because you were a f recording in progress Tuesday June 25th it's a shsb select board and um we are conducting this meeting as a hybrid meeting uh first thing I'll do is review the agenda which um Gail can you give us a thumbs up you can hear us thank you okay all right um so the first item on the agenda is to review the library Construction contract with construction Dynamic um second item on the agenda is the um Community Choice aggregation broker contract the colonial power group and then after that the um select board will be going into executive session reason number two to conduct strategy sessions in preparation for negotiations with non union Personnel or to conduct collective bargaining sessions or contract negotiations with nonunion Personnel in this case Town Administrator is there anything else Becky that no okay all right um so the first item is the library construction count cont with construction Dynamic and I know that was um put up on the shared shared Drive um I assume that they accepted the additions that Our Town Council Donna mnl suggested um and um I reviewed theage that's supposed to have the seal yeah course I was going to explain that all right can I just they wanted me to feel so we're just looking to see if there was a seal for one of the sign and so they said that they stamped them with the seal I don't feel it so so if we could sign this and then I will like connect with them and get get a sample with get you know we all have one with a seal okay okay so okay so um yeah I mean I felt it and you felt it but I I promised I would feel it again Feel It In okay feel it in public okay so I didn't I didn't print out the first page of the contract so somebody wants to okay great thank you um so the contract amount with construction Dynamics is for 6, 386,000 [Music] and um I assume that upon execution of this contract they can go ahead and get then they're going to get a building permit um and then once they get the building permit then we're going to give them so they're they it's a 12-month contract and we're going to we're going to let them get the building permit and then say then the 12 month starts I see so that they're not wasting you know we're not losing two weeks in that administrative process okay so and do they anticipate that they have everything that they need for the building permit so and they have to get sign offs from right and it's online through okay um so it you know it shouldn't take it could take about two weeks okay um okay great um anything else that um we need to note about the contract so Donis reviewed it and she was satisfied Melissa Eric any questions it's all signed off by everybody in construction Dynamics so this is very very exciting they returned it in less than a week yeah so yeah that's great um so do I hear a motion to um uh it was one signature and I think it was Melissa's I think you get to S this I put your name on here I'm not mistaken um I yes you are the select board co-chair so um do I hear a motion to um give Melissa um authority to sign this contract on behalf of the town of shsb so moved second okay any further discussion all right all those in favor signify by saying I I was just to see what my name said um I feel it onage page that um connect with the with Denise tomorrow and and we'll um we'll get that taken care of so it looks like the treasure and the accountant have to sign this to yeah okay that to Melissa and hasn't the accountant already signed it she did sign the version but it was prior to having the final version okay is Ryan are both Ryan and Gail available yes yeah she'll be in on Thursday and we'll get Ryan Ryan will stop stop by you know maybe today or tomorrow okay I mean early in the morning he tends to go by at dyamic about that seal and then we'll um and then we'll I'll let you know when when we press go yeah I know you did it survey about um a ribbon cutting ground breaking the ground breaking yes yeah so so I need to um I need to check with them and then um but it's going to be one of those dates so one of these will be ours one of these will be our just as a as document management sort of thing make sure you have a really good scan copy because you have to send it to an insurance okay all right that's I will scan a copy so it's 600 it's 600 PSI uh 00 pixels per in maybe I'll get um emer's copy to contract with colonial power group um to review that contract and approve it and we had a question about whether or not Donna had seen this one and was okay with it uh she had not at that point but she got it done yesterday okay great and so she a reviewed copy okay great um I didn't either you have any questions about that I didn't so this is a they're a broker it's no there's no cost to the town and the broker ends up getting a small cut of um the money okay great um so do I hear a motion to approve colonial power group contract so move second all right any um questions discussion all
