collaboration between Southville aent and University with that said this is the opportunity for our student reps to decide whether they're going to stay or go ahead and get home to do homework Michaela is going to stay and Eric's going to move on good night good night and thank you so much we'll now have the report of the superintendent good evening board president trusties um and all assembled um I Echo your sentiments to our students regarding um the successful homecoming and the collaboration between the two I think it truly showed their spirit and honestly I think a lot of adults can learn from what our children did for homecoming weekend so if you could please join me and giving our students another round of applause did you and for the record our board member um ammani Johnson has joined us at 7:15 thank you thank you VP um also I wanted to mention that in a day and time in which every news feed has something negative happening about schools and school districts throughout the state of Michigan our students live by example that particular weekend we had Games canceled we had had uh incidents of violence happening we had uh dances interrupted and our students truly led the way so I'm very very proud of the work that they did along with the staff that uh evening those two evenings that being said um we have employees of the month partners of the month Grant awardees we have a lot to celebrate in Southfield Public Schools and I really want to focus our attention on all of the amazing things that we're doing here in southa public schools we are not perfect by any stretch of the imagination however we have some amazing individuals working here for us the first individual that I'd like to recognize is the person that always keeps the lights on no matter what is happening and when I approached this individual he was in shock and he thought I was coming to give him another assignment that's Mr Jeffrey Johnson so miss Foster if you could please recognize Mr Jeff Johnson for his amazing work in South Public School Mr Johnson join us at the podium while Miss Foster pulls up your video [Music] okay you good morning good morning how is everyone today I'm actually here for you Dad it's not your birthday actually watch a little bit ago it is a surprise you are our employee of the Mon oh gosh well thank you congratulations probably haven't gotten balloons in a while but my granddaughter has oh well now you get um definitely welld deserved you are the behind the scenes person that always makes it happen you always have a smile and a kind word to share with everyone thank you for that thank you I appreciate okay Jeff is our licensed electrician but he's also so um on call basically 24/7 like all of our skilled Tradesmen so often times when we have a power outage or a need for electrical work at one of our buildings day or night 365 days a year Jeff is always someone that we can call and he answers the bell and uh that's that's a very valuable person to have here most recently with Dr Wilson uh doing some work that really wasn't in his purview uh at University uh but wanted to H uh lend a helping hand and was able to get the work done so Jeff is just one of those guys that you can always count on uh he's been with the district for over 10 years and and does a great job for us so just wanted to recognize [Applause] that and you have to come back up for a picture while we're assembling for the picture we'd also like to re recognize Jeff's wife who's always [Applause] all right thank [Applause] you so the next person that I wish to recognize is not only a staple in Southfield ENT but a staple in our entire educational community and also third generation within Southville Public Schools this employee has a mother that works for the district has his own children in the district and his courageous actions um a few Mondays ago led to the apprehension of the student who came to school inappropriate on said given day so it is with great honor and humility that I recognize to Dario King for [Applause] being how you doing man how are you I'm all right you are our partner of month thank you I just want to come by and personally thank you for your unwavering dedication and commitment to our students um your most recent heroic efforts to assist in taking down student that have the weapon is amendable and the district owes you demy thank you congratulations okay Officer King plays a major role here in Southfield he's been with the district for 3 and A2 years uh he worked his way up to Cor he's the second in charge of the district um he he he's a total asset to my team he goes over and Beyond his job Duty um he would spons whenever I need South district is just blessed to have a person with that much dedication and that much leadership skills and I'm glad to have him part of my team [Applause] everyone knows we the king's queen and the [Applause] trustees um in transitioning from um the employee of the month and the partner of the month it's also important to note that during the time of the press conference we mentioned that we were looking at a number of additional safety mechanisms for our school district that is well underway we have already installed several items um given that the law and our board policy states that we don't address all of the things that we've installed publicly I just want our community to know that several things have taken place behind the scenes and more will be forthcoming I did forward the trustees a packet of eight different options that we will be reviewing in close session um in the near future that being said two more employees that go above and beyond and all that they do in this day and age is really difficult to come to work every day high energy ready to educate our youth these two young ladies have gone above and beyond in applying for Grant dollars to supplement the instruction that they provide in their classroom so first I will Begin by asking the building leader to come up to the micro phone because it's under her leadership that they do the amazing work that they do because they believe in her vision and then I will ask Miss Nicole