so I okay so let's call the meeting to order at 5:48 p.m. see uh let me just P up the oh I don't have WiFi I'm like why is working pretty much is besides what whatever you're gonna give us on the updates is planing marketing yeah but that's what we really need to do is we need to plan marketing we need to come up with catchy uh uh topics or titles for the topics um but the updates that I have all of our speakers are confirmed so we are set to go with the speakers um which is very exciting um can we hear anything from Amanda men ah the one from the here the town yeah who is going to call them I think I think it was m i don't let me pull up the minutes from from last meeting I honestly can't remember who's I know it wasn't one of us I think it was either Jonathan or Matthew or Andrea I okay meeting our meeting was 5:21 so it was okay uh let's see okay so we talked about um we have the topics um and this [Music] was oh the grand specialist that's right it was Renee right that we were checking in with Renee staff involvement for regarding grants did we follow up on that no we did but there there's no confirmation on that she's able to make it he but like like the for the date of the of the Boot Camp or yeah for that September date um I'm waiting for any alternatives but I like I said in the meeting I don't know that it's gotcha okay it could look likely okay so then let's just refresh real quick on the topics that we have the business Basics from incorporation you know to compliance when need to come up with a catchy title on that that'll be myself and suale the labor employment attorney um for for the access to Capital we have uh we decided to turn that into a panel style and that that would be Anon from proa I have an SBA lender specialist um that's already confirmed for the date that Jose recommended Alejandra W and then that's where we wanted the grand specialist which I don't think we're going to count on Renee from the town so I still have to reach back out to my grant writer um which I haven't had a chance to get in touch with so that's something on my pending list which is that I have to reach out to um and then we have the socializing your business which is leveraging social media to build your business with Deco and then we'll have the motivational speaker with Pat so everybody's confirmed with the exception of the grant speci okay okay and I was thinking that the access to Capital panel since we want to do that as a panel and that's going to require a moderator because I would assume Matthew is probably going to moderate the entire event but I was thinking for that panel maybe to have you moderate it Carlos because hey come on like you know okay I do it but but you know but but in all seriousness you know you are a business owner you know what it's like to have to build capital for your businesses you understand how small business owners think I think you'll come up with really good questions you know um because a a moderator will have questions prepared for the panel and then also Corral the crowd you know which you can do so also I think there's a added I don't know I feel like it adds to it when it's a Committee Member I agree um that's willing to speak on it yeah I agree I agree and that way we give more participation because we have myself participating Carlos Matthew moderating Andrea uh participating in terms of you know doing business Miami Lakes two three four yeah so I think it's all good okay all right so let's get them the links okay so let's talk about the the catchy slogans so we want to make this catchy attractive to people when they see it on a fire um we Bas we have five panels or we have five speakers we've got one one panel which is myself and Su and we even need to come up with a topic on that uh but it's basically a it's basically a uh presentation on everything you would want to know that would possibly get you in trouble as a business owner from being a party of one to having you know 50 plus employees and what we're going to do is we're going to take it by stage of size of business so you know you have one you have two you have five etc etc and what comes with each stage of business growth so um I'm almost thinking of a play on you know age right like the how old is your business or how big is your business um you get into like W2 versus W2 versus so that here on the on the minutes that I took for last last meeting I called it business Basics from incorporation to compliance super boring um but something like business Basics you know from your EI to your you know so something like that so as simple as registering for your EIN that's business 101 something like that so yeah so business 101 I think would be good I think business basic is like a really I don't I think it's easy but it's a very good the other one that is catchy is not interesting business for dummies that's funny um uh or how about uh or we could call it oh yeah we could call it business compliance for for dummies I don't know if we want to put dummies on a Town thing but but we could call it like business Basics welcome to starting your own business 101 something like that yeah the other thing is that we we should give it a name to the whole thing yes so to the whole thing like let's just give an example Miami Lakes business Boot Camp or you know or whatever we want to call business boot camp is good I we could play around with the name more but I I think that's good so um are we allowed in