##VIDEO ID:BtQina6s_bE## 20 24 o Park Board of Education regular meeting to order M Greer would you please call the rooll Clark here cin here Davis Elvin here Hoda Madison Smith here all right and I know we have a couple out today I that was uh made aware that they wouldn't be here so we'll excuse those board members for for not being in attendance uh we will go to uh item number two recitation of the district mission and vision and um trusty Clark would you please read it yes thank you our mission is to create an inclusive learning community that provides the best academic and social experience by educating the whole child one child at a time our vision is cultivating Visionary leaders and compassionate citizens engaged in the global Community thank you uh we go to item three which is approval of the agenda the agenda was shared prior to today's meeting with the with the full board and issues on the agenda okay without objection we'll pass a motion to approve by unanimous consent is there an objection to doing so hearing none the agenda is hereby approved we'll go to item number four consent agenda we have two items on the consent agenda this evening approve minutes from October 28th Personnel actions from November 11th are there any questions on either one of these items okay without objection we'll pass a motion to approve the consent agenda by unanimous consent is there an objection to doing so hearing none the consent agend is hereby approved we will go to our next item which is presentations we have one this evening uh relative to our 2024 audit results and that is Mr Michael Roa of ya so Mr Ro can you guys hear me this good enough without it uh well good evening and thank you for having me um again Mike Ram principal with yo and yo uh we conducted the financial statement audit along with the single audit this year and did some additional testing on uh the syncing fund and bond compliance so we'll be going over the results of all of that this evening um first what is the purpose of an audit the financial statement audit uh the purpose is to verify that the financial statements are materially correct and that is an important term to understand there could be minor errors that went undetected because we cannot look at every single transac action that happened in the course of the school year there's likely hundreds of thousands of transactions right so we look at the big stuff on a test basis to make sure that they're correct with that management has some responsibilities uh with relation to the financial statements and that would be the fair uh presentation in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles and design implementation and maintenance of internal controls so that would be to detect and correct errors in a timely manner in addition to that management has to evaluate whether the district will exist within another year typically that's not a concern for school districts but it is technically uh a responsibility of management our responsibility as Auditors is to give you reasonable assurance that the financial statements are correct and render an opinion on the financial statements we have to exercise professional judgment and skepticism identify risks of material misstatement as well as look at a number of things during the audit including polic icies estimates and the overall presentation of the financial statements with that said the opinion this year is an unmodified opinion on the financial statements so that's like getting an A+ on your report card and that's what you want to hear every single time the financial statements have an unmodified opinion so next we'll go into some of the numbers uh just at a real high level so you get a picture of it um before we talk about some of the compliance related it items this is a snapshot of the major funds the general fund and the capital project fund what the revenues and expenses look like during the year you can see the general funds revenues and expenses were very close to one another almost almost uh equal as far as uh within 1% I would say uh on a $60 million budget that's pretty good uh there was a slight usage of fund balance of just about $600,000 and you'll see a big usage of fund balance in the capital projects fund but remember that's spending down the 2021 Bond that's intentional and you would expect that the non- major funds are also displayed here that would be your food service fund Debt Service fund other less important funds if you will here's a budgetary comparison uh at a very high level for the general fund um one thing I didn't mention please recall and and don't forget that this is as of June 30 2024 so you know the fiscal year July 1 2023 through through June 30 2024 so the original budget there had revenues of 61 million and expenditures of just about 60 million there were some budgetary amendments to the revenues bringing it to very close still at 61 million slight decrease uh very very close to the actual within 2% of actual actually and then the uh expenditures there it looks like the budgets may have been a little bit more conservatively budgeted at $68 million when in actuality it came in under 61 million um so well under budget for the general fund here you'll see the five-year trend of general fund revenues expenditures and fund balances uh what you really want to notice here is there's been a slight decline in your fund balances that would be that uh sort of uh peach color we'll get more into the fund balance in an upcoming slide but you can also see over the past few years that your revenues and expenses have been fairly consistent with expenses exceeding revenues uh the past couple of years this year though very close uh neck and neck if you will uh that so that's the 60.1 million in revenues 60.8 million in expenses and the fund balance there is 14.6 million for the general fund and here's the additional detail on the general fund and this is the general funds fund balance as a percentage of expenditures so this represents if you take your unassigned fund balance