THL and Miss Jennifer Gilt to join her at the microphone so they can tell us about the phenomenal work that they're doing at the levy Middle School good evening everyone this was not on the program but um neither was Miss King coming up for but no to everyone to the board uh Dr Green um I think she kind of summed it up for the two young ladies that are going to be honored this evening they go above and beyond um Miss thill she was working through the summer to get this grant so I am very blessed to be a leader of Levy middle school because I have a team of teachers that work all the time and they're always looking at looking for ways to better our school um and not coming to me always asking do you have the money to do this or that they actually go out and look for those dollars so it is an honor um I love going to work every day because I have a team that pushes me um and they know for me the sky is the limit even though sometime it look like we can't reach it we still the sky is the limit and um I can't I can just go on they are phenomenal Educators um they don't get paid extra money to do what they do and without them a lot of the programs we wouldn't have it leing because it it it costs to have different programs as you guys know so without further Ado these awesome young ladies uh Dr Green okay come on Miss Nicole third kill phenomenal well good evening everyone I certainly was not prepared to come up here but um to tell you a little about the program it is awarded by uh Cole 313 which is a nonprofit educational organization um hous in Detroit they selected 10 schools in Michigan to receive um a stem a steam um half day activity at Levy so they'll be taking over our school for an entire half a day well the students will have a chance to do different like um steam activities like drones and um different tech labs and things like that and they're going to provide all the resources for it like all the materials and the um items but also the staff to support it and run it and we get a chance to be a part of that 10 out of I don't know how many schools are in Michigan so we're excited thousands of schools in Michigan I'm excited so that's all yeah absolutely thank you I miss Jennifer Gilt a face that looks familiar to many Miss amazing Shake amazing Shake yes you guys know the email did come out so if you did not get the email and send it again might have gone to your spam February 5th and 6th um I am Jennifer Gilt for those that don't know me I am the stem teacher at Levy Middle School back in 21 I believe during covid I switched well I went from high school math to sixth grade math and then in a year later I switched over to creating a stem program from scratch at Levy um so I've been building the program for the past um three years or so um we started out with Vex robots in the kids basements during shutdown um videotaping that sended it in and then we added on to that um Mobility so we added mobility in there we have Vex so self-driving cars but they're little robots we have underwater rovs where the kids have competitions in the pool where they build a ROV and do that we have um RC cars which the kids love we race them we modify them and all that stuff and then we also this year just added drone competition so those are after school activities and also inclass um the grant that I wrote in June um we found out about it it was due two weeks later I got approval to do it a week ahead of time and so for six days I stayed up all night um writing a grant trying to get this thing in um we were the only school that got the money um everybody else was an ISD Oakland schools was not one of those but um we found out Monday that that was the case where the only they want to see if we implement this at our school if we can scale it if we can move it to another school um but most of them are if you don't know ISD Intermediate School District so the one that's in charge of the county um so we did get [Music] $175,000 and what I wrote it for was to take what I'm doing in my classroom and after school and expand it to the whole school because we're a steam school I want all kids to be able to touch things and do things find out what they want to do their passions are what they do like and what they don't like so some of the stuff that we do is mobility um there are also things like marketing right accounting all those things that do the jobs around Mobility that kids if they understand Mobility they can sell it better right they can do all those things so it's not just Mobility it's all of it um so the Gran isbased um grade level teams will create a project that goes across curriculum so everything um science English math social studies will include um choir band stem gym whatever it is those grade level teams will be working on a project with Bosch so our partner is Bosch we have um a couple weeks from now we'll meet with them find out what their partnership means um they do marketing and other projects so we're trying to pull in that too so they're going to work with us Mentor our students and our staff I have budget dollars to train people or staff in Mobility um in a week is it a week good lord it's already middle of October um next Wednesday we'll do a full staff Project based learning so every staff member will be trained in Project base so they can all participate um and then we'll do Mobility training with our Square One partner as we go forward so that everybody in the building knows what's going on and they can be a part of it and train our staff right um and so we have that we also last year I got a 18,000 grant for a broadcast in a sound production room so we do have that set up now so the students can do news broadcasts and they can record themselves singing playing instruments synthesizers all that kind of stuff I have in the room beat machines they have that so we can actually videotape the presentations that they do when we bring in people and that sort of thing um and then we also got a $199,000 grant to train staff on Project Lead the Way which is hands on learning for the kids in core subjects and so we are implementing two of those this year