these gatherings to use the power of artificial intelligence uh like to up with titles for St I'm not the biggest fan I know but it's so helpful to come up with titles and names for stuff yeah I'm not for something like that that is how I came up with many original titles during my wedding season yeah it's silly it's not anything official Stu no no no it's not official stuff this is just to come up with fun names okay a the other one is the access to Capital uh panel in my minutes I called it get that [Laughter] money but yeah I don't I don't know if we wna we want to call it that fed huh how to get funded get funded um finding finding funding but that made me like [Music] CH the like L of business but um okay let's see this is very um and I'm just writing on Fourth of July you guys but thinking like fing your funding your future oh oh well that's cool but that sounds like retirement retirement getting your nest together yeah that's totally retirement that's toally retir put Capital requirements of okay oh AI for the win ready um show me the money A playbook for small business capital all right okay we gotta use it we gotta use it guys we gotta use the power of artificial intelligence it's just it's great it's it's fantastic just just say Playbook show me the money A playbook for small business capital I like a The Playbook exactly it to yeah I think it's yeah aw we probably want to make it make them too long okay all [Music] right great numbers I wish I wish there's there's others I told it to give you five options the this is kind of cheesy cash flow Chronicles navigating Capital streams for small business this one's kind of cool dollars and cents unveiling the pathways to small business funding I like show me the money I think it's cool all right so let's see the other one man it's a smart no yeah first one sounds what the play the yeah um Playbook to you know play Playbook to meet Capital requirements I like the way A playbook for small business Capital yeah yeah that sounds [Music] better uh and that's going to be good that's going to be helpful com coming up with these titles is helpful to give the speakers guidance 5 so okay so we have business the first one we what did we put uh one I just typed in the okay uh so let's see ooh Okay so go home just for an AI right now so um so we had called it business Basics welcome to starting your own business 101 um we can keep it we can keep it along the lines of classroom style so uh uh uh so that what AI suggests this I don't like this one compliance Carnival navigating the fun house of business basics very cheesy um that uhuh sorry I like the walk but the starting your own business I think kind of limited to a lot of people okay versus maybe you know starting and welcome to business one so business basic welcome to business 101 or welcome to owning your own business 101 or maybe you know I don't mind starting or at least it's not but starting and St and stabilizing your businesses or coming along the lines of for those that that are already up and running or how about business B like welcome to business ownership 101 maybe yeah just I just I hate to limit it just to people who are starting a business if might have some that have been in business for six months a year or two years and they probably need this more than the guy started that's absolutely correct because they have more employees you're you're spot on about that it'll take them to the next level okay um so how about business Basics welcome to business ownership 101 or how about um I do like this the first one you had was so I I like this so this is this one I don't necessarily like the beginning of it but the ABCs of compliance from incorporation to employee Euphoria I have a question um the only thing that I don't see it which I think is important is what you mentioned that is between the number of employees I agree so and on those titles that we have inside it doesn't tell you it doesn't um let me see how can we how can we like navigating business Cycles something like that so it's a this another one was compliance road trip or compliance road map um uh oh how about a combination of these two from paperwork to Peace of Mind a compliance road map based on your business size something like that I think we're getting somewhere that probably that that says it all just yes a comp compliance road map based on business size um let's see it's not catchy but it's direct it's not catchy you're right yeah but but is direct you know comp bran depending on your business side uh oh oh I got it this one's good it see this is why they're they're paying like hundreds of thousands of dollars for AI Engineers people that can speak the language of AI because it's not what it gives you it's what you tell it to give you so you have to give it the right prompt from solo to Squad navigating compliance as your business grows I like that from solo to Squad navigating compliance as as your business grows I think that's cool yeah navigating yes um this one is uh the uh counting employees crossing crossing te's I don't like that one a small business compliance Odyssey I like from solo to Squad I think I think that says what it's about so this is from the in incorporation to compliance correct yes it's going to focus me the compliance it's going to focus mainly on yes so for example solos like you're in Solo mode in corporation um how should you pay yourself because that's always the question that I