Mark P thank you Mr Mayor uh public works department was very busy uh past past two weeks at least the past week especially with the two snowstorms that we had and uh just like to report that they finished up Friday night uh Saturday morning at 12:00 a.m. they had no equipment failures which was which was a blessing and uh they they applied about 130 tons of salt and uh this was our first round with our new co-op with Corbin City so no complaints there and they took care of that that town as well um I also would like to welcome Ryan mcneel CME engineering um he's going to replace Zach um so he welcome him uh to the table here and uh that's about all I have um very very good reports perhaps we I don't know we invh Serv count I don't know if we were get or not I saw that one of the other municipalities did that that might be something years ago when we had a bad snow St we unofficially took care of kind we knew we could do a better job than they did and when we went from Street to one street to the other pretty much we don't want the liability of like I'm saying that's not saying Church problem that's definitely something we can look into and Mr May real quick I just I would uh uh we had a a thank you sent in um for one of our employees Jeremy Williams um he went above and gone he found some keys that were in the snow and somehow figured out who they belonged to and gone back to the owner so they did actually write in and and want to wanted to publicly acknowledge Him so and I also got that the come [Music] out as well we really appreciate that even was helps us out uh good evening everybody thank you so much for coming out as always um over that snowy blustery weekend uh we H held our free rabies clinic uh Joan who all was was there with you uh Rosemary trout so thank you to Rosemary uh as well uh we vaccinated thir uh 35 cats and 65 dogs and sold 19 dog licenses which was great and um my kids by the way Mark were very upset of the efficiency of clearing the snow they snow go on good job that's all I have tonight Kim I was not upset with the I just want to extend our thanks to public works department I know they put in a lot of hours over the weekend just to make sure that all our Ro were there and our residents could travel safely where they needed to go so that's all I have tonight thank you C thank I have a few things first of all at our next meeting February 12th I think we're going to have a budget Workshop as we plan we'd like to start the budget Workshop proximately about 5:30 that you hour FL me and I think in the meantime Leon's going to try to set up meetings for everybody through Barber so you can have a little one on one with Leon and try to get all the speed on our budget today I had a a pleasure of meeting with ran McNeil our engineer and uh did a followup inspection on the beach replenishment and I think it was a very good tour behind had of the beach and I think Ryan's going to report on that so very interesting and I think do well done project other thing I want to publicly thank Public Works um over the weekend last week of the holay weekend came to my attention with the funy fall in the community center and they went down there and resolve the problem BR the paring lot which our good portion of our paring lot was under water 68 in of water would been and they resolve the issue in timely fashion so I publicly want to thank them and I also want to say great job on the J and also we did lose one of our bellings which they're aware of which will be in the near F future which just happen to be across from con's house um that's all I have thank you thank you Curtis um also want to welcome Ryan and uh we have um it's just the the report and it's certainly not the anybody's news in it but I was in Florida over the weekend and it was almost as cold there trust me when I tell you it was cold it was cold so I missed the snow but I was getting reports the whole time everything was uh was U uh in in most professional uh way uh and uh we certainly appreciate that um doesn't go on SS all right uh other than that I don't have anything um first thing first I'd like to get a quick motion from the board to extend the facility use agreement for the for the a trained Exposition that we have so they're filing the paperwork they're a little delayed the insurance paperwork is up to date they just have not completed the entire application prior to the event so I'm just going to ask the board to extend that because the inum authori for us to to write a letter of extension and allow them to have the event and complete their FA who who is say to have the event who is that it's lines with the Historical Society okay something I think the S train they Valentine's Day train they're missing one signature on their application from K Shel so I'll make the motion with the exception that it has to have the signature from corre and and the the balance of the paperwork has phone calls I get I got zero so Zero from public works so it was a very successful salting corpin City we hashed out fortunately we hashed out all the particulars right before the storm hit so they were very satisfied uh and it was just very successful for what the Public Works did I do thank you um correct the uh as as you know true and gear to my heart is the budget uh since October we've been hammering it uh we are ready to kind of present to the board where we're at and what we think is is an acceptable budget so we look forward to having those meetings with budget Workshop so we can show you how uh how uh well we did this this past year with some of the policies that we implemented um thank you for Mr Williams again that was very nice it's always nice to hear from the public that that the staff at an employee base are doing a great great job the other thing um Deputy Mayor is I see Mr Cooper and audience there um The Wellness committee the mayor's Wellness committee we we got an extension uh with the storm they are very pleas with the progress that we're making and and the communication we're having so we have another meeting uh this coming week and hopefully we'll we'll be able to submit what they what they are asking for uh let's see that is all I have there I have nothing thank you nothing mayor I think we do need an amendment to the um agenda to add to the close session um resolution the um um issue regarding crown castle and the ctown and I just will support Tony that that meeting came this afternoon uh so it wasn't enough time to put it back on the agenda okay um just budget is the theme for us um I'll be in with um this week we get budget notes and all that out to you and then I'll be in touch to that's all I have thank you it's your time to shine thank you Mr Mayor welcome I'll start off with saying I'm very happy to be here with you guys um I obviously have some extensive projects to go over um feel free to stop me if I'm going into too much detail um first one really being C miror Storm water pumps uh our office attended a site visit was last Thursday um with the residents uh really to discuss potential Solutions um so we are now going back to revise the plans to address some of the concerns um as well as we need additional survey work so I'm expecting updated plans within the next few weeks um and then obviously Kylie could start their construction from there um I know they have a contract to March 25th 24 to complete the work um we should still be good with that but obviously we'll have to evaluate that again after the plan divisions are completed so that's the first one moving on a Upper Township living Shoreline uh this is the development of a living Shoreline uh in shmir um so act Engineers is really handling the design for the project um the design is essentially I would say 90% complete we are really act Engineers is waiting for the final Geotech report and then from there they could submit to DP and Army Corps of Engineers next one up would be shmir Beach renourishment project as Curtis said we were on site this morning uh to go through the final walkth through for essentially the beach fil and dune uh portion of the project um as Curtis touched on on everything looked in decent shape um moving forward with the project it's going into uh really the crossover construction stage um essentially D indicated that they would need about three weeks before uh the Crossovers are ready to be constructed um which Public Works will be handling that work um the crossovers maybe there's multiple streets but it's really cew Webster Von Tuma suar and Sherman um and those crossovers would be just gravel split rail fencing and then also Public Works will be installing the sand fencing around the D as well oryan I'm going to ask you to skip over the next one that's on the Clos session item okay and then go to uh reconstruction of put yeah so reconstruction of put uh putam AB we is a state funed project uh resurfacing and reconstruction of putham um it will also include sidewalk curb ramps um really our office sent over a proposal um and obviously it's under review and I have one last thing that's not on the list actually uh Craig uh gave me a great update today from Public Works uh it's really the new lights for calwell Park um essentially all the bases and the conduit are run to the lights uh we are waiting on atantic City Electric now to connect new service and some more great news the crane is coming tomorrow um to essentially install the polls um with about a two we completion day um so that's really all I had for updates unless there's any other questions from you guys on act projects I can go over pretty good mayor don't give him don't give him too much very very good
