##VIDEO ID:PBQt7Awil8I## okay um we're going to call the meeting to order right now it's 301 I have a roll call Bas Julia Stockwell Mary Jane Churchville so we have a quorum so we can conduct business Susan's not here I mean Laura's not here she Laur aren't here they they both said they were coming but maybe they just didn't get here yet but we can start and they can jump in they'll have the agenda where's the agenda Dave likes to start the meetings yeah it's RI today okay so we have the roll call I don't have any additions or deletions at this time do we have oh I didn't even look at that you usually take up the uh minutes you usually take up the minutes but it's that's not on a new business though that's on the old business May that's all right we take it up under that's so the minutes anybody have issues see that's the most important you have call her well I was going to call her but um because I was I was going to say I can pick you up but um I had to go deliver my check to my oil man and I had to make all these copies so I didn't want her to come you know want to give sue a call and see if she's on way I can one of the big chairs Laura you have all that here you okay they're reviewing the minutes right now okay just I'm sorry don't bags are in the car so all right cuz you're headed to the airp yeah we're going to try to be as quick as we can you're all packed right I am yes my daughter's meeting me here at 4 to vote and then we're leaving from here if she's good to [Music] everybody move over to the yeah that's all right because uh Susan usually doesn't like to be on camera any on let me know when you [Music] [Music] hi Susan this is Julia are you coming to our meeting today 3:00 okay that's all right just take your time all right bye bye is this the HTC it is it is can I have a minute if I have a minute my name is Bob gar I'm nice to meet you nice to meet you so if there's anything you need help with shoot me an email my you have you have my town email I'll get you my card and you can shoot me an email and I'll help you out if I can okay that sounds great all right I introduced you at the last meeting but you weren't here we weren't sure well you know they they Sav the good looking guys second nice to meet you hey what happened you I've heard your name a lot what happened to you like what happened guys who scrap in did they get trouble that painter oh One Main Street yeah is that your building I don't know what you're talking about bet that's Oh I thought it was first cuz you're around the corner right yeah she but I don't I rent oh all right I thought you want the build is it like is that her building or not no it is not would you shut her down uh no they shut themselves down all right so I'll get you my card so you guys can email me if there's a problem with the HCC I had properties are already flagged online I watch outa stuff I got it under control okay I also call him Bob the Builder so um I know you don't good looking though when you say you got it under control so when somebody comes in with an application that means that you've got it flagged so you know that it's got to come to us first if if it requires coming to you a lot of the ones the address gets flagged whether they're doing interior exterior adding a bathroom it doesn't matter so if it's something like I'm adding a bathroom I don't think you need to see that correct if it's something from the outside that you need to see like new windows signing like you know the whole Harbor right yeah then yes okay you I will you will see it I promise sounds good or at least I'll put the application in I'll have them fill out on HTC and send it to you your determination all right very nice thank you very much nice my neighbor okay so everyone had a minut mil your neighbor he lives in town no he did and then he was married to Paul shepher and he bought that house he picks it up and then they got divorced she kept the house he left yeah he lives in um actually no I think he lives in hukah New Hampshire cuz he also was a building inspector for H New Hampshire oh gron or gron here he is again well I'm just gonna give you my C where you live uh I live in New Boston New Hampshire oh new I used to live on right down 290 Main Street yeah y I live at 292 oh that's right you're a Churchville aren't you I am I am am Mary Jane yeah yeah know I am I don't know who you are you know what I stay away from the troublemakers I know troublemakers when I see one that's a troublemaker there you go how about minutes like them TI I'll make more AC minutes no no issues yeah okay what did I do now Claire well I'm I've become Asian you what on the back AG oh oh I do AJ a motion was made by oh Hawai and Roger rap repa is EO hey I can't see I have to keep changing my computer all the time all right what where is that CL the last line of the front page Roger minum Creek or no I don't want to tell you how many times I've got over these things oh well and spell check because well I I just I I do it backwards though so you when you go backwards on the lines you're supposed to be able to see it better but my eyesight is done what it expect to be all right with correction so Claire now you make an emotion with corrections I make a motion for these Corrections so you make a motion to accept the minutes cor as do I have a second on that second I'm made it and then all right okay can we vote Jerry yes yes I'm Gonna Stand because I wasn't here okay that makes sense yeah okay and and you can vote if you are but I if I had watched the right meeting I I would have but I'll just I did send you I did send you a draft minutes you did yeah she wasn't here all right I'm I'm confused now so now do I put her motion first because first Jerry's first then second second so now you have another motion though where it's amend and I was just gonna say Jerry you can accept the amendment as the as the maker you you accept her Amendment you that's my Christmas present what I'm not sure how to write that there you go okay now we have did you start