get do I take a distribution do I just take money from my bank account do I cut myself a payroll right um and then uh and then you add one employee right you add one employee it's the critical Junction 1099 or W2 right what does that mean how to determine that then the next the next phase after that it's four employees why four workers Cal comes into play then after that the next Jun juncture would be 10 right you activate certain uh uh certain compliance measures then 11 you activate OSHA then after 11 you go to the next you know step up against that etc etc and so on so forth so yeah exactly yep so we got a C register background every time you went Ting that's actually good I like that that's pretty much what happens okay um okay so from solo to Squad uh business comp or business navigating compliance as your business world or just compliance as your business the yeah okay yes okay all right so let's keep it there okay next one is the social media um I came up for this one on my own without AI thank you very much um socialize your Biz leveraging social media to build your business can you repeat that again socialize your Biz Le leveraging social media to build your business think simple right pretty straightforward no need to ask right social media in a digital age like because it's it's a changing it's a changing scene too so maybe there's like yeah I think the navigating part is is important yeah um let's see uh then the next one is the one with doing business with Miami Lakes um oh hello we should call it growing beautifully though this is doing business with the town yes like why it's this was like our Shameless plug you know when we met the first time we basically talked about you know this is in our house you're here you're stuck here for two hours the least you can do is you know entertain us on a Shameless plug of why Miami leaks is a great place to do business um so and you know in talking with Andrea she's probably gonna use probably for our last Herra that uh the local Intel and talk about talk about you know we're gonna get like a thousand hits on the local Intel before we cancel it um you know she'll talk about all the different features and whatnot I mean I'd love to be able to talk about more than just the features of Miami Lakes in terms of the geography um uh you know I think it's important with where I think local Intel does cover some of that all right I'm new to the town where do I start yeah if I need to get a business license if I need to get a permit to install a window or install a you know a cooking you know oven or something you know how do I do it so we have U I know we've had that before we have a business resources part on on our new website which gives access to the chamber the great chamber we can Council sponsorship opportunities like you know local events that's another thing that maybe would be like to like throw in therea small business so you're really not doing any industry it's like it's like what where do you get your foot in maybe if you are a bigger one what do you do is it sponsorships is it you know mhm like what what what's the next step for local interaction and and growth like I think when the spot when the spot came and they immediately you know who else um I might tap to put on this if we want if we wanted to have another panel I think we I don't know you guys tell me we have the first panel with two people we have the second uh speakers with a panel of three the next one is just too then we have Andreas we can either give it all to Andrea or we might want to rope in maybe Fred Fred cenro um or I don't know there's anybody else so you know what I think B on what what they're saying could it be somebody from the city from the town we're struggling to get somebody on GRS I don't know you don't you call me because the reason why is because I think they're the ones that could tell more of that compliant hey you know you have to come get your business you got to get come your tax um your tax uh I can ask did I did I mention Danny no no I think Danny's an amazing Le person let me let me ask you a question we need the grant specialist is for businesses to apply for whatever grants may be out there how to access grants you're asking me for the previous panel the one on access to Capital yeah yeah we need one we the one the one that typically does that for the town we have no guarantee that they could be available so scratch that so how many businesses actually would use apply for Grants so that I think is actually a really valuable point because a lot a lot of Grants are really government type grants I 100% agree so I think people need to hear that because every time that I meet with a client that I do business Consulting for they're like well what about grants I'm like grants are so rare like you need someone to tell you to your face that you're probably very unlikely to be able to access a grand you know what what I and I'm sorry to interrupt because I don't want to lose a thought but what I think is probably more valuable CU you got Alejandra which is SBA that's the kind of a bir and butter whatever applies you have an SBA specialist okay so this become like an SBA thing but really I think what businesses struggle more with either you have you know like Angel type capital or you have hard money soft money but the biggest thing for a business is how do I take this expensive money and how do I become bankable okay so how can I what will a bank