What it's going to do is it's going to create overdevelopment and create 15 other problems for us. So, I'm asking that this be voted down by the council tonight. This is known as the stranded asset bill. This bill allows developers to 123 00:41:51.280 --> 00:42:09.119 build highdensity multif family mixeduse on corporate office buildings, strip malls, shopping centers, overriding local zoning and planning restrictions relating to building height, property setback, and impervious coverage. The next morning is 2026 col 174 opposed Senate Bill 2680 allowing accessory dwelling units in single family and two family residential zones.
