prior meeting minute our last meeting was October 22nd started at 302 and adjourned at 316 we did the standard execution of abatements warrants and we did do the review of the tax rate uh move accept minutes as presented second and all in favor thank you next on our agenda is the uh warrants and commitments I have a motor vehicle number by warrant form 5344 288 I give you two only one I'll take for the uh the two Parcels that were sold by the town on 0 and 32 Central Street M that's some from $953 125 it's based on the sales price in the prated number of days if you would just sign the front of those two buts there be once we'll sign both proper yes yeah you only need to sign the top okay top I just had there in case it was a yeah I just me you us them a moving on to the uh warrants and commitments I have the taxs for October of 24 uh all motor vehicle excise and I will leave cover sheet and the sign Pages thank you for all tots matched I will go ahead and cover do the cover sheet as set on that um oh you sorry yeah somebody reads the paper um ATT we can review these individually or you can uh review the pack or I can process them um just you know if you'd like to just review them individually or how would you'd like to do we have one new one yep and a whole bunch of repeats Y how we doing an applications uh past ones everybody got their stuff together there are a couple of outstanding so um they got the letter and they got the second notice return it Unfortunately they get pulled out I know so I would like to I know that for me I'd like to know who's striving because I 4% on top of the standard uh paid at closing which the closing lawyer said uh no that's not going to happen this is underhanded you should have been more forthright it was agreed upon done put to bed and then all these months later they're going to they're coming back for another one and a half% kind of crazy kind of crazy the brokers the agency the agent AG not the individual the broker not the individual agent yeah I was amazed because I had to double check that for my client who was actually being named it wasn't the sales person it putting the case forward it was the actual brok It's Over