in your general fund and you divide it by your annual expenses what percent of fund balance you have and it gives you a bit of benchmarking here you can see your peer group based on pupil count is at about 19.9 one% the state as a whole just under 22% and the state excluding Detroit is just under 20% at the end of 23 and 24 the district was at 23.3% so a healthy fund balance um and well within what you would really where you want to be um and ahead of the rest of the state also as a part of the audit we tested the bond expenditures so there's the 2021 bond which wrapped up this year and is substantially complete and we've tested it over the past several years years identifying that there's no compliance related issues and we've issued our letter to the state indicating that the bond is closed out the expenses for it and that there's been no non-compliance we also tested the 2023 Bond and that testing remains ongoing until all of those funds are expended but to date we have no non-compliance to report to you uh in addition to that we tested the syncing fund which uh is you know tax levy and there was no non-compliance in relation to those uh expenditures as well now moving on to internal controls and the single audit we do have a couple of findings to report the first one is a financial statement finding uh and and is a material weakness uh the cause of this was really partially the transition of Finance directors last year and some of the entries that were made with the schedule of expenditure of federal Awards all also known as a CA so getting some of those items corrected as it relates to the mde pass through grants and the Michigan Works grants uh especially was quite challenging and involved a lot of entries to revenues expenses uh deferred inflows and receivables the Deferred inflow piece particularly was the thing that hung over from last year and and had to be factored in now that finding I I wouldn't get too hung up on um it it was really an accounting function whereas if we move on to the major programs uh we tested the education stabilization fund and the Child Nutrition cluster so first with the child nut nutrition cluster we had no findings and it issued an unmodified opinion on compliance however with the education stabilization fund there was a finding related to the prevailing wage rate so we are required now this year when testing the education stabilization fund to look at contracts on a sample basis and determine whether prevailing wage rate Clause was within that contract and verify from the vendor that they have the certified payrolls to prove that they paid the correct wages now in the case of one contract that we selected there was no prevailing wage rate clause and therefore the vendor did not pay the prevailing wages so that was a significant contract about 440 $3,000 in total um of which the distribution was Labor of 212,000 and the remainder going to materials so of that 212,000 really if it had the prevailing wage late rate clause in there you would expect that the labor charges would probably have been higher in most cases so they're paying most likely under prevailing wages when there's not that clause in there so what that does with the uh compliance as it relates to the education stabilization fund because it was material to the grant we had to qualify the opinion so we say all the compliance requirements for this grant were met except for this prevailing wage uh rate provision and so what that could mean is potentially your grantor could seek reimbursement of those funds uh but they may not uh nothing certain with that next I'd just like to go over some of the significant estimates that are in the financial statements as well as some of the upcoming and adopted accounting principles um let's start with the principles so gby statement 100 was adopted this year and there were no impact on the financial statements related to that that just gives more guidance on how to present Corrections of errors as it relates to Prior periods there was uh three new standards that are upcoming 101 102 and 103 compensated absence is the first one that's a new model on how to record your liability and how to factor in estimates about when people will retire what rates to it recorded at and and how to do that gasby 102 requires new risk disclosures I think there will be a minimal impact but as an example what that could be if you have a large taxpayer in your district and you know they're going to go under you would would want to disclose that because it's going to impact your tax revenues that's a an example lastly statement 103 financial reporting model improvements give some improvements to the financial statements on how things should be reported uh one of the major impacts is it's going to emphasize discussing in the managements and discussion and Analysis why things have changed year-over-year rather than just saying how much they've changed so really an emphasis on why um another thing it'll change the budgetary schedules a little bit to show a variance column from original to final budget rather than just your actual to um your final budget now within the financial statements there are three significant estimates um and when I say that sometimes it scares people but you could never prepare a single set of financial statements without estimates so uh just know going into it you you have to have some estimates the first one is a useful lives of capital assets so when you purchase a new building or a new bus uh new desk whatever it is that you capitalize how long do you expect to use it that'll determine how much depreciation expense you take each year the next one is the net pension liability and so that's all of the inputs uh well really the net pension liability and net OPB liability or asset very similar in how they're estimated it's developed by an Actuarial valuation and typically it takes the inputs uh mortality rates retirement uh rates data birth gender um other factors that that factor into what they expect the district will have to pay for