the meeting I did I'm sorry o' oh oh that's okay okay I was late you're good no good doesn't matter so now we're going to look we're going to take a look at our applications we have one that we can work on today and and hopefully come to and that is the one from the parks and Cemetery I'm going to pass that out foke with r and the parks and Cemetery department wants to replace the frame on the common the wood frame on the common where the banners hang in the front of the common i f would you give that to Susan hi Susan I should have called you I having time sorry thank your call so Roger wants to as I said replace that are you all familiar with what I'm talking about the banner frame Y is wood and R so he wants to replace this Banner on the town common the dimensions will be the same as they currently stand and he wants to use not war but a composite I'm going to passes around so you can all look at this and he wants to use the composite because of Maintenance and running it won't ride yeah that's problem okay we did discuss it the last meeting he just didn't make any motion right well because he hadn't given me an application yet and I didn't have a copy of the um the uh materials that he wanted to use yeah but he also and I thought this was kind of clever not to influence you but he wants to create it so that it matches the same sign effect as the Memorial Hall he wants to put the cannonballs on the top so there will be kind of a continuity a theme continuity of the signage that has to do with the town I think that's a nice idea great IDE I thought it was a nice idea too um I I see he was um talking about brown or green I think the green would be better because of the band stand oh okay it doesn't go with it doesn't go with the though I think he said that I think he said that the colors came in brown or green oh really oh so it doesn't come in Black he said prefer green he prefers green y just as you said just yeah yeah he read it first right replacement to with Memorial house post by oh yeah looks pretty good cannonballs yeah I I want to know where he's getting the Canon Halls no no I don't think I think that's a construction I think they're balls they're not like black balls and because you showed me a picture they're maybe about maybe four in not like a cannonball coming out of the Canon is that what you're thinking the round ball no it's a round ball it's a construction terminology Cannonball a cannonball bed has everybody seen this cuz we we saw that last time does he want a round ball up there he want a round ball just like just like and they're not they're not they're not big they're small they fit on top of that oh they're on top of two post like a knob a KN yep you want me to do our picture no I I've got it so it look like outside here except this is going to be a sign to tell you we already of information correct this is where the banner goes weally use yeah so to put your your um it's just the frame and and it's just the balls on top the like the P which is probably more in June with the it's there now because it's R iron now there yeah right you're right what do you mean it's R iron there oh the fence oh to match with the fence but but this is not the first time this issue has come up in front of us right Susan it came up but we didn't have um the perit permit yet the application it wasn't official she saying you're doing application that we we joined out what was but did his how was his different his was more decorative and which oh we didn't want decorative yeah yeah which is what is do yeah now if you want to put the cannon balls on the ground you know like a little grouping like like ammunition like three like says if he's talking about all right we're not using the right should we go look outside just to be sure if you think about a post no I know what you say so it's G have a little little ball ball on we need a ball like no with a ball on top of it I don't think that it's about necess necessity I think it's about the continuity of signage related to the town I'd rather keep it simple as possible because it's it's the sign that's with the information so you okay so no ball well yeah I mean if every once because a can of ball is not large it's not no it's gonna be out of wood probably it's just going to be a little ball on the top of the G be out of wood yeah well or so it just be a little round ball in with that yeah yeah I am too I have a motion I'll make a motion that we approve the application for sign sign certificate of appropriateness for the replacement of the banner frame on the town Comon you wantate the color just to be preferably green sure the frame to be in green to match the bath danand stand can the balls be in black and the replacement to look consistent with the Memorial Hall post by adding the canning balls in Black I think if you're G to have it in Black it's going to be problem you're gonna have to have an addon to it's comp because it's a composite we let him do it not the so we have a motion we have a motion on the floor and we discuss that now yes so just to clarify it um it comes in brown or green not come I said green I'm not happy with green well we canot but the far away the fence is right there no I know that brown or green could painted pink for all well it material a phote on Who wants green and who wants brown green green green green Green okay we're green go back to your original motion the motion was to approve the certificate of appropriateness to replace the banner frame on the town common in green and with Canon balls to look consistent with the memorial Halls post thank that's my motion thank you thank you okay can I please have a vote Yes CL no Laura Shi yes Susan gken yes J yes yes talk about it what would you have liked about Claire just so no no no balls no yeah yeah I have to picture that it would just be a flat it would just be a flat like yeah see this is if you look at this this one has like a big ball on it it has a diamond on it but I mean I've not seen any with just flat on it I