilman Bole all in favor does anyone have anything to say for the good and wellbeing of korth please come forward and state your name and address thanks good evening everyone you see my name is Robert Herbert hi Bob hi 14 North 12 Street and I also G to start off on behalf of my neighbor Mr and Mrs Michael uh Molino and they live at 37 North 12 Street he wrote me a letter and asked me to read it and he apologizes that he couldn't attend but he he works uh in the hospital emergency services as a nurse and he was scheduled he couldn't get on but he was kind enough to write a letter and asked me to read it on his behalf sure okay to the Kenworth burrow Council uh the the concern is traffic speeding and safety on nor 12th street from the boulevard to Monroe Avenue his letter starts off good day I apologize for not being able to to present in person I am an emergency service nurse and I'm unable to get off this evening I have been living in Kenworth for 15 years raising a family ad doored a town in the respect of your time I will list the reasons I believe our street should have a dead end at Washington Avenue and as bullet points are speeding has increased our police do not have the time to sit on our block to Patrol it has become a throughway for anyone coming down North 14th Street into town to the boulevard having a dead end would push the traffic to North 8 Street along the truck traffic area no left turn on the boulevard until 700 p.m. my children had never in 15 years rode their bikes in the [Music] street ever it is unsafe speeding is an enormous problem you will not see children on our block playing front your yard in front yards in the last past two years because of the increase of the through traffic and the way Society is today we never know who's passing by we move here to be safe we have a total of 10 children on our block alone you will never see them playing in the front yard or Street business has increased on the other side of the block truck traffic has been horrendous we have we have had our cable lines pulled down three three times from a large over height and weight vehicle once our entire electric line to our house it is evident by driving around our great town that this has been accommodated in the following streets North 16th Street 18th Street 19th Street and many others uh towards off through traffic as the reason stated above yes we are in F favor of a dead end thank you for your time and consideration and thank you for all you do for our town your hard work and selfless commitment to our town is mostly appreciated that was from my neighor thank you I think we can uh ask traffic to look into that yeah can uh can you just pass that to the burrow clerk um so she could pass on to the chief of police to uh take a look at he can he can talk to our traffic uh officer our traffic sergeant and our said yeah our engineer based on that on that complaint to take take a look at it and and formulate some type of uh resolution for it to the left side of my here in the back I got a half a dozen or so residents that live on the Block they asked me to speak on their behalf this evening but of course if anybody would like to add to whatever else I'm going to add because that was Mike speaking now it's Bob her speaking he hit some really serious power points I'm not up here to complain I'm here for our block has a nuisance problem and a safety problem and one is the speeding two the illegal trucks that go up and down the street thank God our Police Department did a great job and our DPW putting up signs telling them no trucks no trucks the police have been out there have gave tickets out before to truck drivers and it continues at the far end of toall Street just prior in Monroe Avenue in case you're not familiar with the block we have four commercial businesses three out of the four are very respectful to the 21 homes between Washington Avenue and the boulevard they make their employees take their trucks out to the truck room they don't come down 12 Street but the one business uh benef in front of the board years ago and one of the conditions I was very active in the town back then was that the trucks May must use truck grou and over the years they've been told about this and their response is always we can't control the truck drivers but they can in my opinion is if we every time somebody calls the police to say a tractor trailer is coming down two three times a day and our zoning officer issues a ticket that they're violating a resolution to that particular business that's always the problem uh you know I think that'll get his attention and he'll find a way to tell the trucks to use the truck room in the in wi are going up and down to street they're impacting our infrastructure we have manholes that are sinking uh a cam around our manholes breaking up getting ready more to sink we don't need any more expenses any of us are any more headaches from you know from you guys or engineering to get involved in stuff but this been going on I've been on the Block seven years it's been going on seven years since I've been there there's been two two serious car accidents maybe our police uh someone from the police department can go and talk to this business owner and um uh I know they've done that in the past well maybe it's time to do that again in a more forceful way so I want to be honest with you I went door too in the 21 houses out of the 21 I was able to reach 16 residents okay out of the 16 residents 12 were in favor of a dead end four was not totally understand they had valid reasons why they didn't want a dead end but I don't know what the solution is to stop the speeding stopping the trucks making it unsafe for the kids in the neighborhood you know they're young kids they're they're active they want to get out in the street we all want watch for each other you know we've got a great block you know mhm uh so if you guys are not in favor or after a police study making a dead end I would like to make a couple recommendations one would be if if you're not in favor of a dead end on the forest side of Washington Avenue uh maybe speed bumps I know speed bumps could be very dangerous has a lot of negative impacts but if that's going to slow the cars seeing how fast they can go from Boulevard to Monroe Avenue I'd be happy one of my neighbors couldn't make it tonight I had a last minute emergency she was going to bring a broken motor mount that one time one of the cars down in the further end that don't live on our block but live beyond 12 Monro Avenue he hit the Gras so hard he broke his motor mount and it ended up on my neighbor's front lawn you know God forbid if one of our those 10 children were outside they could have got hurt seriously hurt but this is what we're own so if we don't want to dead end speed bumps then we got to treat this like a business and uh when you hit people in the pocket that are in business that gets their attention so the last thing would be if you don't want to do a or b is adopt an ordinance a heavy fine you're speeding there it's a $1,000 fine you drive a illegal truck you don't take the truck $1,000 fine and keep hitting them in the pocket and that'll get their attention like I said that business owner could be fine every day the truck comes down because he's violating the resolution he don't own the truck but it has to do with this business you know that person's business so with that said I'm asking mayor and counsel please for the safety uh the impact of our infrastructure uh please take a hard look at this and serious consideration anybody has any questions I'd be more than glad to hopefully answer them for you any questions from mayor councel not right