those benefits for retirees um also includes a discount rate health care cost Trends uh many things go into those and so the actuaries develop that with that that's everything that I wanted to go over I want to really thank Dr Ferris she put in a lot of hard work to get this done she and the team really um I truly appreciate your hard work thank you and thank the board for having me as your auditor and happy to take any questions questions from members of the board yes I have a question um on page 16 I was reading where it says that there was a partial correction partial corrected um which was the findings in 2023 the AUD adjustment um due to lack of timing reconciliation um my question is is that last year's audit yeah so last year we had had an audit because of untimely reconciliation so I notated that that was partially corrected because some of those deferred inflows flowed into this year's adjustments okay yep so so when will they be I I would expect that that is corrected now okay yeah do we have an answer we have an answer on that lot of and the other question that I had is the one below that which is the findings of 2023 a lack of timing cash request for Federal grant reimbursement if it's corrected um why is it listed oh we're required to list last year's findings as well so yep those are required to be in there yep you got it y That's a federal requirement anything else Ry um one last question so the findings does it seem like they're repeating from the No No so I I wouldn't call these repeat findings at all I think last year's findings were for the most part corrected especially the timely draws which was a a pretty significant issue last year and then the account reconciliations were nearly all corrected with the exception of the Deferred inflows piece that flowed into that schedule of federal Awards I know you're going to touch on this so I'm going to leave that to you or maybe not U well let me ask my question then so of course we were talking about um the wage rates y uh for that um company um would that be collected by by so would that be collected by us or do we go back you know seeing that found it and the correction part so how would would it be correct how would you correct it correct so you you wouldn't correct this specific instance you would correct your contracts going forward just making sure that that Clause is in there for any federal grants that requires it or or any contracts that would require it and who we have contracts with I'm sorry oh oh I see I got you follow me here work with me SL I'm slow anything else trusty corpor okay anything else from any other board members Mr wel thank you much apprciate I appreciate it you all have a nice night it's a happier occasion than than the last time yeah I appreciate that um okay uh we will now go to item six which is reports we have one report this evening for our from our superintendent Mr Abdullah thank you president Alvin Mr Roa thank you very much for taking time and a lot of work just um I I attest to the work that the team did in countless hours and so I I I applaud them for correcting all the issues from last year even though it's not perfect we we are learning to correct things as as um we see kudos to miss and and her team on that as well it's a never W any findings but I I'll I'll certainly take these over what we had last year at this time so too so thank you great J better better appreciate thank you um as as you all know we had a board election and we had some some change and so uh I would be remiss if I didn't want if I didn't thank the the trustees that that were here that helped um to entrust us um to bring to pass the vision of the Strategic plan that the board had adopted um I know you guys put in years of service um and we as a district appreciate your uh hard work your service your sacrifice uh we know you are not rich because of board meetings that's for sure um and it's a lot of hours and we we do want to um express our appreciation to the incoming trustees I I see some here welcome um and thank you for your desire to serve um you're not going to be rich serving on the board but but the reward is uh it's amazing to see the students face um light up because of the work that you do um I'm a product of old park and honestly I wish I knew all the work that goes behind those those things that get implemented and without a school board and eff fishing School Board um it would not happen um zero eyes is up and running um we we ran two tests the first one many cameras failed we had to uh cut it off the second time we had two cameras fail uh and so we're replacing those so that is uh up and running now we get alarms we ran simulations uh we notified the community because we had to go in with you know fake orange rifles just to simulate to see if the cameras uh detected that so that's up and running in every camera system that we have in the district um want to also uh pursuant to policy 5004 when we discard of um items we notify the board Bo we discarded um or we will discard some we've discarded but we will discard of um computer networking products um older desk tables and chairs discarding of a donated trailer discarding of broken obsolete older computers discarding of older not fully operational AC wall units that we have in storage uh and again all of this is aligned with policy 004 to discard uh equipment business out out the way I do want to highlight the following the band team returned from W Force okay for their homecoming 20 of the band kids received scholarship 20 no we we were we're rolling close to 40 I think if not more but 20 received scholarships from three different universities uh also no incidents occurred everyone returned safe and sound that's good the students also received free admissions to the Detroit Pistons basketball game last night and they went and I know some people were busy watching the lines but others wind Le I don't know if they did they win they won all right okay they're not they're not the Lions they're not the Lions okay um and I attribute