app creators so they can create an app you can put on your phone so they can make an app for Mobility right um and then also for our science teacher she's going to do the energy so windmills solar all that stuff so all of that hopefully coming together somehow magically this year we'll put in one project per grade level probably two to four weeks long during academic enrichment because then everybody can participate and then next year we'll Implement that project and we're going to add one more and hopefully BOS will continue with us and expand our partnership that's it that deserves a round of [Music] applause the district is so excited and extremely grateful and supportive of all of your initiatives to the extent that I met with uh principal Jackson and Miss wi this morning with our AR and Engineers because um we want to support their Endeavors from an infrastructure standpoint so a meeting that was scheduled to take a half an hour went an hour today and we have a follow-up meeting on Friday because they are so Innovative in their approach to educating our children we want to ensure that we're doing everything that we can do from a district perspective we also met on Monday of this week we being the bond team to determine how we can escalate some of the work at Levy and as a result Levy will be the next school to go offline and go to Eisenhower next year so you are hearing it first here in real time Levy will be housed at Eisenhower next year for the 2526 Academic School year to afford US an opportunity to go in and do the major Renovations at Ley middle school so thank you all thank you thank you as you heard we are really intentional in creating the career Pathways for our student you know Miss Snider's in the back of the room and she's smiling because she knows that we have all of those exciting things happening at the high school so this will be a direct pipeline for our students to continue that educational path and those Partnerships so thank you to you all for that uh a couple things that I did want to note before we go into the next component of the athletic coaches there was Communications sent to our families most recently regarding November 5th and 6th I wanted to highlight that for families that didn't perhaps did not see it on November 5th we had a previously scheduled professional development day that is the election day there will be no soua Public School staff members in our buildings those that are polling stations will be opened for elections however again there will be no South Public School staff members there there are a few of our buildings that are off site or offline for construction and as a result your polling stations may be changed please check with your city clerk's office to ensure that you have the appropriate polling polling location for your address that is not um a duty of the Southville public schools and we don't want anyone frustrated or missing their opportunity to vote on that day we also as a district decided that on November 6th we were going to have a remote day of instruction it will be synchronous learning we recognize that emotions may be heightened on that day after the election and we want to ensure that all of our Scholars and our staff members are in um a safe environment so we are keeping them all home they will log on at their regularly scheduled time they will be in front of their device with their teacher all day if you are experienc in any challenges with your Chromebooks that the district provided please put in a help desk ticket so that our Tech Team can resolve those issues prior to November 6th again there will be no South Public School staff members in the district on November 6th in addition to this being principal appreciation month this is also do domestic violence Awareness Month um one in four women and one in seven men are subject to some type of domestic violence domestic violence does not always mean that of physical violence it could be uh food scarcity housing scarcity economic scarcity Etc so we wanted to lift that thank you to the uh Southfield Public uh southi police department for their um domestic violence task force and their walk that they had on this past Sunday and also as you heard several of our uh student board members mention it is also breast cancer awareness so there will be a lot of pink out activities happening throughout our district and it is has impacted many of the individuals throughout our our district and our community so we want to make sure that we are lifting that into the conversation as well next on our agenda um the southa Public Schools Athletic coaches recognizing that it is important that you know who is in front of your children when they come to us for extracurricular activities I'd like to thank our interim athletic director Coach Q for putting together this presentation accompanied with photos to let you know who will be in front of our scholars in that extracurricular athletic space um you see coach McKenzie on the far left coach stancy our sideline cheer coach uh coach Hill boys tennis coach Ryan girls golf um Coach Joe boy soccer coach Rachel volleyball those are our fall Sports Coach Q went so far as to tell you who is forthcoming for winter sports you see we have voice basketball with Coach Porter we have Coach stancy who now transitions to that of competition cheer that's Coach Q third photo in she's doing girls basketball at the middle school level it would be a conflict for her to do it at the high school level given her new role as interim athletic director wrestling coach Chris uh coach Melvin boy swim and bowling we have Coach Rose Mason I believe you met uh coach Melvin and coach RS here before at board meetings and then of course we have Coach Ernie tabber which is um our unified basketball team so we're excited to have that and we have one more the overachiever that we have in Coach Q we love it she went ahead and said spring is right around the corner we hope uh we have Coach Corey for softball coach Jamal wble for baseball coach Maya for girls tennis again girls golf we still have Coach Ryan uh Coach Joe for girls soccer and