public hearing schedule for tonight on the above application he requests that the hearing be rescheduled to the first available meeting date without the need for further notice by the applicant this email Shall Serve as an extension of time through August 31 2024 for the board to act on the application should you have any questions please contact me thank you regards Barbara stubin pargal so um Taylor do you know when the next available date is um so I was just like thinking ahead because both applications are to be carried right the next available date is July 18th okay so I I explained to Barbara stubin called me and I explained to her it might not be for a while and they said it is what it is so um July 18 so why don't we make an announcement that for the countryside property application Board of adjustment case 05 2024 which the board chair described just before the hearing in this matter is going to be continued to July 18 2024 with no need for further notice meaning I reviewed the notice the content was acceptable I'm going to ask Taylor did you review the U the certified correct and they were in order correct okay so we'll declare that the board has procedural jurisdiction over the application but it's not going to be heard until July 18 2024 and let's ask Steve who's on are Steve are you here on Countryside properties tonight uh yes can you hear me yes so yes that application is being carried and continued without starting to July 18 2024 you're not going to get any further notice so mark it down in your calendar that if you want to either just listen you're hearing the same thing it's going to be carried till July 18th you won't get notice please just mark it on your calendars and I'm goingon to make another suggestion since the hearing dates July 18 and they extended to August 31 and uh when were they deemed complete Tor Jeffrey can you check the April 2nd 2024 April so April second they were they were going to be heard within 30 days of being deemed complete and the board has 120 days to decide the application so normally the board May June July they the bo August to hear the application in any event so my suggestion is that tomorrow Taylor when you tell them that it's been continued journ to July 18 that we want an extension till October 31 because they were deemed complete very recently and they were going to be heard within 30 days so we want a commensurate extension to how much time has now been lost due to the fact that they can't go on tonight that's my suggestion is that all right with the chair yes sir so ask for deadline on it so it's difficult to see and there's there's been extensions I believe it's it would be based on the last 31st 2024 no read the last correspondence that Steve ever gave us I believe he gave us until the end of July John okay so again I'm gonna suggest again the board grant their request but ask for an extension out to October 31 because this is causing a uh substantial delay in the the board scheduling so um is that AC acceptable to the board chair yes okay so we'll make an announcement on Hunter and storage boa 08 2023 the hearing in this matter is going to be continued to July 18 2024 with no need for further notice the board previously um reviewed the notice and I advised they had procedural jurisdiction this has already carried it's going to be carried a second time again no need for further notice the hearing again July 18 2024 and again Taylor is going to ask when she tells him this an extension to October 31 2024 due to the delay in the hearing date hold on I I know when Taylor and I spoke this morning it might not go July 18th it might have to wait till August 1st because there was no because of the way the schedule already is we can't necessarily put them on the 18th they would have to go on August 1st we only have one meeting in July okay so look fine August 1st 2024 the hearing in this matter is going to be continued to August 1st 2024 not July 18th and again I'm going to suggest that the uh extension be October 31 the same date in any event again if that's okay with the chair yes okay so is there anyone in the public here on Hunter and storage