this to Mr Aus and all the band parents and uh for their hard work and dedication if you recall three years ago it was basically you know everything was in disarray was baned and just to see them perform and last time we announced that they were invited for the first time ever to the Thanksgiving parade downtown Detroit right which is incredible um and so with with that being said president Alvin that concludes my report unless you have any questions for me any questions for Mr abdulahad hearing none we'll go to item number seven public participation we've come to the part of the meeting where the public has the opportunity to address the board if it so desires public participation is one way Communication in which members of the public are asked to address the full board with the understanding that board members will be unable to respond uh trusty Smith if you would please provide the public comment guidelines thank you yes because the opal Board of Education values public meetings not just meetings in public we welcome public comments on school issues speakers are asked to express themselves in a civil manner with due process of the dignity and privacy of others who may be affected by public comments the public comment portion of the meeting cannot be used to make personal tax against a school board member or School District employee that disrupts the order of the meeting and is totally unrelated to the manner in which the member or employee performs his or her duties speakers should be aware that if statements violate the rights under the law of defamation or invasion of privacy such comments may result in legal liability most comments can be concisely stated in 3 minutes and the board respectfully ask that comments remain focused on the topic or issue and not be directed at specific Personnel or board members are there any members of the public who would like to address the board yes we have a Mr David Holmes Jr okay we'll start with Mr Holmes Jr please be careful you might have saw the audit report we don't have no money so all right how's everybody doing tonight all right all right all right I'm an educator at OPA um and just want to let everybody know come here in peace um I just have a few concerns all right um no issues with any of the administration um just simply um just just want to voice these um concerns that I have me and some of my other um co-workers cell phones and schools um is there any way that we can possibly um remove cell phones from school if not remove them um have them turned in at the beginning of the day and have them returned to them maybe at the last period of the day um students are uh meeting up fighting in the bathroom um and it's it's becoming a a problem um at our school um I don't know if this goes back and forth this is my first meeting here um we don't respond so you just say what you want to say and then we can if there are things we need to do on the tail end we can handle that okay outside of these proceedings okay appreciate it um second thing just four things this is the second thing um security um more security um especially coming up to the holidays um students behavior um tends to get a little bit more um heightened if you will um so possibly having more security coming up to Thanksgiving and possibly um The Christmas break disciplinary actions um the the one concern I had with disciplinary actions the major concern uh would be when I this today is my 6 year anniversary at Oak Park in the school district happy appreciate you um and when I first started there was a little bit of movement from the Middle School to Nova the past few years there hasn't been much and I was just wanted to know why possibly um and lastly what is the discernment um for evaluating a newcomer to get into Oak Park Public Schools if they don't um live in the district so students from outside of the district do we have qualifications for them to come into the district or do we just accept first come first serve uh those are my four uh four Ms and points so thank you thank you uh any anyone else yes we have Mr Curtis Daniels oh I know what this is about I know what this is about come on come on on come on up I know what the subject matter of this discussion is going to be good evening good evening a long time since I've been here because because of work but I haven't forgot about you are that's why I'm here tonight uh I'm here tonight because I have I'm you know I'm on concerns about Oak Park District Schools uh we still have our open doors for the Michigan Regal Council Carpenters or apprenticeship school I'm I'm glad to hear that we have the scholarships to ones who earn those scholarships that's that's a plus but we also got to be mindful of the kids that and um ones that's graduating that don't get the scholarships that who don't go to college that is apprenticeship programs out here we have have again a $30 million school it's free tuition free books uh we pay our students to go to school um we got the P the highest um rate that's in the in nation far as enrollment we have had 1,000 members have joined our Union we had over 200 students have joined our apprentiship school I would like to see more of um Oak Park um District school students uh participating and joining our apprentic program this is I think we should look at that I think we should um bring about some more of um far as the career fair I haven't been invited I'm I'm I'm asking this now why I haven't been invited and I I also spearhead help spearhead that that that career fair dealing with the skill trades I've been invited I just did one October the 2nd and East Point rville St Clair shers and four four District I just did a career fair with other skill trades I would love to do this here again at Oak Park District Schools also we I would like to bring with with me uh we have a $5 million um simulator semi truck that we have that has things that upgrade kids to get involved with the skill trades from a a uh virtual point of view you know what I mean get putting on the garles and and