I move that the Loudoun County School Board recess this public meeting and enter into a closed meeting pursuant to 2.2-3712 of the Code of Virginia for the following: Discussion and consideration of the assignment, appointment, promotion, performance, demotion, salary, disciplining, or resignation of a