look at sure so I can apply for a conventional loan at 7% versus 13 4 right corre and then get a line of credit or get a obviously the 504 is an SBA piece which is 10% but if I have 20% I just get a convention on you know so how does a business become bankable okay another thing about a restaurant you know everybody but but a company who's manufacturing something that you know can I get uh a loan for a certain piece of equipment that's make me what the minimum you have to have is because if you start the business how do I equipment how do I a truck how I correct right right a lot of banks will require at least two years of tax return what if I just started to open up my doors yeah absolutely I think those are more important than the grants okay and maybe one of you guys could have the job of telling them that grants are like pie in the sky um George do you wanna do you want to speak on that uh and in this panel or do you know someone that you would want let me see if I can find somebody that could that could okay talk on abroader from from a from more from a commercial and Industrial standpoint okay the my so let me let me put it this way because I was just having this conversation maybe two hours before this meeting somebody that just opened up their doors is trying to make you know is very willing and has invested personal money to get equipment and what not but a true small business has no employees it's just her it's a burining medical practice and you know and she wants to get out there she you know just got like a part-time assistant and she's you know she's financed like hundreds of thousands of dollars in medical equipment right um and some of these are like personal financing right she's like okay I need to get a loan it's like all right she's not gonna get a loan because you haven't been in business for correct exactly so so that kind that may take huge distributions or whatever you sh correct so that kind of sitation which I feel like theba kind of ties in for example she got I mean she only got one you know one offer from from the SBA through one particular program but it is at prime plus 6% so it comes out being a 14 and a half% loan you know for over 10 years 10 years at 14 and a half% 7even A or that one the 7 a the it has a weird funky name with a cube uh whatever SBA 7A Express I see the express is under 500,000 yes yeah yeah it's between 50 to 200k yeah yes under 500 is the express I think you're coming out with a product that's from five to five million so n so I think I think and I don't know if angel I they'll go off projections for that yeah so I haven't spoken enough is you know but for example I referred her to I referred her to a banker right so next up what is my next up I am new I am trying to you know open up I don't want to use my personal money or I have no personal money but I have a business and I have a skill and I want to make money you know and I and I'm do you need to exactly like how long what do I need to know how that's a good way to put it how to become bankable you know so I don't know if Angel would be typically a financial profession CPA yeah you know they're the on preparing the the books for these companies and they know what it takes to yeah hey but for example like something you know understanding that you may not qualify for a business loan you may have to go with a personal loan you know just to be able to get your foot in the door and get access of some Capital so things like that um I think it's more valuable I agree I agree with you poke around see if there's someone that you've got that that we could tap if no he's V and if not yes George I vote you no I mean it's got to be good and I just don't you know I I don't do a lot of the commercial side of it but I but I I don't I I I think I think we've got a business owner that is in the grand Liga of you know large commercial lending they've already done that you know what I mean they they've already taken the incremental steps where they know that that's the next step I think the majority of people that need to hear that message or people that have never even applied for a commercial law so I think it's very and what they need to do correct how position need to that your income steming has to look his way blah blah then you apply it and the other thing which is important uh for people to know is you know what are the values that you should ask without having to do a lot of more paperwork and backgrounds and all of those things right you know it's under 100 is what you should ask first or you know or how you're building the credit for your company yeah that's another one you know how you build the credit uh for your credit reputation for your company cool okay all right I love it okay so um Danny that you mentioned sorry going back to the other topic the growing beautifully it's Danny what's his last name Angel he he's our building Angel he our building official Code Compliance guy he is my my contact our contact for uh the VCR list okay he like he is a fantastic resource in pretty much anything related to the town's Administration okay um so if there was someone to speak on you know what is offered what to look out for perfect I think he'd be a really good Shout again I don't know I don't know the availabilities because I'm just thinking about him now um but I agree but if there's going to be someone I think and he's very charismatic oh excellent that was G be my next question can he