I I really respect Rogers and it's not years yeah and it wouldn't it's not going to be big it's just probably going to be a little yeah all right I appreciate I'm passing down for you to sign so I can um yes ma'am put this into the you're the end just so you know hopefully well you know want you to sign on a yes this information then then everybody else by excuse me for you thank you next okay came oh good yeah I I'll tell you why I was late so oh you don't have to tell no you all need to know yeah just some information news oh is it good hopefully it's good I'm not getting married now and I don't think no I'm not okay so everything else is like okay okay next all right the next we have two applications from the towns and Historical Society um however we can't accept them at this time because they're incomplete okay the towns and historical soci wants to initiate some work on the outside of the cage and of the gville okay and say that again the cage and The Grille so which is in part of the Harbor Village um project so they want to do some reciting painting re Roofing repairing windows and general repairs and they say we will be working closely with the historic New England so I called historic New England because I was confused about how we fit into the program yeah who goes first who's first so I spoke with Bill name Elizabeth hadia and she explained that they go first they get to make they get to tell the Historic Society Historical Society what can they can and can't do okay and she very graciously sent me a copy which I'm going to give to every because I think we should probably have it because are there any other historical Noland buildings in town we're not sure about this building yeah the the wood not the wood the okay so if that one coming for so this is the application that c Historical Society I'm talking to you yes okay got it so um this has to be completed now jate is the L on so I'm going to get all this of now she also yeah for your record she also which I thought was great included an example of how to F it out the kind of oh really yes so I thought that was kind of did you get so we can talk to Jo about this I don't know if you want to do that CLA you want me to do that I think you as chair of HDC okay I'm I'm going to question again well because this um Historic Society in Way Boston you said no it's historic New England it's in New England okay in hail that's where they happen to be okay all right is is saying that because it's a historic building that they have to have this form but they're know they're time they go to them first they own they owned the real estate origin they sold it to the historical society when they sold it to the Historical Society they included an easan okay in their deed now I have a copy of that a which includes what how the restrictions are applied and enforced so I have a copy of that too for a question how many buildings did they originally own well it doesn't the the two that there we're talking this deed is for the two one for the Cooper one parcel a is the cdge parcel B is the grista yeah so it's on one deed and all the restrictions are also on this deed now there is a document that the historical society was supposed to sign when they accepted the deed but I couldn't get a copy of that because it's online and you can't copy online from Massachusetts UK so I wasn't ready to pay is is like 50 cents a page or a dollar a page I don't know I just didn't have do do you have a book and page do you reference that you can send me I can probably I do I do actually email me the reference okay and I'll get somebody and it's for oh that' be great like a title guy or something yeah yeah okay so um I do I actually wrote it down I might have I have it in my book and I'll give it you oh I can em email it to me that would be better and I'll email it to my friend and we'll get it yeah that would be great and then we would have a complete set because right now I just have the D okay and the information from historic New England now the other the good part about historic Newland is that they have been working right along with the historic Historical Society with Jo and apparently with Ryan Haywood who was the president prject and she being Ellie sent me information that they had already approved which I think we should take under consideration when Jo gets the complete application to us um and one of the reasons that I'm I'm being a stickler about this is because I want to follow exactly the rules I don't want us to go first and accept something that they're not going to accept and then they're going to come back and say well you said we could do it but I don't want to be in that position so this what I just passed out is the 20121 that they approved and now I'm passing out the 2024 that they've approved which I'm hoping is this in reference to the same properties yeah okay yeah well I'm you don't have to this right now because I'm going to ask with all of you yeah um could you please send that I can I I we we really not in a position to make a decision about this party at this time okay hav F it's not filled out completely and I have I have it right here and it's two things about it so you all have he was very um this is the 2022 202 one's 2021 and one is 2024 I just want you to have this for for the next how we do this so on his application he didn't give me any specifics no color no type if it's going to be W if it's going to be composite with the windows are going to be nothing so I believe that that's the information is going to put on his application to hisor New England and then we can just maybe transfer it or somehow so we're both on the same page absolutely he needs to correct his addresses he does Claire Claire did point that out that the addresses were mixed they were transposed right and on the second building which he has down here is the Copic he didn't put an application in so he has to have its own application even though he attached it to the building so so there's a lot of cleaning up to do but I