Uh the first one has to do with uh and we we've spoken about this before and it 16 00:04:23.040 --> 00:04:37.120 has to do with uh making accessory dwelling units uh permissible. But it pretty much what it is is they're trying to um usurp local zoning again by amending the local land use and take it power away from the municipality. And 17 00:04:37.120 --> 00:04:55.440 the second one does the same um which um I'm sorry, the first one is for local zoning. The second one has to deal with um there's a bill in the legislature uh A1 1161 uh which uh has to deal with job 18 00:04:55.440 --> 00:05:12.400 advertisements and the legislature putting a uh regulation in the Department of Labor rules that says if you post a job and you don't fill it, you could get a fine. if you post a job and you take too 19 00:05:12.400 --> 00:05:28.320 long to fill it, you could get a fine. So, pretty much first last year they put a requirement in that you have to post a job and now they're saying if you post it, but you're posting it really just to be on a fishing expedition, you can get a fine. And a third resolution authorizes shared service agreement with the Burough Pompton Lakes for CFO services. Uh the first three have to deal sorry the first four have to deal with the municipal budget for this year. Um one is appropriating our funds for future field improvements. The second is approving uh an appropriation to our major vehicle 22 00:06:01.039 --> 00:06:16.639 repair account. The third authorizes various capital improvements that we are funding uh outright. Those are ones we fund with cash. And then we have a bond ordinance which provides for our road resurfacing and several other improvements. Then we have two ordinances cleaning up. 23 00:06:16.639 --> 00:06:32.000 The first one has to do with filming. Uh we have two filming ordinances on the books. One is one one of the requirements is in our fire prevention ordinance and the second is in our filming ordinance. And what it does is it consolidates the requirements so that they are the same in both or make sure that they're the same and then moves all 24 00:06:32.000 --> 00:06:49.120 our fees from chapters 114A and 115 into 113 which is our standard fee ordinance. So all our what we're trying to do is get all our fees into one chapter so that when we want to go look at fees we don't have to go through every single chapter in the code. So, we're doing it before we do a full recodification. Um there are several motions which will be read into the record and then we have several ordinances uh I believe there are three ordinances uh for uh adoption tonight. The second one is 2079. It is an ordinance to exceed the municipal uh budget appropriation limits and to establish a cap bank. Uh we're both undertaking this um 33 00:08:58.959 --> 00:09:15.920 uh a prior shared service study was conducted in 2008 uh which will be referenced for background as part of the review. The current study will incorporate both historical analysis and present- day conditions to provide an objective assessment of efficiency, re resource allocation and service delivery. No decisions have been made and no future determination and sorry and all future determinations will be based on findings of the study and subsequent evaluation by both municipalities. We've both recognized the importance of keeping relevant stakeholders through the process. Uh we remain committed to um the high standards of police services while we're conducting this.