hold no he is he is he I I have deal with him for the CCO May event he's very very open very best yeah for sure [Music] fun hear [Music] us okay and then the last panel is our motivational speaker um a that we need you know uh H fun title for so fun not to give up so yeah right to not give up so I like these two um building dreams from scratch Tales of Triumph from rags to riches and then the other one is blueprint for Success Lessons Learned on the road to entrepreneurial greatness person building dreams from scratch Tales of Triumph Tales Triumph from rags to riches and then the other one that I like is blueprint for Success Lessons Learned on the road to entrepreneurial greatness or we can combine them building dreams from scratch Lessons Learned uh on the road from Rags to Riches yeah okay so let's do that well I mean just I like that what uh don't give up my my little understanding of business is it's very like moral crushing oh yes but rewarding but you know you have to be very you have to have your [Music] R okay perfect Okay so we've got our catchy titles now we need a title for the boot camp um if we wanted to change it let's see I'm going to call it town of Miami Lakes business Boot Camp or just business boot camp I think town of Miami lak I think we need to own it to adverti [Music] most I mean to keep it uh simpler on people's mouths and Minds I don't I don't think it has to say the town of Miami Lakes presents this it could just be Business book Camp business I think I wrote down somewhere like Innovation like business Innovation Summit like something really you know probably different scope than what we have but you know ah we wanted to H there's one change we wanted to do between boot camp and workshop we want to call it a a workshop a workshop yeah that's what we had deed right so business Workshop let's learn and play uh business Workshop what does a this EV again the date September 20 ex remember you're posting a panel yeah September 20th yes um okay so uh there's a couple options here um startup spark something about spark um uh small business boot camp turbocharge your entrepreneurial Spirit that's cool um foundations for flourishing crafting your business blueprint local Legends unleashing small business success or how about startup spark unleashing small business success no something easier because that has kind of business Boot Camp or Workshop now I for whatever reason I understand why changing the workshop but the book Camp kind of makes it's cool it makes more sense Ty you know hey I'm going through to learn stuff you like you know Business book can the only thing that I don't get it when I when I'm listening to the name is [Music] um business with can I can also think about different business that they're going to show me different business opportunities not necessarily that I'm going to learn the principles and and those things obviously by looking at the agenda or looking at the topics right they're going to realize what for but the title doesn't specifically tell me immediately that what have we would we want to do kind kind of going back to that business 101 so uh uh I development bus uh yeah then it will happen what he was mentioned that the big won't come will limit it how about a Back to Basics business boot camp because even big guys are like oh we got to go back to basics we got to you know we got to go back to like the tried and true principles Back to Basics business boot camp when you're trying to figure stuff out yes uh but uh no you also limited because then you only bringing the ones that want to go back to Bases you know got better business food p uh or Better Business practic yeah [Music] okay so how about now how about um how about uh we call it uh uh small business Workshop or small business boot cam um practices to better your business yes the subtitle practices to business prac that works yeah business boot can practices practices what was it practices to better your business yes okay so we call it I'm I'm thinking of like the logo I'm thinking of you know in small letters town of Miami Lakes Economic Development Committee presents in really tiny letters like hovering above the title business boot camp practices to better your business and that's the title or how about our annual or do we do we want to stick annual in there or 2020 do we want to call it like 2024 business boot camp so that way you know we branding but I honestly don't think it has to have like T of presents like as as far as logos on there the economic development logos is on there I think we keep it as straightforward as possible we start throwing like visual clutter on it I think how much budget do we have to for advertising and what would be other resources excuse me there um we have six minutes we need to leave the room uh no but the meing is like a function okay so I know there is a line I think it's $2,000 then there's a separate marketing line I know that you know we talked about advertis maybe using it for so I think we should invest um and I don't think that they would charge us a whole lot but I think we need to give these topics to someone like AC Graphics to design like a legit agenda flyer something cool something eye-catching like you guys saw Jose forwarded the one from the City of Coral Gables you know what I'm talking about I know sent it yeah I know Jose sent it he sent he sent the flyer let me see a b yeah I have it so I I not just the art but everything