Vehicles specifically for elected officials um um I have been in contact with all the commit chair persons to see about involvement it will be under bring vehicle basis um that's because we still obviously need involvement in the Committees if the signs go in the vehicles do do we have uh signs would be ordered for all the yeah we have so tomorrow on place in the final for uh did we get a response back from the letters we sent out to the VIPs uh I'll have to double check uh I know uh I'm sure I has it in her folder I know that I've seen certain confirmations from council members uh Theo is coming um it's sort of still I think he's coming too tomor is there is is there a checklist for record we kept on on the parade meetings so we can go over to see if we're missing anything we we have volunteers coming on Saturday um they're going to run through with with Kathy who I believe was here last Monday um she's kind of be to learn family who's doing the the sorry who's doing the public map event map it's a as modifications of because you're registering your group you can park here walk here to registration you're going to meet this person uh likewise for the mascots I did see an email from the Marlin mascots about there may be some issue that arose um I'll squash it when you know I get the deeper into that but it's that I mean it's that time you'll getw my question is is mental health uh last week at the park we had time the actually start going to be anything else yes um they're not sending us because of um budget cuts and all that all the stuff that they normally send from the county all the vehicles the helicopter no any one Comfort done and I told her they want to walk around or if they want to be part of the parade whatever they want because at the end of the day it's only one car and all that we are going to get the old Metro car that goes behind us uh on theard so that's coming out and Corrections is also coming out and they should have a bus and another color guard that will walk correction bringing prison picking up people on the way the bu and and my le excellent excellent okay thank you sounds like a plan it's November 3rd right yes okay sharing with the town and um at this point we have hard committed funds of $41,000 last year we had we've got another 3500 likely that's a chad says yes and um a couple of other sponsors that just pickling in the town also has another 3,000 that they directly deal with so I'm waai to hear back from from arazon and from um to see where we're at with the other 2000 so we were up 11% hard right now we could see more like a 20% increase in sponsorship over last year which I'm happy to report i' like to just bring into everybody's attention um Everybody they're all important sponsors and it's wonderful that they they do this um but South Eastern shop is one of our vendors he's a business to business company basically rides my shop equipment like lifts and breake presses and tire mounting big heavy equipment so he has no he's business a business he's not to retail or to Consumer facing um and he upgrad from 2500 to 5,000 so just a really strong offered you know he's he's he is just so proud of our veterans and is happy to do this um I did he doesn't obviously want his tent and he wanted to I want to make sure that that tent goes to a veteran's nonprofit so I don't want to put another vote on our table but if you guys can think of like the most incredible veterans nonprofit that we just sit in that I would love to like make a big deal about his booth going to this nonprofit whatever is you decid you know because it means a lot to him and it means a lot to me and all of us um so his name is Eli Bermudez just so everybody knows his name um I don't even think they're going to come um that's that's how strongly they feel about everything and here is another 25 form even forms included did do you have the metal I want to see if I can get a quick vote on the new metal design I emailed it to you maybe 10 minutes ago so we have the metal it didn't only change we also we're not going to change it but like why leave it the same when we can make it better and we had a
