Township planning board meeting of Thursday January 9th 2025 is called to order please take notice that adequate notice of this meeting was provided in accordance with njsa 10 col 4-8 and njsa 10 col 4-10 as follows notice of the meeting was prominently posted on the bulletin board at the municipal building located at 225 Main Street little FS New Jersey on January 9th 2025 copy of the notice was sent by an email to North Jersey heralded news on the same date additionally a copy of the notice was filed in the office of the Township Clerk please note that this meeting is being taped therefore we ask that you speak loud and clear into the microphones thank you D so this is the uh reorganization meeting for the planning board council president sta I believe we need to swear in board members correct I just uh the mayor just wanted to pass on before we do the swearing in he wanted to be here but unfortunately he caught uh ill uh and he's been in bed all day um so he just wanted to pass on his gratitude to the three members that are being sworn in tonight and for their dedicated service to this planning board so Mr cber Mr kage Mr Kilpatrick if you'll join me in the front if you would