just wanted to bring it up for a discussion so we know what's going to happen next time okay and so you you're the liais on with J Jo Jo j o SN okay I I will I'll go to him seeing that Claire doesn't want to do it I will talk to him about this and help him work through the storic first and then us right okay so that's so that was what I wanted to bring your attention now if anybody wants a copy of the deed I have it and I'm sure they'll do that quickly if they want to move it along yeah oh I'm sure I'm sure okay I'm sure he will um I'm sure he will now who's doing the filing of the who's putting this in the fire upstairs so we'll have to go in the file so I need to know first goes to Cassie okay so I will need a copy of the deed if you're including it as part of this meeting okay okay you good and those will go to Cathy okay which one is that that you have that was the deed I see it and then laa is gonna try to get the actual sign off on the you write me exactly what I you want to keep it all together and yeah I just want you to see it you want to see okay yeah this is what I have to get to back okay does anyone have any other questions or concerns about how we're going to move forward with this I think this is our best way personally do do do it once okay all right moving on next thing is again for those of you who are on society before the postcard Tada okay this yeah so Lord to bring you up no only Susan and here prior to my involvement we had discussed sending out some kind of information to those property owners that were in the historic districts there three districts on out just to give them a reminder that they're in the district if they have to sell their property or if they want to do any work to the exterior they have to get in touch with us so I chose this card because it looks small town New England yeah um but I didn't really do the wording yet so that's something we're going to have to work on pleas it should be pleasant and it should be informational and brief yeah very but we couldn't do anything till I got the email and the phone number from the town which I guess I have today as of like half an hour ago HDC at you know how did like you're the Planning Commission do you have an email um I don't personally no no no but does the Planning Commission have a contact information oh of course yes see we never had we never had one is the HDC okay so today finally after so what is HDC HDC at pound. org.org and Harrison mayot who is the administrator of this is going to put it up for us so on our website on the web page that we have we'll have that contact information HDC at Town yeah now honestly I haven't looked are we on the website as the board members with our I asked him to do that change so it should be up this afternoon oh good so that yeah we took care okay and I sent the statement in but I don't know when that gets I don't know when they'll have that finished I mentioned that at the last in the minutes that um the select were supposed to do that and set up a telephone for us but it never got done okay okay well we've had some issues yeah we don't have the telephone but I think we can we can stumble through that as long we have an email I think we're good that's good because if we send this card out we need to have that information contact contact so if you would just think about what kind of language you like for the next meeting just so I can get them out by the end by the new year also and this is address to you Laura um the year before last I had contacted bitburg did um what's the real real agency um a lot of them no no no Northeastern board of realtors Pitsburg is there board okay it's the north central Massachusetts Association of Realtors yes correct okay I had contacted them to let them know that we did have the historic districts and they were really gracious and they took the information they said they were going to disseminate it well they do not I don't know but this is Food For Thought They also remember it you didn't get it no I don't remember getting it well Niles bustler was actually taught the classes or continuing at classes regarding different structures you know types of um architecture and then he would talk about historic districts so of course the histo every property that's in a historic district is marked in the assessor's office as such right and then the most recent maps that are being done are going to include the historic districts for the town oh nice so when looking online you will be a if somebody's doing their homework if they're going to purchase a home they will be able to see it they will be able to find in the public records that that house is in historic district that's good to know because Alisa strus who was the chair she had worked with Janet to put some kind of a flag on the card yeah but when they changed the system that flag went from page one which you'd see right away to page two which didn't have information as I understand it that was as important as page one so Janet had always been very um Janet Janet uh Le from the building department was always very very uh diligent about letting us know but every now and then something slipped by and we have a couple of properties for sale right now up in West towns and that are in the district let them know we have to let them know so that I think that should be by a letter to them don't or an email and if you know that for a fact I know that for a fact yes then you I would send the property owner a letter a letter to the property owner and should it be should we notify the realtor also if you wanted to but that owner should know and the realtor should know the realtor should be looking up anyway the the people who live there don't know we have a new where Stacy shutler family lived two doors down from me and I've met the the new owner there they were never told she was never told that she's in the district yeah see this is this bothers me that that we're not getting a word out no yeah and they got to be checking the card to get all the information