Coach Taylor Washington for track so if you see anyone other than these individuals engaging with your students please notify us immediately do we have any of the coaches in the audience today no okay very good but those are the individuals that are responsible and accountable for your young scholars as they approach our athletic fields thank you Miss Foster any questions about that trustees hearing none um I will in the interest of time uh skip over the legislative update unless you have any questions I've been forwarding those to you every week and we will move along into the bus's director's report Dr Thompson good evening board and Dr Green good evening good evening so I'm presenting the buses um October 2024 report and this reflects September's numbers so I want to highlight um the student that is to the left and in the middle he's one of my little pumpkins who really had a difficult time transitioning from home to school and um it took him about 3 4 weeks and he's asking to come to school and really excited about being there so I just wanted to highlight him um shared that with his mother his mother came in this morning is is over the moon about his experience with his teachers and all so wanted to highlight that okay so for our family engagement we've had parent or orientations home visits um we send home the link sheets for our families to complete activities that connect with the um curriculum and then we a new um development is our parents have been campaigning for policy Council and for parent Representatives so they've um made Signs and Banners and they've stood outside with balloons so they're campaigning for their positions so they're really really excited to be a part of uh policy Council and to be parent Representatives so we're we're looking forward to that too so we currently have a really strong group so we're happy to add to that so for our enrollment it's looking really good um with the Early Head Start we're full as usual um we have seven on the waiting list for Head Start we have 80 um still processing and then we have 48 to vacant but moving forward um and then for gsrp we have 65 in and 15 vacant so doing good for drops we don't have any drops for Early Head Start Head Start or gsrp for the month of September and look at our average daily attendance we are at 90% so we we exceeded the 85% so is that May's number or September's number September okay okay that's May oh it may oh sorry in September sorry about that and then for the child adult adult care food program we've sold sold we've served 5554 Mills for the month of September um for the number of children receiving support services so we have four within the Head Start Head Start blend programs that have IEPs or and that's uh with Early Head Start as well and ifsps um as of September we had one referral and I've just I think I've done three to four referrals recently this week so we're we're moving along with that as well and we do have a speech language pathologist in place who's um currently serving our students for curriculum and instruction we're continuing to implement the high scope curriculum our core Advantage data collection period has started so the first period is um 93 their first day of school to 11:17 so the next time um well in November I'll be able to share um our growth from the the period one um in September the staff participated in a core Advantage refresher training and that's our assessment that's the way that we um determine progress for our students so we did a refresher training um our education manager has been giving weekly tips for our teachers and our St our weekly staff updates so to uh support our students academic and social emotional growth um another advancement for us we're doing the online lesson plans via core advantage so instead of the paper we have the online so that's really cool and then our teachers are kind of in a competition with their their bulletin boards so they're really creating don't have pictures this time but data Rich bulletin boards that align with our key developmental indicators and that aligns with the core Advantage as well as the lesson plans for Staffing currently we have two teacher vacancies lead teachers we do have um two teachers that are currently being onboarded so that'll be zero once they're to fully in um they've been approved by policy Council as well and they've done their background checks and then we have four teacher CDA um vacancies those are the assistant teachers um so for some of the positions I have um Subs in place and they do have child um the Child Development Associate certificate so they're okay to be in that position those positions uh for the upcoming events so right now we're celebrating our pink out domestic violence awareness uh for the week of October 7th through the 11th and that's been her um headed up by Mrs Sher Jones our family engagement Community facilitator our curriculum night is scheduled for October 15th from 5: to 7:00 p.m. we're holding hosting our muffins for moms on Wednesday October 23rd so we'll have a session in the morning from 7:30 to about 9: and then one in the afternoon for our parents who couldn't get there in the morning from 2:30 to about 4: um we'll have for Fire Safety Week we'll have the fire simulation house so the fire department will be there and working with our children and that's on the 24th we have a harvest day field trip uh scheduled at the building so that's like our going to the apple orchard but we're actually doing it at busy so we'll have the pumpkins apples and all kinds of things there and then our picture day is scheduled for Monday October 28th very good do you have any questions No I um some a few years back we in the busy report we would receive the in kind equivalent in the report is that something you wish to have added yeah we will have that for the next because that is a compliance component correct yes ma'am okay thank you have thank you Dr Thompson you're welcome uh board vice president before we go on to public participation a few other things that I wanted to to lift um you heard Dr Thompson mention the number of meals