tell us what you'd like to do with this uh common vixus license please yes so I'm here to represent motive action our budy gym that is going to be opening up in Broadway and we would like to add um a little amenity for our clients that is going to be a juice bar we would like to sell um ready to go snacks like nuts protein bars protein drinks also make protein juices and uh regular juices in house made of um fresh fruits Frozen fruits and water okay um do you have any questions so is someone going to be assigned to that specific area just to make juices yes I will be the one doing that okay and is this going to be like a a a gym health club with machines and weights and things like that yes it's a boutique gym we are going to have hourly um classes like cycling boxing weightlifting classes meeting the next item are Communications and advisory from the Massachusetts Alcoholic Beverage Control Commission of changes to the laws regulating Farmers Market permits expanding the allow business types to include farmer Brewers Pub Brewers and farmer distillers in addition to the already allowed farmer wineries the second advisory from the alcoholic bever Control Commission uh advises of changes to the state law allowing qualified aliens under the Immigration and Naturalization Act 8 us code 111 to become alcohol license managers and to apply for retail alcoholic beverage licenses as sole propri or Partnerships notification number three from the Alcoholic Beverage Control Commission of an approval of an application for an alteration of licensed premises for cafeteria La Delicias colombianas Inc and that concludes the communications the next items are license renewals and uh there are since this is the the end of the year there are a bevy of licensed renewals which you can find on the uh website uh the initial ones would be restaurant all alcohol licenses the um there are a couple issues with lupa's restaurant uh there's no liquor liability on file and no certificates of inspection so Lupita's restaurant will be a uh provisional license and if these matters aren't dealt with um by January 6th uh that license will be uh null and void the next license is es takaria they have no certificate of in inspection and they are having um problems with the fire department that need to be rectified a certified uh fire department certificate needs to be obtained on that as well and that also has a January 6th date of expiration the rest of the items uh the rest of the places and businesses will be renewed there are a couple others that have some some minor issues that will be dealt with uh in the coming weeks um the next items would be off premises malt and wine off premises all alcohol restaurant Malt and wine restaurant restaurant Malt wine cordal inh holder all
