went on they just talk about future projects that they'd like to see some of those future projects are going to be the Muller property redoing that uh long Lakeside Avenue the Gazebo redoing the Gazebo um talking about putting some money towards the hfield park park project which is going to be done in three phases there's going to be the uh new uh recreation equipment the new walkways and the new uh bridge and Pathways being built so it's going be done three phases open space will be looking at putting some money into that the council did move forward for more discussion and um um going out to bid the uh will of field project um so that's really what they discussed at the open SMI unless anybody has any questions no I just want to say one thing because uh car padulla the light went in at Rotary Park so I just kind of wanted to mention that super happy about it so that was a nice yes that's been a while um one of the things that I uh I also attended the meeting um I just think that uh with Frank coming on board as the new liaison um if we can sort of get some sort of um recap or or something that indicates what's uh on the agenda what's being talked about so he can brought to speed pretty quickly on that so they send out now that you have a person they send out an agenda before the meeting and'll list all the stuff that they're going to talk about okay very good issues uh that are uh that need to be addressed um and communicated so why you uh present those uh um from the list that was given yes so you can see in the photos and the documents that we supplied uh was much more accurate in drawing so you guys can get an idea of where it is in the layout based on the paper it is so the idea is to request the variant uh we're requesting permission to leave the pool in this existing Place modify the deck so it stays within the uh property lines um as we I ended up finding out it was not over by much it was like three or is is a couple of pieces of wood so we'll just have to take it off about a foot to get that space back we'd like to move we propos a location for the um the pool pump and uh the pool heater that's there and then we requesting permission to uh adjust the impervious coverage ratio to allocate for the amount of pool which we there also suppli the calculated numbers there that needed great okay um so now the vinyl fence to the property line so where we stand with the last one the last bullet statement the vinyl fence the vinyl fence uh when Israel purchased the house it was in it was already there installed that's the vinyl fence the vinyl fence that we found out that was in question was the vinyl fence that we wanted to build behind the pool itself and that's what was question which is no longer there it's been removed already okay okay I have no other questions for the applicant anybody else on the board have any questions on the applicant no okay um so before we uh go any further with this it's just the applicant has to still go in front of the construction official get all his perm um that are required um um for this application cuz that still has not happened um so that's something that you have to do yes okay and um based on his uh approvals of all or whatever he communicates to you regarding what's necessary it's all going to be on the uh construction official at this point okay um okay um based on the uh testimony of the applicant addressing the issues um so we have no no other questions from the board no no okay with that I'm going to open it up to the public uh if the public has any um would project um and what variance relief you are looking um for so we can have a better understanding for your project so bathroom on our first floor so that we can stay in our house as we get yeah speak little louder I'm sorry I'm sorry we want to add a bathroom to the first floor so that because we don't our bathroom's on the second floor we have an Old Colonial and there's no access to restrooms on the first floor and it's becoming pretty um it's BEC a little bit an issue for us tonight we anticipate it'll be more of an issue we'd like to stay in town okay and we thought that we if we're going to do the bathroom we would like to add a deck to the back of the house also um so that can see the um and so the variance is that we need to do this work are um for the um the side sign yours set back and also the percentage of structure on our I guess 20% and if we add the bathroom and the de is going to be over that would be 27% so your lot cover so you want to go from uh proposes 27.4 and your max is 20% so just a little bit um in your side yard set back your proposed to seven is it's 10 right okay it's only I much so the existing house does go to 7 ft we're not going to extend it any more than where the house already goes so your preexisting uh lock car or side setback is seven it's just a matter of now you're going to be building something else and now you're squaring it off and you're still going to be at seven but you're not impeding on it to go any closer to the property correct correct um I did do a are you all set I no I wasn't no no no but you're all set you're all done okay um I did do a lot I don't know if anybody else had an opportunity to go to the property but I did go um and I and and Dennis came out and and walked me around and showed me um their uh their their project um and I can understand why they would want to stay there that's a beautiful home and you overlook the lake and abs beautiful and like that so um so um I asked Dennis if uh he had any uh issues um or concerns uh with his neighbors to making sure that he maintained and and asked if there was going to be any U concerns from the neighbors regarding the U um setbacks and he basically said he didn't so um um so so I was out there and looking at it and yeah know so um so that's my two cents on uh your application anybody else on the board have any questions I don't have a question I just have a statement that the lot is more than supportive of with this deth uh for this like configuration and I noticed it it really didn't have any impact on any of the neighbors that I could see that it would um be in their line of sight in any in any way that would be you know a problem so I I I just see this as a uh very good use of the of the property and and it makes sense it's two houses off notation in here um of of um making sure that if there is any kind of foundation or something that that might be required just watch out for sewage and all that kind of water lines but they're not even doing any of that um so um so it it's really no different than the property to exact to immediate right um so just to make sure everybody understood that when you're cons U concerned about that rule number 13 as set fourth in the August uh 19 2024 uh zoning denial letter and attain approval for construction of the shed in property located in a flood plane which shall be conformed in writing by the zoning official prior to construction of the shed as we all know this shed has been constructed already okay so just make sure everyone is aware of that okay that um the applicant needs to get the letter uh perit by 13 by the zoning official okay everyone had an opportunity to read this resolution solution yes is there a timeline on that like for how long she has to get all the permits and stuff like that there is no timeline they are in violation of the zoning as we speak because they did not have it is the discretion like any you know enforcement discretion police officers have them zoning officers he's I assume going to hold off while they proceed and attempt to get that if they fail to it then he'll fight them a ticket if they don't take down the shed there's none other than the fact that they have a hammer hanging over them that they are in violation currently okay thanks and that they met all the criteria that is set forth in this resolution so if there's any deviation from that there's only official will take care of that okay what was the size of that shed that was 12 by 12 it was it was larger than 10 by10 right otherwise we not it even required a permit I
