just so you know I I just quickly because this is the first time I'm seeing them rule uh 5 4-1 amendments to the rule says you're supposed to provide a three-day written notice to the board members in advance but again you will by that vote as far as I'm concerned I believe that and I just want the record to be clear you've all waved your right to that prior written notice so there's again there's no there's no foul so okay very good now we can move on to the planning board committees uh looking for volunteers on the onsite everybody everybody choose to do it we don't usually don't I mean I don't know actually I think the BOS do say on S sites can be the Saturday before the regular meeting and we all go okay it's not like it's any specific person the whole it's the whole board as many people as field trip whoever can make it makes it if we choose to have there has if it's more than a quorum though doesn't it have to be noticed yes it has to be noticed it does but since we haven't done one in yeah I was gonna say AUM would be five so we just make sure it's always four correct and even if he just go in different group that's it even if you're go in the same day just don't all go together yeah okay fair enough okay all right next up is the technical Review Committee I would like to be part of that again in the coming year I think Donna should definitely be on Donna should definitely be on sorry you can't get you can't get away from it I'm out last year was uh Ed Donna and James jam and it is the technical Review Committee yeah I'm happy to do it again unless someone else really wants to get on I can't love to have you James okay thank you you good with we actually did a lot of work in the list we had we had probably the five at least five I actually told the mayor or incoming mayor I said you know we have this staff technical Review Committee and it's helped to avoid because we were having a conversation about the burent of your office and what you guys have to manage and that the technical Review Committee has put in extra hours as volunteers to ensure that you avoid kind of having it here at the planning for Forum so um I know valued and I was echoing the only thing um I'd like some additional guidance on because there was some question about when applicants come in the notice requirements for them to notice that they're coming so it was something that um Jonathan Jonathan drill had some sort some reference or some case law that there was of course he did we yeah it's not something that we he should write a book oh he did so if you could you have to do it tonight maybe at our next but I I don't think I understand the issue so there's a not there's a case that deals with notice with respect to a technical Review Committee so if there's any decisions or anything that would um impact application then it you have to provide notice to surrounding properties to be observ observant of those decisions or any any uh actions so are decisions pretty specific about making suggestions exactly right only suggestions not decisions we tell the applicant no decisions what we think and but the decision comes down to the bo right the full yeah and that's typically how they're done at the technical in other words it's like you can have you can either like somebody could insist on well for example this one that was just noticed with all of the The Sheds all over the place right they could have that's an example of where with the technical Review Committee they could have said we're gonna we're going to remove all of those non-conforming structures to streamline the application therefore and had they done that it would have been a shout they this board would have had no right to deny the subdivision but because they've got 34 variances they're requesting they now run the risk of this board saying we're not going to approve it we're not going to Grant those things so that's an example I guess to your point of we suggest that you do that but we're not we're not requiring you to do so so I'll get clar i'll get clarification from John about what his point is I suspect you've resolved the issue already in terms of if you're not requiring making a decision and suggesting to me you're just reviewing the application for technical compliance so it can come before the board where the decision would be made that is going to be noticed I don't see a problem with it but I'll run it by uh IL du and make sure that you know and and say to James's Point we've been consistent very clear on that he just wants to make sure you're CLE at the time I can remember Ed saying more than once well this is what I think is really important but I can't speak for the board it's gonna come or rephrase it these are the issues that historically come up with these types of applications that you need to be aware of right be aware of your trees buddy right right right right okay stor water yeah okay all right okay so next we that just because you've been involved well as chair you should probably be on yeah I I wish I could say we've been involved but there hasn't we haven't had a lot of activity yeah we're waiting for subdivisions and new site plans there's an aquafer test requirement and in the procedure it references a um a municipal appointed hydrologist hydrogeologist H geologist excuse me say that correctly so uh that's something that there's there's an application that uh requires it and they are going forth with the testing and they just had some questions about who's going to be reviewing it or who's the appointed hydrog geologist so have we any clue on you find surrounding townships like I would guess Clinton probably has one in West am because they all have yeah have you reached out to other planners uh no but uh Ryan uh was also in the conversation and he was going to check with ER oh perfect this just happened yesterday yeah it happened yesterday but it's something that I did I did uh ask around I think we have somebody but they are in the process of partially being retired so I still need to talk to him he uh he now lives in Bloomsburg yeah so it's like a three-hour drive so I know this wouldn't be a a thing that happens all the time but I just have to i' have to speak to him first before I don't want to say anything on his behalf so uh we are checking though so if something avilable yeah I could look at other municipalities as well Montgomery rington I'm sending I'm sending an email to Readington right now okay Hydro geologist oh yeah is that for all subdivisions new ones yeah and Jeff I think it's it's just for subdivisions where they require new wells right if I I just want to make sure ma major subdivisions major subdivision with new LS yes correspondents shall confirm our requests to carry this application from the January 8th 2025 meeting to the February 26th 2025 planning board meeting without without further publication or notice in
