Council in accordance with the requirements of New Jersey's open public meetings act notice of this reorganization meeting was filed in the office of the Township Clerk posted on the bulletin board in the municipal building and on the township we website and transmitted to the Suburban Trends and Daily Record newspapers and the record please stand for the Pledge of Allegiance and remain standing for a prayer and a moment of silence in honor of those who serve our nation I pled ALG to the flag of the United States of America and to the Republic for which it stands one nation God indivisible liy and justice for all most gracious Providence we ask that you bless this governing body with an abundance of wisdom and understanding so that every deliberation will result in actions which will promote the common good and the general welfare for all of the people of panic Township amen amen amen so before we get started we have some visiting dignitaries to welcome we have I'm sorry we have a curve we're coming in I always make mistakes on the these parts assemblyman Brian Bergen hello Mars County surrogate Heather darling we have Ronaldo Morales representing congresswoman Sher Mikey Cheryl's office County Commissioners Thomas dangelo and Steve straw Senator Joe pachio Mars County Commissioner taan Salon whatever you like you like to say anything andon show up yep we forward to working with you congratulations and say that was really quick we have time said a few that was a few words proceeding with the agenda the following is a statement of determination issued by the board of County Commissioners relative to an election held in the township of panic County of Mars and state of New Jersey for the election of certain Municipal officers on the 5th day of November 2024 said board does determine that at said election David Cole and Vincent syracusa were duly elected to the office of Township Council for terms of four years this statement dated the 18th day of November 2024 Bears the signature of the chairman of the board of County canvers and has been signed and sealed by ANF grai Esquire Mars County Clerk the oath of office will now be administered to the newly elected and reelected council members Mr Cole being sworn in by assembly Woman Brian Bergen promised he would trip and thank you I state your name I David Cole do solemnly swear do solemnly swear that privilege of uh being at that life this morning um where uh young banic resident Henry strubel received the Steve D Gregorio award Young Man Award uh there was 140 uh initial uh applicants they got it down to seven Henry was one of the seven uh all seven uh were tremendous young men um it's not about footballs about what they do outside of football and Henry Henry won that award this morning uh two Super Bowl tickets $5,000 scholarship so Henry and his dad are going to be going as as you heard I like doing things for other people so I just want to let you know that Quantic PBA is March 24th I have Flyers here there's many ways you can support it it's going to be right at the castle uh it's a great it's going to be a great event and uh you know uh the Aquatic police department does a great job and aquantic for its residents all of our volunteers first a squad fire departments they all do a great job uh but you know let's let's show our our support for the blue and and uh let's pack the once said Morris County runs like a top it does because of towns like Panic um we all run well together and we couldn't do it without everybody and I look forward to working with everybody I look
