introduction here if you don't mind sure go ahead um we have an ordinance on have two resolutions resolution 256 the second resolution is for an executive session relative to the ordinance for the adoption of the revelop you don't have to go into exective session up counil you all know that don't want second thing is the it needs uh couple minor amendments uh there's a back and forth trying to get that straight so need to am title on the resolution sending it down excuse me and you also am to reference maybe one or two PHS would have gotten to develop a little sooner but for what it's worth make light of any of this but you already know what we got we had a presentation um you know the presentation was this is just putting it all down the introduction ordinance simply introduces it excuse me and the resolution that to the planning board to the planning board to review it and make a determination that it was consistent with the master plan planning board can recommend changes or they can just say no changes um since I myself I've never even seen this I didn't get back being out of town till 5:00 um may have some CH some questions on you have a whole month to sit and review this and go over so um my recommendation that based upon what I understand is everyone's int that we pass this ordinance tonight and let it go down then ruminate on this document at a later date and see what the excuse me see what the uh planning board does the plan board probably not going to make any serious recommendations and therefore this could be adopted at our next not this reg SCH meeting in November but de 12 okay um well first is anyone feel we need to go into executive session no no no okay um so I just have a question about moving forward if anyone on Council has questions about anything in here or any requests for changes or whatever we discuss that or um do they go just bring it up just make a phone call and ask the questions no I mean like this week if if we're going County of Atlantic state of New Jersey so moved second two Rel received earlier from I guess was yesterday I that really not signic so I not a problem we simply make a motion to amend fourth paragraph down whereas 12 11 subsequently divided to clarify issue and then the last paragraph on page one starting on November 144 you look down 12 2.01 2.02 2.0 I think I make a motion to amend second okay um Redevelopment plan to determine whether it's consistent with our master plan that that meeting be open to the public um apparently the planning board chairman has discretion in that meeting and several of these meetings on the Redevelopment plan they were not open to the public I think they should be uh because personally I'm going to review the Redevelopment plan and hopefully have some comments both for city council and for the planning board thank you thank you it's always all public all public meetings have to have opportunity for the public to address right yeah I'm not sure I've never sat at a planning board meeting where the public didn't have an opportunity to speak they should right right AB okay okay um question question to close so move second all in favor I any oppos