for the uh the advertising the digital advertising part right you know do a even break right yeah uh yeah and I think I think Daniel talked about a nominal Fe it was simple but it's effective you know it was bright and and I'm even thinking remember how last year we talked about like having a flier with all the topics we had they put all the topics here those a r card yeah pretty much this one is the email format this is the email format whoever designed it to do it email format to direct digital to do it correct in all the format so we yeah and I think right right and I think we could even you know work on work even a little bit more on this where we have a few more like it's a little bit more like AC Graphics can do a really nice job where they put maybe some color blocks they put a like that we can already if we collect stuff in advance we can put the speakers photos on there so you know we make it really eye-catching yeah should sign exactly um we download this and and then will be sponsoring that Those ads and what else can we use for the city like the email blasting yeah we have our email blast which our newsletter every month we put out our events we can with information ahead of time we can put it out specifically to like a single email blast not just keeping it in the newsletter um tapping into the ler the local chamber uh maybe the GMS uh the list of tenants that they have in their email list that I sure they keep um you know what's happening to our local media you know talking about Channel 7 you create the sponsor ads who yeah through through our Facebook yeah okay us okay oh I think for I think for I can check last year what we did I know we we threw it out I think up until like more Broward for local business we say 10 miles I don't know I could find it but um tapping a bit into our neighboring communities before we run out of time um I think the next thing is to already start engaging the speakers for you know we need your official title head shot like we don't want to like lag on these things you know um you need to start working on a presentation this is your topic this is what we want out of your topic is it okay if I take the rings on that and I communicate to each person directly okay so I will do that do you want to give them a time or like a date yes so the business boot camp is September 20th I would say that we the next committee meeting is June 18th June 18 so I would say I would say maybe like if you want to fav yeah I would say that we need responses back with their head shot so that we can do the Flyers right because the most important thing is the Flyers so I would say that we need speaker head shots and titles by let's say what June 30th Yeah by June 30th and then we need final presentation no no earlier no earlier because oh so that so we can vote off that meeting to allocate the money to do the Flyers okay so so by you said it's June 18th is our next meeting so June 17th and to kind of by June 30 have the Flyers and stuff like that because then we'll have we're going to advertise it for like a month right yeah but that will be perfect yeah because that way so yeah because Jun 18th June 18th will have so June 17th we'll have the titles and the head shot from the speakers June 18th we have the meeting we vote on allocating a budget for marketing we send off the stuff and then we give you know AC Graphics or whoever two weeks to put it together and then maybe we can evaluate it of our subcommittee July meeting and approve it and then yeah it's in rotation already for the whole month of July August I mean you we'll have all of July all of August and a good part of September at September just a little this is just information last year it was $322 over 23 days that's when it like uh at least super initially sold out if you guys remember that um 2,000 L link clicks it's important for us to know now where we actually going to have it because that's that was the last thing is what happened with enery Mendes did you I haven't got any nothing no response not I Matthew said that he was going to reach out to them I think he said call him can we call him right I don't know what what their scheduling looks like but hey dude how are you you what's up hey we're here at the subcommittee for the boot camp and we just wanted to ask you real quick if you had had a chance to get in touch with Anna G menes about us borrowing their space I have not yet okay right now if you could pretty please so maybe we can get an update by the next committee meeting the regular committee meeting that we have which is in like two weeks yeah because that's pretty much the only thing we have left to finalize is the location and then based on the location to finalize the happy hour place that's it sweet muchas all right bye okay that's done perfect one month previous ading right I'm basically saying L true yeah it was 300 something dollars 2,000 link clicks like for 10 miles I think we should do it for a month as well um more than that maybe be more aggressive on the budget depending on the size of the space we have because we were pretty full the late right yeah if we have a bigger space we can we can right have more people of course okay perfect so the only thing that I was thinking is when I reach out to people to you know discuss a topic make sure that they're prepared for the panel on show me the money I think it would be good for you as the panel moderator to come up with questions