about taxes and all those things to tell I just looking at page one I was just looking at page one yeah so anyway so that's one of our one of my missions is to make sure that people know that we exist we have those kinds not yet do we have to vote on you know I think that um not not everybody in any single profession does things the same no you know and you're going to find some that are totally detail oriented and they will have everything and then you find others that don't even know what's important or not right you know so unfortunately you can't control it though we can't control but if but if we put something out you can give information but you can't make them read it right exactly same thing like with the horse to water you can't make them drink you can put it out there but but I think we need to put it out because it hasn't been put out okay agree and I think that's why that that's why we chose to do something that would be a postcard and really look kind of historic for the town so that it would appeal to them to at least read it yeah to grab your attention yeah and I think just probably a bullet type of information so they don't have to read a whole paragraph because sometimes don't or at least at least our contacts did you know did you know right did you know or remind you are either that your lovely home is in you want to write it oh that's right that's what you do I I can I can put something together and send it to you and everybody can read thank you so much whatever thank you so much that' be great that' be great because you want to be welcoming yes absolutely yeah we don't want to be like the police we're not no and just to clarify this this is not just historic homes Russ Moore's house is in the historic district and his is a is a a newer home so but even because he's in the district he had to come before us right right and we had to approve his his solar panel Y and and the design of the addition use the word historic and just put did you know that your lovely home was in our we might not want to say lovely I'm serious because that might to that well not necessarily I mean they might be might be a fixer upper and then be we already did the flip we already had the flip with the property in West Town remember that flip you weren't the real what was the one at 2 Street the one that was just redone oh that was the that that's the Victorian next to John Forest is that what I'm talking about yeah he he came in yeah is it oner occupied Dad I can't tell you I don't it was I don't think so I don't think it it wasn't it was a p before but it's so gorgeous gorgeous beautiful oh my God he loved the building he just loved it and wanted to restore it meet the owner oh yes does he live there no he Liv next to John far luy people I wanted to get and it was a year but then I saw them moving in so I thought well maybe it's not a tenant maybe it is the owner yeah yeah we can always call him he look real nice excting beautiful John all right it was a big investment for him oh of course so when did they come before it must have been before yes it was last year oh at least oh yeah worked on in the winter last his name is David Nelson yeah all right so do we want to make a motion on this with the card or are we saying that we already did and we're why we wait until we actually have a well I think she's asking do we like the look of the card we like the verbiage and the printing would be after yeah so we want we color we have color it's multicolor I think you see the interesting thing is that we've got we've got pink and and so forth but we we don't we cannot dictate color and talism we can't no no no no if it's really vile we can mention G are you really serious I don't want to do this in black and white because I don't think that would would that wouldn't be that it willon be they it won wrap attention no so I guess the size and you're thinking of a postcard size yeah keep I I have to say something because I don't you know I haven't sat in on these meetings before or heard stuff but I will tell you that I've heard a lot of people say oh I don't want the historic district because they have too many restrictions and a lot of them say they even tell you what color to paint your house and I don't want that so I did not know that yeah noton that's a good thing to put on the card yeah and I actually I will the next meeting I will bring to everyone a copy of what the historic district restrictions are it's on it's all it's on our website actually okay but is it a lot or is something maybe two pages two PES no it's not oh no um essentially let me just think about this essentially it says any exterior work except color color and sign sign no not I thought I think sign somebody signage is on one of them because Mr D had it come before Oh signage is definitely on it definitely on it so it's it's color and there is something else to is it driveways or something or pav it might be pavement or sidewalks or I yeah I I think we should all know this so the other thing is I'm going to mention to the buler comment you made the mass Massachusetts Department of historic commission has hourong web in ours and she had Jen D is a girl who runs it and she Jen does a great job I've sat in our and they're really really interesting so I don't know if you would like to look at them on your own and I can give you the information or do we want to use one of these meetings to do a work session and take one of these the information is in ibly helpful making decisions on hard things I'd Le too I think a group it would be a good idea and then we can talk about you know afterwards and say what do you think how do you feel do this so I'll get the schedule from her oh your your meetings are recorded right yes so if we could either maybe send a link to something like that in the recording somehow whoever wants to look at it will get the same information okay let me think about that for a minute so when I when Julia puts on the agenda we're having a meeting we would put the link to