know dealing with the computers and I would love to bring that with me um when we get y'all do a career fair I pass out cards I could bring out I can um again come give you the materials well I need someone to be reaching out to me you know I mean to I mean all the other districts are reaching out to us Detroit and other surrounding areas why not uh Park District School System need to reach out we I'm definitely here so y'all know I'm reaching out that's why I'm here but we need to do that and uh promot those skill trades I would love to see um a lot of students and U that's just leaving this District if they not going to make it in college they not going to make it in entertainment rap music Sports skill trads is a thing that's really popping now now I'm going say one small more thing I for my conclusion we have three big projects coming up here in the state of Michigan we have a Henry Ford Hospital that's going to be built brand new a $2.5 million job we I would love to see a lot of students graduating getting to the pr ship on that job we have a soccer stadium that's coming we are Brook ground with these projects also we have the two Marriott where Joe LS arena is sitting that's up going to go up I want love to see students coming into the apprenticeship programs now I don't know who's keeping a track of them when they of our kids you know what I mean when they graduate but we need to find out what they're doing where they're going to be going who spead you know what's Up's you know just to help them out cuz some probably ain't getting the help once they leave high school so again I'm reaching out to you all and hope that we can get a career fair going and we can bring a lot of other skill trades people here and um than you just success thank you thank you for that um strongly urge you to work with uh the administration on those items I think there some of that is is worthwhile something that we can we can probably work partner with on with you on so talk with talk with superintendent Abdullah had absolutely and and see what opportunity there is okay uh you see how my rap career turned out didn't work out as plan all right do we have any additional cards that's it all right um anyone else wish to address the board okay all right so we will go to then our action items we go to action item 8 a approval of payment for superintendent vacation personal leave days uh trusty Smith if you would please read that resolve that the O Park Board of Education hereby approve the appointment of the following candidates for membership to the O Park youth assist that's not the right that's not the right that's that's 8 that's but that's not correct yeah we need an action item for his no that's 8 oh I'm sorry I had 8 a wrong my bad see see how other careers turn out too all right uh approval of O Park youth assistance board members all right go ahead all right resolved that the O Park Board of Education hereby approved the appointment of the following candidates for membership of the Opark youth assistance board of directors Emily Clerk and Deana T motion made by trusty Smith is there second second second by trusty corpor any questions on the motion I I just wanted to ask is there anyone in that's here from the youth assistant other than myself ask okay well you know what no no let me reframe because I'm not on the board so I'm just did you volunteer as usual questions for they not here yeah important questions to make decision do you feel is do you so there's only four voting members here is is there a problem with what you're saying well it's not enough information I guess because I guess the youth assistance um like when I look at the she gave the bullet points of the two individual ual but it just doesn't give me enough to it just it just tells me that they volunteer but I want to know you know are they active like in the schools like you know what is the um uh how many parents like that they meet you know like there just not enough information so I think she did mention this when she was here last time um I I would probably go go on her uh recommendation uh she didn't say how many parents was on the board she mentioned the people on the board that were city workers who I you know I don't know I I don't know if you do you want to not approve these two because you don't have that question answered yeah because even you know with some of the information that was even by the the audience participation Also may have also some questions you can you can vote no I mean if you vote no it doesn't pass so all right or maybe a suggestion if will you ask Cheryl to come back maybe the next meeting and elaborate a little bit more on do the board members she's recommending do you want to table this I mean I don't think she gave us um a hard deadline so really it's well of a board she recommended us doing it at the next meeting but there not here anywhere all right we can we can table it we'll table it um would ask very quickly that you withdraw your motion yeah um I move to withdraw the motion you don't have to move it just withdraw it right okay motion is withdrawn um and we will go to item 8 B approval payment for superintendent vacation personal leave days now I have it right um trusty SMI if you want to read that one yes resolve that the Oak Park Board of Education excuse me resolved that the Oak Park Board approves the superintendent's requested cash in vacation personal leave days y um so a second the Motions made by trusty Smith second by trusty clerk do we know how many days we're talking about not off the top of my head um not off the top of my head but it's it's kind of open so it could be all of them and you know if we know what we're talking one time it's a one time request because my contract doesn't allow for multiple so it's at one time um I rolled over but as you know my third year of my contract I can't roll over as many so I lose them and I can't afford to I I can't afford to use them that's up the problem because we have a we have stuff to do so I I would say again don't quote