that we serve at busy every day I'd also like to share with our community the importance of filling out your household surveys um they are online through your myar portal if you're unable to access that please reach out to the district at our uh main line and we will get you connected the importance of that is tied to not only the meals but all of the grants that you hear our staff coming forward and and speaking to when we apply for grants the first thing that they do is ask us for that that data and we have to have it readily available so if you would be so kind as to complete those forms for us we greatly appreciate it we are still a universal meals District meaning we provide our students with breakfast and lunch at no cost to our families but that information would help us greatly um lastly I would like to lift that this is the season for a lot of viruses and many of our Scholars are experiencing illness right now we do have a school-based health center at Southfield entt through our partnership with Ascension now Henry Ford Hospital and we do have a health center at Stevenson Elementary School so they are open not only to those Scholars they are open to our community so if you have a young person that you need to be seen we do have full-time nurse practitioners on staff at no cost to the families if you are unable to do so um we also have a partnership with Bloom Pediatrics um they were only located in a neighboring District but they now have a location here in Southfield Dr schaer is um has been amazing uh to us as a district you may recall during the pandemic she had the uh vaccine mobile looked like the Scooby mobile but she had it all wrapped she's willing to come back out and provide individual vaccine clinics at our other schools that don't have the school-based health centers so we're trying to get those scheduled over the next 30 days at which time she will have flu shots Co shots and Pneumonia shots for our staff and those Scholars with parental permission to to get those so I wanted to lift those pieces in the conversation that's the end of my report board vice president thank you thank you Dr Green we'll move on to public participation if you wish to address the board regarding a school related issue that Miss Erica Ballard to the podium if you could also state your name and address for the record please Erica Balor 26150 Summerdale Drive Southfield 48033 good evening members of the board superintendent and school leadership I'm here tonight as a deeply concerned parent of a student at Southfield anent high school we are now in the third year of escalating violence threats and safety concerns on September 30th the school was closed due to a threat of gun violence today is October 8th and while the doors have reopened not much has changed weapons have been found on school property violent fights have erupted and police intervention resulting in students being tased and arrested has become almost routine I ask this board directly why has no substantial action been taken to protect our children from this ongoing threat there are a number of urgent issues that demand immediate attention lockdown procedures what are they why were they not initiated when a 40 caliber pistol was found on a student in a bathroom what protocol are in place to prevent weapons from entering the school clearly the current measures are insufficient more importantly why haven't metal detectors been installed the installation of metal detectors is a basic security measure that most schools across the country have implemented when can we expect to see metal detectors installed at Southfield ENT why aren't parents notified immediately we are often left in the dark and only notified after the fact how does the district plan to improve communication with students and parents during critical safety situations what immediate actions will the board take to address the violence The Bullying the threats that have plagued Southfield anent for three years we need more than vague assurances what specific policies are being implemented to secure our children's safety as parents we expect you to act swiftly and decisively every day that passes without intervention is another day our children are at risk the lack of urgency is deeply concerning I trust that the board understands the consequences of continued inaction the law mandates that students are provided with a safe learning environment and failure to meet that obligation comes with significant risks that being said I urge this board to take immediate action within the next 10 business days to address these concerns starting with the installation of metal detectors and a comprehensive safety plan the time for waiting is over we have been lucky so far our children's safety cannot be delayed any longer I implore you to take this opportunity to demonstrate leadership and prioritize the safety of our students and I do want to add all of these questions were sent to the board presented to the superintendent the secretary of the board Wednesday before the meeting so I would like an answer thank you miss ballor our action items information uh consent agenda I need a motion to open and approve minutes September summer when the board was um on sabatical and then we also um had to align some of the funding sources so this is moving the Eisenhower roof project a portion of it from that of the 22 bond series to that of the 2020 Bond so this is a financial alignment for that project with the roof is this something that needs to be addressed sooner than later we address the roof so if you could be so kind as to um align the funding Source we greatly appreciate it uh so you need this to be opened and approved if it is the pleasure of the board please I motion that I need a motion for report uh 6217 to open Adler Elementary and if no one in the audience had an opportunity to go over and see the new r rova school we encourage you to do so it is absolutely beautiful and your bond doll you can see your bond dollars at work um most recently the um electronic signage was installed yesterday in front of Adler Elementary so that is the last item