the state webinar can that be done we'll find out well you have he's the one that be able to do it because we would be going into this session all of us would okay is there a way that while you're taking this session that probably because it's a webinar and and you can take it at any time like at correct correct okay um I don't know find out yeah you might want to leave it just to the meeting and say that the link is accessible if you find this interesting the link is accessible and have it on our website oh I can do that I can do that okay okay all right I'll look that up that that's I think it would help us because he had questions sometimes yeah well I have copies of the bylaw they of find here no I don't the state state regulations and the town one but they're online too yeah yeah on our website all that information I think did that when she was the chair she left it there she left it there it's still there so remind me again what's the state webinar to do is going to do they have webinars classes they have webinar you know what why don't you maybe send us all the topics of which one do we want to do first y That's exactly I'd like to do them all so no I think we should pick away them because it wouldn't hurt because we've had some tricky things come up are we going to do this from home I think we should do it all together my computer will not access I get a meeting and we can use I can bring mine I have big monitors I can bring my two monitors in no I don't know if we can use that because that's us find out from Dave what can be done we tell them what we want to do and then maybe he can tell us how to do it [Music] okay bye bye okay so we're going to do this in a work session yes please do we have a specific data when we're going to do it or you going to wait until you no but remember last time we assigned our date the second was it the second Thursday so it's yes Thursday okay so that would be the 12th of December well wait a minute Laura you had a problem with that last time oh second th first Thursday of the month is mrpc okay we're not doing that not doing first Thursday no second so you do the second Thursday of the month I should be able at 3:00 3:00 yeah but some now you had mentioned you wanted two I mean how does everybody feel about two no I that today I don't that would have helped but anyway maybe it wouldn't have helped because I don't know that I could have gotten here no it wouldn't have been you're better off 3:00 being couple seconds um I yeah I can do three okay three if I have an appointment I'll change it now that I've said it so that would be December December 12th 12 3:00 here room I can't find my agenda Mary Jane you're going to do the agenda yes and you know how to work with David so the second Thursday second Thursday and it happens to be December 12th this coming up okay and also David also you know coordinates with uh Sabrina too so you don't have to contact her director do that okay good 3 o'cl is good for everybody yeah so 3 o' for short meeting yeah I mean does anyone else have any other bus I saw something in email about 249 Main Street was there an issue with that I have no idea 249 West yeah not 43 no no the house where the blue house that they keep trying to fix what's yours what's your too many oh what is it 249 down here someplace yeah on the other side of the street maybe cins I was going to say oh you did now all right I went to that meeting it's honey it's a honey farm yeah I know I you know you you chair right so I wanted just to mention it to us that oh you were there I was there and I brought the map in because there was some confusion about was the property in the historic district or wasn't it and so I brought the map in that was the evidence that it is it is in the historic district now what he's doing right now has nothing to do with us he wants to just split the building and half inside and do whatever he got it's all interior all gon have a UPS yeah a drop there now if he go in and mail something from there you so if he's going to do signage then he's got to come twice yes he has you can when you drive by look at what he has there now oh no we've looked oh and we we've actually have we've asked him to take down a lot of the signs that he has in the window now and he was pretty Cooperative last year he took down quite a few and I looked at it um a couple days ago and it looks way it looks so much better yeah there's not much not much going on but um I I we just want to keep our eye on it let's put it that way because I don't know what he has in mind to to do for the ups and I don't know if he has to follow ups rules or but you did give her that I did to the owner that was there the applicant was there M and that was not in our PIV you know our perview as far as planning was so and I'm glad you did that well I got it because I talk to Jen and I talked to Beth and apparently there was a confusion if they were or not not maybe to notify us I don't know but I just said okay we'll put this to bed and I copied the maps and I copied the um original charter when we were um what's the word it founded okay before you leave go in and see big or jod in the assessor's office okay and find out if 249 main is if the field card if their records show that it is in the historic district we want them all to look be the same what it's they've been they've been part of our agenda over the years oh yeah we keep doing this yeah yeah going necessarily but what they've come up on our agenda yeah as as in the district just make sure it's it's um field card that it is a historic district property CU I know we marked them yeah okay it should be on our agenda said they changed the system yeah right so I think when the system got changed they always say we got we got Dr question is it the whole building or is it just the side that had the um keto or whatever that stuff is no it's oh they don't have it anymore it's a store down through that's where the UPS is going to be all right where the okay tell the old dentist office okay