me on I would say around 40 days is are my days so three 320 hours is that or do you just go by days you don't go by hours I I got to check with HR on how to I think it's based on eight hours is there any questions on this motion I question so each year um according to the contract it doesn't as you say speak on one time courtesy or one time it just give the days and then we that's why I have to make the request because it does not give me the request so I have to request that of the board so could we just add them up right here because it say in the contract 25 days and 15 uh 15 days of of sick personal bus days of the year and then you were allowed to carry over the first year and second year right because you say for the first I mean second well it speaks of the first year um that you can you would take no more than five unused vacation days but we're talking about the roll over time right yeah I don't know that we can add them he you might be able to add how many days he would get for this year but are there rollover what what what are we talking about well it's can I just read this go for it okay I I would you know attendent shall be annually entitled to 25 days vacation exclusive of Saturday and Sundays and legal holidays such days to be prated for any partial year under this contract the superintendent shall be um permitted to roll over no more than 10 unused vacation days during the first year of this contract and no more than five unused vacation the second and third year of the contract and any extension there thereof the superintendent sh and sh the conclusion of his uh employment with the district with the school district be entitled to receive payment for no more than 10 unused vacation days at uh then current salary per DM rate superintendent shall also be entitled to 15 um illness or illness personal business days per year and per permitted to roll over 10 unused ill illness personal business days per year yeah I wasn't writing it down you're not reading the amended one the amended remember you guys amended the contract twice the first the first two all the first two years you're allowed to roll over 15 plus 10 okay so I leave some because I do like to take some time off yeah I'll read what it says on on on the amended superintendent shall be annually entitled 25 days vacation exclusive of what we just talked about exclusive of holidays and weekends the superintendent shall be permitted to roll over number 11 15 unused vacation days during the first year of the contract and no more than 10 unused vacation the second and third year same thing you just read so this is still in the this is the updated language superintendent shout the conclusion of the employment with the district being t receive payment for no more than 15 unused vacation days at the then current salary per DM rate superintendent shall also be entitled 15 illness personal days per year permitted to roll over 10 unused illness personal days per year so that's vacation 15 and 6 15 vacation 25 I'm sorry 6 15 he could roll over 15 he gets 25 this year that's 40 and then he would get an additional 15 personal days that's 55 possible but I would no I mean I need no I need some time off that's why I said around 40 yeah yeah okay so [Music] 55 possible so if you if you if if you want to cap it you could cap it many you don't know right but you could you could cap it you could say 43 and then now me because I know in December we did what 41 think it was I don't know I'm not looking at that one that agreement this year 43 that give me some cinet 43 um are you does that work for you it works this is the last time right that we can do this right is that right for the year at all no you you can't you can't I can't do it unless I get permission from you that's why I'm coming here to get permission December that was permission that was a one time just like I have to seek permission you grant me the permission it's a one time only yeah that's all right so what I would then um move to amend the motion to read as follows resolve that the O Park Board approves the superintendent request to cash in no more than3 43 days of vacation personal and leave support um so what we need to do now is this Mo this amendment now belongs to the floor so I don't want to explain that doesn't belong to any individuals so we need to vote to add the amendment first before we can vote on the full motion is there so I move to to amend as I noted there's a second second it by truste corporan m GRE please call the role on the amendment yes cin yes Elvin yes Smith yes okay the motion to amend has passed now we will go and take the full motion um for to allow for the approval of payment for vacation personal leave days so read resolve that the Oak Park Board approves the superintendent's request to cash in no more than 43 vacation personal lead support it's your motion so someone else has a support you okay trusty Clark supports um if okay so that said are there any questions on that motion Miss G please call the RO Clark yes Cory yes Elvin yes and Smith yes okay the motion passes uh we'll go to item number nine which is information items we have any uh make sure so I messed that up too we don't have any and then we will go to item number 10 which are Communications any Communications from members of the administration we have for members of the board trusted corporate well I have a few one I wanted to talk about um The Campaign was it was really really really um busy it was fun um I want to just say that you know for those that didn't make it back to the board it is like sad you know because we've been you know here this whole six years and a little bit Yeah six years so also um congratulations to those that that did um um win the campaign or win their spots um also there is a youth assistance annual meeting um that is coming up on December 6 so if any board members have not registered for that you want to register before November 27th and the date is for Friday December 6 and that okay anything from any uh other members of the
