So, even though construction in our community was completed in the fall of last year, we're still awaiting for our roads to be paved. Um, so when trying to work with our HOA management, they've mentioned that 41 00:11:09.360 --> 00:11:24.480 they've done all they can to reach out to the developer with no response. They actually recommended that we come to this meeting to speak to you guys to gain support on the matter. Um, additionally, we have potholes in our streets, construction debris, and it's been over 6 months that we've been 42 00:11:24.480 --> 00:11:40.959 waiting for this uh to be completed and to have a resolution on the matter. Uh, additionally, because our roads aren't paved, we've been told that we're not under township governance. So, uh, towing and ticketing is not implemented. We have idle cars that sit 43 00:11:40.959 --> 00:11:57.839 uh for months, cars that are parked uh at stop signs and fire lanes and they have zero consequences on the matter. We voiced it multiple times to our HOA, but unfortunately they say that there's nothing that they can do. So, and our recycling is done through the township. But again, the HOA says that that's just how it is.