before so that we can send those to the panelist so they can prepare exactly so you know they're not just put on the spot blindly so they can prepare and then George we would just need to finalize who that third person's going to be either yourself or yeah yeah including yes yeah yeah well it's three speakers plus you as the moderator yeah which obviously the moderator you can chime in with your own advice and whatnot yeah uh Carlos can you maybe work on some questions by the time we have our meeting here June 18th are you here in are you in town no you're not in town okay but I'll I'll send you the know that just questions I'm interested to see how many people are going to be it's also a holiday the next day is it what is it oh that's right what is um the holay Jun celebr celebr slavy second or third year but I think I think now well school's out yeah school's out it doesn't affect school well alast Al Le parents have been using it now to a um I mean I'm sure they'll say yes but do we want to already reach out to AC Graphics or do we want to wait until the June 17th meeting I I would leave it wait okay yeah okay all right so I have deadlines here speaker head shots and titles by June 17th approved liar from AC Graphics by June 30th final presentations delivered by Speakers by September 1st so we have them two weeks in advance of the actual day a so else that I'm missing I think that's it and then things items for next meeting we would need approval of the marketing budget um approval of budget for food a like giveaways uh bre you know can we get a sponsor for breakfast yeah Jessica last year um he she hasn't been here in a while so we haven't been able and that's the thing is that if we get her as a sponsor for the breakfast they may want to throw somebody on a panel and we don't have space um George is the person that you're thinking of from your bank I was going to find the T tomorrow but okay but I was thinking I was going to go out there to okay I preferred somebody from the town from the town or you know somebody from be you know a CPA or financial advisor as well okay um or maybe a banker not I was going to say not a financial adviser they don't well not not from a there there's business ones but those are hard I yeah yeah sure no no not not a to invest in a not the IR guy right okay um okay if it's a CPA please make sure that they're a charismatic CP because nobody's signing up to go to their tax help to put their best foot forward but CPA CP CPA may not be able to help I think it's more for from like a bank lender I think it's a banker I think the person that we're looking for is a banker I think it's a banker about you know like 5'7 like in his mid-50s you know like you know like bald but still looks well put together I think that's what we're looking for yeah George is do it if not I I have your your text message I have your number my number yeah just let me know okay perfect a I have a from TV bank small business specialist she seems very cool she we can ask her okay by again just somebody that can speak like to like at this level you know like at this level very basic but again somebody that you know that presents well um okay so items for next meeting approval of marketing budget approval of budget for food giveaways we need a spons a breakfast sponsor we need a breakfast sponsor and then we need to determine the venue that's super important yeah you've got you you have this all set up but no place but no place yeah I mean the good thing is is we always have ear at the backup you know if we have sanding room only that would be a great problem to have um and I I know seeve hasn't come in a while but there's that Bank United and they also other one that you told us here in front in front they have the rooftop and everything ah no but the rooftop it's it we can't do aour event on a rooftop on the roof they have a space in there b popular I've been po has like a big inside I think so I think it's just an employee like I think IDE like in a perfect perfect world that would be an option yeah oh it's like I can ask it's worth asking if men than getting back to us who was the hookup on anery Mendes why did that even come up we used to have a board member that's he was like their but he moved away forgot his name nice guy you weren here okay you remember you I don't think I was here when we had an interview I Really they can move away Anna G mes then we talked about Bank [Music] United uh one I guess popular is a slight remote possibility popular I just don't know if they have the facilities Bo how many people about 100 you think last year we had a turnout of about 50 something so yeah I think 100 would be a good a good number to shoot for MH oh it's a hell space again I don't know that I don't know wow you I have no idea one thing about rib see Rib was packed popular yeah but you can't do it outside no no Noe sum but if we get the inside then we can do the networking on the roof that would be super cool but then you have to have it catered in we do we would have to have it CER a lot yeah that's true um well we do it at popular then we walk across the street we go to we go to chellis or we can go the other way not CH we go to Cancun or we go the other way and we still go to mola so yeah so that's it's a it's a good venue for either one M needs it m needs it yes so yeah that would be a good one for them for sure okay cool all right think we've got good stuff thank you 6:40 P.M it's