that we had there for the uh renovation projects for this year there at Adler but the elicit drain piece in the Boiler Room there was some work that needed to be done something that we thought that our internal team could handle and we didn't need to subcontract it out it came in um more than originally was expected so we are asking the board to approve this payment out of the capital Bond dollars because the work had to occur for the elicit drains and once again this needs to be done sooner than later if it is the pleasure of the board please so has the work already started the work has been it's been completed yes we have to pay we just need to move Treasurer uh the next information item we have is a monthly dispersement same same that's part of it yeah oh thank you last item that we have is for the good of the order trustees is there any information that you want to share for the good of the order I'm not a trustee so okay um at the behest of our board secretary I will share for the good of the order we are really really proud of our uh Southwood ENT marching band which of course is a combined marching band representing both University and Southfield ENT um not only are they going to be the premier band opening up for Michigan First when they do their um lighting ceremony this uh holiday season they for the first time have been invited to perform in the Thanksgiving Day Parade on Thanksgiving morning so we are very very excited and and proud of our Scholars for this accomplishment I believe this is the first time that Southfield will be featured in the Thanksgiving Day Parade but it will not be our last and trustees I've already been given the task to figure out how they can perform at the inauguration so I don't know how that's going to happen but we'll work on it it is it is not the first time well the first time for A&T since they've been A&T since they've been A&T but aent this is the first time the Warriors will perform not the Blue Jays or the Chargers yes let let the record show that the Blue Jays were there in 1990 nine okay very good but this is the first time the Warriors will be in the Thanksgiving Day Parade so we're really excited and look forward to supporting our Scholars um as it was mentioned by Dr Green that it is is a um board um it was mentioned by Dr Green that it is a collaboration for all of our sports teams between South and the university so I just want parents to understand that um the students at both of our high schools cheer in the same Sports um effectively and it is a a process that has been working really well I also would um be remissed if I did not reach out to and and if you will a shout out to all of our building leaders and principles and Dean within our Southfield Public schools and the great work that they've done um in the past and currently in the future it's been a good little rough edges here and there for 2024 25 school year but thank you so much to all of our principles and building leaders um who have supported the district or is there anything else yes thank you Dr Green for giving all of the details if you all can't tell I am a proud B mom now and yes my my parents in the audience over there um so I wanted to make sure that the community and the board and um everyone knew about all of those exciting things happening with the band I'm just I'm just so excited um for them uh also I just want to encourage all of the um the staff we are kind of in the long stretch right now you know we have we've gotten over the hump the excitement of the new school year starting and now you know everyone's waiting for Thanksgiving we don't have to be shy you know about saying that um you know so just want to listen I'm right you know I'm right there with you okay um but you know it's not that we don't enjoy what we do but you know we can this is kind of the time where we start to feel that burnout um before you know we get that break and then all the other breaks that come up and so I just want to encourage everyone to hang in there you know find a way to take care of yourself um find a way to you know let your hair down close your computer what whatever it is you need to do so that you can continue to press forward um because Thanksgiving is coming so we don't want to burn out um we just want to make sure we're bringing our very best selves future I'm sorry again not a trustee but um I did wish to acknowledge our entire staff and our families for sending their children to school and trusting us with their children um the count day that we have is extremely important and I am very proud to say that the majority of our buildings have recorded 100% of their attendance we have a few schools that are just slightly below the 100% Mark so I I would be remissed if I didn't acknowledge all of the hard work effort and energy not only from our pupil accounting department our principals our teachers and our parents for getting the babies up every day and getting them out the door because it is an effort on all um on for all parties so thank you to you all for bringing your Scholars to us each day thank you future meetings Wednesday October 16th 20124 no school that is a professional development day Tuesday October 22nd 2024 special board meeting here at jwe at 6m Tuesday November 5th 2024 no school professional development and election day as Dr Green mentioned earlier there'll be no staff in the building Tuesday November 12th 2024 regular board meeting at 7 PM well vice president I know we don't address um public comment but I just want to I just want to mention that there as I mentioned at the beginning of the meeting there have been a lot of things put in place relative to the safety of our students and as you all know you have updated a lot of our policies so for our viewing audience I don't want people to think that we pick and choose what we respond to but I wanted to reiterate the fact that safe the safety of our Scholars is always at the Forefront of our mind and there are a lot of things being put in place for our Scholars thank you thank you thank you Dr Green meeting adjourn 808 thank you have a good evening everyone
