time for the public hearing on the petition Petition of Mass Electric to construct line of underground electric conduits including the necessary sustaining and protecting fixtures under and across the public way or ways here in named Bigalow Street and Robin Hill Street beginning at a point approximately zero feet at the center line of the intersection of Bigalow Street and Robin Hill Street and continuing approximately 228 ft in a North Direction install underground facilities on Robin Hill Street and Bigalow Street installing 229 ft of conduit on Bigalow Street and Robin Hill Street order number 24-100 9295 okay this public hearing will taken up in four stages first with the public speaking in favor starting with the applicant second questions from the public third public speaking point approximately approximately 125 ft east of the centeral line of the intersection of Bolton Street install new pole 1-5 and anchored to serve new customer at 57 Main Street or number 24-100 9296 in addition we have received a communication from city engineer Thomas depersio regarding recommended conditions for the petition at 57 Main Street again this public hearing we taken up in four stages first for the public speaking favor second questions from the public third public speaking opposition and fourth questions from the city council so we'll open the first part of the public hearing with this is up so 57 is looking for new service um in order to uh bring primary over to them and feed a EV station that they're planning on uh we need to bring a poll line further away from the Road East order number 24-100 9297 and in addition Mr President we have also received communication from uh city engineer Thomas depio with uh conditions for the same again this public hearing we on the opposite side of the location so um we installed a new pole just off of poll 92 to bring primary across the street and um to a to a second poll in the in the their private property there um but expect it will be a little different because it's a state road we seeing the same conditions that he had in the past hearing he didn't have it attached to the letter we received same on they they are