now thank you yeah thanks for bringing that to our attention thank you and thank you everybody Merry Christmas Happy New Year to once again thank you very much for your time thank you [Music] thanks anyone [Music] else Dro in 25 F2 Avenue speaking as a private citizen and a previous burough employee um I understand this is John Zimmerman's last council meeting and I just want to commend him for decades of service to this town um I worked with him personally for many decades and he was always there no matter what request I had and it wasn't always something he wanted to do but he was there his whole heart has always been for the benefit of this town and I just want to sorry he did not win the election but that was how it went this year and I just want to thank him for his years and years of service that's yes thank you PA bil is mutuals he paid me a lot to say the sure he didn't have to pay you anything hi my name is Amanda Corin I live at 18 nor2 um I don't have anything prepared like Bob did he came in so eloquently and know I don't know what I'm doing but I am somebody with a 5-year-old who does live on the street and so I love the idea of a dead end I lose sleep at night and not only that but like I want to Echo the tractor trailer comments because they barrel down our street right at like 7:30 when she gets ready to go to school I don't let her drive I don't let her use her bike in a driveway I don't let her use her scooter and he's right with that letter we don't let her go in the front lawn and that that's not something I ever dreamed of when I have a child and so it worries me and I just want you to hear like the fluster and this nervousness in my voice because I would love for this to change like one of the things that that gets me really scared is that she loves our neighbors right she wants to just go across the street at 100 miles an hour to go give our neighbor a hug and I have to stop and I have to scream and everybody probably thinks I'm a psychopath it's not because I don't want her to cross the street she's five she can look both ways I'm worried about the trucks and and the speeding like they use our street like it's a short from 14th and they just going so fast like they don't treat it like a side street the way that it deserves to be treated if we could just get it like we ride our bikes on 11th right because they have that grass path so any car that's coming down they live there it's quiet it's safe everybody waves like the way that Ken work you know should be and so I just want to Echo this and put my opinion to the council that I we heard that we appreciate that we'll definitely look into this issue for sure thank you for coming up anyone [Music] else hello my name is Kevin Cruz I look for pacity funeral and the reason why I'm up here is because during the construction of the gas lines uh I can tell you dur them minut that they actually did Nick a water pipe uh on one occasion during the summer I'm not sure if it was mentioned uh during one of the meetings or whatever but they did have to stop work uh for a short period of time so they can have that waterline repair I guess they were in a rush and they were doing too much at one time and they nicked it so for a short period of time because I knew all the people working on the gas line uh and I said to them well you guys are shutting up by quick you're leaving early and they said well we hit a waterline so we'll have have to come back the next day when we can reach work so I do know for a fact that they did a water main repair while they were doing the work on the gift lunch and I also want to thank you for your service uh me and my aunt uh Ida opacity the owner of opacity funeral home we both uh very much enjoyed your uh service to our community and we we'll definitely always Embrace uh you if you want to run again thank you very much until your end I said hello too very much thank you thank you very much anyone else I'm sorry uh to come up again I forgot to mention two other things I know uh the word is that the gas company or the contract for the county project going to be repay maybe in April you know when the weather breaks in Springtime and all the years I've been in Kenworth every time the Boulevard's been repayed the crosswalks were never addressed and the answer from the county is they only go curb to curb so because we have four or five months and we do have uh crosswalks that run parallel with the boulevard that are in very poor condition can we look into uh see which ones need to be repaired and maybe it might be more cost efficient to talk to the County contractor that's paid Paving and maybe why they're already out there even you know if we're going to pay to if we're responsible to pay to improve it that it might be able to save us money than have an independent contractor but since I've been here in 88 we've always ignored those crosswalks that were in bad shape we only on coolage and the boulevard but they are in bad shape you know so if we can do that and then the other thing uh that I forgot to add with the concern of 12 Street with the county project or the contractor that was awarded the bid uh decided to use 12 Street as a staging area I don't know if you're aware of that or not mayor they haven't been doing much work out there but now they move from the part lot which I'm assuming they were paying rent right correct okay now they're in the street plus they're blocking the sidewalk and we have they shouldn't be doing that right and I did call the con uh the construction SL owning official told him my concern he has gave them many notices issued them summonses just waiting for a court date but meanwhile the pipes are blocking the sidewalk the trucks are there and when they do go out to work and they drive down our street to the boulevard our houses Shake our foundation shakes you know and that shouldn't be it really shouldn't be and I know a lot of people may say well you know it's a county project you can't push the county what you know where else are they going to go I like to look at that as a little Common Sense down the far end of the boulevard which I know you guys are all familiar we used to have the shooting range which is county property and down the Boulevard on the left side we have a county yard and just prior to gated a yard is a open wooded area y that they could have staged there very easy and could have not inconvenience any of the residents on the side shoots the boulevard you can't avoid it you know but the people that bought on the boulevard knew this was going to happen you know with improvements but the people on the side streets shouldn't be impacted the way it is and you know like I said the zoning officer is trying to get them to correct it but they I guess they think because they work for the county they're above our rules we control our streets we don't control the boulevard what happens but we do control our streets so let's see if we can put some other pressure on there if the police go down there you'll see parked there you can see the heavy pipes blocking the sidewalk where the family's on the far end of Monroe Aven you have children I see them all the time they walk the sidewalk up to the pipes and around all the trailers and the backo machines meanwhile cars are going up and down yeah that shouldn't be and it shouldn't be it's not sfe and let's try to correct for God forbid we somebody gets hit right okay okay thank you all right thank [Music] you anyone else [Music] no more okay seeing no one is there a motion to close the floor for public discussion second motion made by councilman Bo seconded by councilman Zimmerman all in favor hi hi um I I I want to Echo um
